Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter (1) für Lebensmittel, dessen Verschlußdeckel (16) durch einen Originalitätsverschluß gesichert ist und in dem ein becherartiger Einsatz (7) zur Aufnahme von Ingredienzen vorgesehen ist. Um den becherartigen Einsatz (7) sicher und bequem ohne die Gefahr einer Verschmutzung in dem Behälter (1) absetzen bzw. aus diesem herausnehmen zu können, ist erfindungsgemäß der Behältermantel (5) am oberen Ende des Füllraumes (2) mit einer eingesenkten Stufe (4) versehen, die mit einer den Füllraum (2) abdeckenden Platine (10) abgesiegelt und zugleich Standfläche (4) für den Einsatz (7) ist. Dieser ist seinerseits durch eine Siegelplatine (14) verschlossen, an der Grifflaschen (15) vorgesehen sind, mittels der der Einsatz (7) bei geöffnetem Behälter (1) sicher auf der Standfläche (4) absetzbar bzw. von dieser abhebbar ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter jeder Art für Lebensmittel, mit einem durch einen Originalitätsverschluß mit Abreißlasche gesicherten Deckel und mit einem in die Behälteröffnung herausnehmbar eingepaßten becherartigen Einsatz für die Aufnahme von viskosen, flüssigen, körnigen und/oder pulverförmigen Ingredienzen oder dergleichen, der bei seiner eingepaßten Stellung vom Deckel des Behälters überdeckt ist.
Der Originalitätsverschluß eines solchen Behälters ist dadurch gegeben, daß der umlaufende Rand des Verschlußdeckels von einem den oberen Rand der Behälterschale umlaufenden, mit der Wand letzterer einstückig ausgebildeten Schutzelement abgedeckt so umfaßt ist, daß die Abnahme des Deckels behindert ist, und daß eine Abreißlasche über Sollbruchstellen mit dem Schutzelement halterungsmäßig verbunden ist und an ihrer Unterkante eine Auskragung aufweist, die in eine entsprechende Auskragung des Schutzelementes des Behälters eingepaßt und mit diesem über Sollbruchstellen verbunden ist, wobei nach Entfernung der Abreißlache und damit der Auskragung aus der entsprechenden Ausnehmung des Schutzelementes der Deckelrand dem Öffnungsgriff zugänglich ist. Die Abreißlasche kann oberhalb des Schutzelementes angeordnet oder in letzteres umfangsmäßig schlüssig integriert und an der Außenfläche mit zinnenartigen Erhebungen für eine maschinelle Bedruckung versehen sein.
Bei einem bekannten Behälter der eingangs erwähnten Art ( DE 197 54 693 A1) ist auf dem Boden des nach oben offenen, in die Behälteröffnung herausnehmbar eingepaßten und auf einer am Behälterinnenmantel ausgebildeten Auflagefläche abgestützten Einsatzes mindestens ein Besteckelement entfernbar gehaltert. An der Innenwand des Einsatzes sind zwei einander gegenüberliegende Griffelemente ausgebildet, mit denen der Einsatz aus dem Behälter herausnehmbar ist und die zugleich Halterungselememente für das im Einsatz angeordnete Besteckelement sind. Auch kann im Einsatz mindestens ein kammerartiges Abteil für die Aufnahme von viskosen, flüssigen, körnigen und/oder pulverförmigen Ingredienzen vorgesehen sein.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Behälter mit becherartigen Einsatz der eingangs erwähnten Art zur Verfügung zu stellen, der ein sicheres und bequemes Einsetzen bzw. Herausnehmen des becherförmigen Einsatzes bei gleichzeitiger Vermeidung einer Verschmutzung des letzteren durch das Füllgut des Behälters gewährleistet.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch eine am oberen Ende des Füllraums des Behälters eingesenkte umlaufende Stufe des Behältermantels, die mit einer den Füllraum des Behälters abdeckenden Platine abgesiegelt und zugleich Standfläche für den becherförmigen Einsatz ist, und durch zwei einander gegenüberliegende, von einer den becherartigen Einsatz verschließenden Siegelplatine wegragende Grifflaschen zum Absetzen bzw. Abheben des becherartigen Einsatzes auf bzw. von der Standfläche bei geöffnetem Behälter.
Die beiden Grifflaschen des becherförmigen Einsatzes sind bevorzugt einstückig mit dessen Siegelplatine und schwenkbar ausgebildet. Die Behälterschale ist bevorzugt in Form einer Rundschale mit entsprechendem Deckel und becherförmigen Einsatz ausgebildet.
Bevorzugt ist der Boden des Deckels unter Bildung eines Aufnahmeraumes tiefgezogen, in dem mindestens ein an sich bekanntes Besteckelement auf dem Boden entfernbar gehaltert ist, wobei der Aufnahmeraum durch eine auf den Deckel angebrachte, eine Grifflasche aufweisende, flexible, peelfähige Folie verschlossen ist. Die Peelfolie kann so auf dem oberen Deckelrand versiegelt vorgesehen sein, daß sie von diesem nur nach Entfernen des Deckels von Behälter, d.h. nach Entfernen der Abreißlasche des Originalitätsverschlusses des Behälters von Deckel abziehbar ist. Der mit der Peelfolie abgedeckte und das Besteckelement aufnehmende Deckel kann auch als unabhängige Einheit vertrieben werden.
Bei einer bevorzugten praktischen Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Behälters handelt es sich z.B. bei den ineinander stehenden gefüllten Becher um einen Becher mit Originalitätsverschluß, der ca. 800 g Grütze in seinem Füllraum enthält, sowie um einen in diesen Becher eingesetzten Vanillebecher mit 200 g Inhalt, der mit einer Siegelfolie versehen ist. Beide Becher sowie der Verschlußdeckel sind spritzgußmäßig aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Oberhalb der in dem Füllraum befindlichen Grütze ist dieser an der eingesenkten Stufe des Behältermmantels, die gleichzeitig die Standfläche für den eingepaßten Vanillebecher ist, mit einer Platine abgesiegelt. Durch die Absiegelung kann der Vanillebecher, an dessen Siegelfolie zwei Grifflaschen zum sicheren Einsetzen bzw. Herausnehmen des Vanillebechers vorgesehen sind, nicht verschmiert werden.
Die Erfindung wird nun anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert. In diesen sind:
  • Fig. 1 eine auseinandergezogene Darstellung einer teilweise im Schnitt gezeigten Seitenansicht des Bechers mit Originalitätsverschluß mit darüber angeordnetem Einsatzbecher und Verschlußdeckel und
  • Fig. 2 eine teilweise im Schnitt gezeigte Seitenansicht des Bechers nach Fig. 1 mit eingepaßtem Einsatzbecher und mit in Verschlußstellung befindlichem Deckel.
    • Wie aus den Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich, weist der Behälter bzw. Becher 1 einen Füllraum 2, der sich höhenmäßig vom Behälterboden 3 bis zu einer eingesenkten Stufe 4 des Behältermantels 5 erstreckt, sowie einen Aufnahmeraum 6 für den becherartigen Einsatz 7 auf, der sich höhenmäßig von der als Standfläche für den becherartigen Einsatz 7 dienenden Stufe 4 bis zum oberen, die Behälteröffnung 8 umfassenden Rand 9 des Behältermantels 5 erstreckt. Der z.B. Grütze beinhaltende Füllraum 2 des Behälters 1 ist am oberen Ende 9 von einer auf der Standfläche 4 abgesiegelten Platine 10 verschlossen, so daß der Boden 11 des auf der umlaufenden Standfläche 4 stehenden becherartigen Einsatzes 7 nicht verschmiert werden kann. Fig. 1 und 2 verdeutlichen, daß die Kontur des Innenmantels 12 des Behälters 1 im Bereich dessen Aufnahmeraumes 6 für den becherartigen Einsatz 7 der des Außenmantels 13 des Einsatzes 7 für dessen Einpassung in die Behälteröffnung 8 geeignet angepaßt ist. Der z.B . Vanillesauce beinhaltende becherartige Einsatz 7 ist durch eine Siegelplatine 14 verschlossen, an der zwei abgewinkelte Grifflaschen 15 vorgesehen sind, die nach oben stehen und ein bequemes und sicheres Absetzen bzw. Hochheben des gefüllten becherartigen Einsatzes 7 auf bzw. von der Standfläche 4 beim geöffnetem Behälter 1 gewährleisten.
    Aus Fig. 2, die den Behälter 1 in seiner durch den Deckel 16 verschlossenen Stellung zeigt, geht zugleich der herkömmliche Originalitätsverschluß mit Abreißlasche 17 hervor, deren umfangsmäßige Außenfläche 18 zum bequemen Bedrucken mit Zinnen 19 ausgebildet ist. Die Schnittdarstellung links oben in Fig. 2 verdeutlicht, daß der umlaufende Rand 20 des Deckels 16 in seiner Verschlußstellung von einem den oberen Rand 21 der Behälterschale 1 umlaufenden, mit der Wand 22 letzterer einstückig ausgebildeten Schutzelement 23 abgedeckt so umfaßt ist, daß die Abnahme des Deckels 16 behindert ist. Erst nach Entfernung der Abreißlasche 17 ist der Deckelrand 20 dem Öffnungsgriff zugänglich. Der Deckel 16 kann mit einem tiefgezogenen Boden 24 derart ausgebildet sein, daß bei verschlossenem Behälter 1 die Siegelplatine 14 des becherartigen Einsatzes 7 zumindest in ihrem mittigen Bereich vom Boden 24 des den becherartigen Einsatz 7 überdeckenden Deckels 16 zur Stabilisierung kontaktiert ist.

    Claims (5)

    1. Behälter jeder Art für Lebensmittel, dessen Verschlußdecke durch einen Originalitätsverschluß mit Abreißlasche gesichert ist, mit einem in die Behälteröffnung herausnehmbar eingepaßten becherartigen Einsatz für die Aufnahme von viskosen, flüssigen, körnigen und/oder pulverförmigen Ingredienzen und/oder mindestens eines Besteckelementes, gekennzeichnet durch eine am oberen Ende (9) des Füllraums (2) des Behälters (1) eingesenkte umlaufende Stufe (4) des Behältermantels (5), die mit einer den Füllraum (2) des Behälters (1) abdeckenden Platine (10) abgesiegelt und zugleich Standfläche (4) für den becherartigen Einsatz (7) ist, und durch zwei einander gegenüberliegende, von einer den becherartigen Einsatz (7) verschließenden Siegelplatine (14) wegragende Grifflaschen (15) zum Absetzen bzw. Abheben des becherartigen Einsatzes (7) auf bzw. von der Standfläche (4) bei entferntem Deckel (16).
    2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Grifflaschen (15) des becherformigen Einsatzes (7) einstückig mit dessen Siegelplatine (14) und schwenkbar ausgebildet sind.
    3. Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälterschale (1) die Form einer Rundschale mit entsprechendem Deckel (16) und becherförmigem Einsatz (7) hat.
    4. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behälterschale (1), der Deckel (16) und der becherförmige Einsatz (7) spritzgußmäßig aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
    5. Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (24) des Deckels (16) unter Bildung eines Aufnahmeraumes tiefgezogen ist, in dem mindestens ein an sich bekanntes Besteckelement auf dem Boden (24) entfernbar gehaltert ist, und daß der Aufnahmeraum durch eine auf dem Deckel (16) angebrachte, eine Grifflasche aufweisende, flexible, peelfähige Folie verschlossen ist.
