Claims (16)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Anhängen eines Elements (1) eines Kraftfahrzeugs an ein Transportmittel auf einer Montagelinie für das Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem Träger (12), der ein Organ (16) zum Anhängen an das Transportmittel (10, 10') umfasst, wenigstens einem Seilgeschirr (24, 25, 25'), das aus einem lang gestreckten elastischen Aufhängungselement (26, 27, 44, 50) und aus einem Mittel (28, 29) zum Anhängen des Kraftfahrzeugelements (1), das an einem ersten Ende des elastischen Aufhängungselements (26, 27, 44, 50) befestigt ist, gebildet ist, sowie Mitteln zum Verbinden eines zweiten Endes des Aufhängungselements (26, 27, 44, 50) mit dem Träger (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Anschlagplatte (13) umfasst, die an dem Träger (12) befestigt ist und wenigstens zwei Elemente (32a, ..., 32e, 33a, 33b, 33c, 48, 55) zum Abstützen und Halten des zweiten Endes des Seilgeschirrs (24, 25) in einer ersten oder in wenigstens in einer zweiten Position an der Abstützfläche der Anschlagplatte (13), die in der Arbeitsposition der mit dem Transportmittel (10) verbundenen Anhängevorrichtung (11) horizontal angeordnet ist, umfasst, und dass wenigstens ein Seilgeschirr (24, 25, 25') wenigstens zwei Abstützmittel (30, 31, 45, 54) in zwei in Längsrichtung des lang gestreckten elastischen Elements (26, 27, 44, 50) beabstandeten Zonen umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, auf dem einen oder dem anderen der Abstütz- und Halteelemente (32a, ..., 32e, 33a, 33b, 33c, 48, 55) der Anschlagplatte (13) zu liegen zu kommen, um das Anhängen des Fahrzeugelements (1) in einem vertikalen Abstand von der Abstützfläche der Anschlagplatte (13), der durch die Position des an dem Aufhängungselement (26, 27, 44, 50) des Seilgeschirrs (24, 25, 25') gewählten Abstützmittels (30, 31, 45, 54) definiert ist, zu gewährleisten.
  2. Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstützmittel (30, 31) des Seilgeschirrs (24, 25, 25') Klötze sind, die an dem lang gestreckten elastischen Aufhängungselement (26, 27) des Seilgeschirrs (24, 25, 25') befestigt sind, so dass sie in Bezug auf die äußere Oberfläche des lang gestreckten elastischen Aufhängungselements (26, 27) in einer Zone des lang gestreckten elastischen Aufhängungselements (26, 27), die sich in einem bestimmten Abstand von dem ersten Ende des lang gestreckten elastischen Aufhängungselements (26, 27) befindet, radial vorstehen, und dass jedes der Abstütz- und Halteelemente (32a, ..., 32e, 33a, 33b, 33c) der Anschlagplatte (13) ein Abstützelement (38) für den Klotz (30, 31) des Seilgeschirrs (24, 25) umfasst, das eine Ringform besitzt und eine mittige Durchgangsbohrung für das lang gestreckte elastische Element (26, 27) des Seilgeschirrs (24, 25, 25'), die in einer durch die Abstützplatte (13) verlaufenden Öffnung angeordnet ist, aufweist.
  3. Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Abstütz- und Halteelemente (32a, 32e, 33a, 33c) des zweiten Endes des Seilgeschirrs (24, 25) außerdem ein Halteelement (39, 40) umfasst, das ein bewegliches Rückhalteelement (40) aufweist, das in eine Sperrposition über dem Klotz (30, 31), der sich auf dem Abstützelement (38) abstützt, gelangen kann.
  4. Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (40) des Sperrmittels des Klotzes (30, 31) drehbar um eine zur Abstützplatte (13) senkrechte Achse an einem mit der Abstützplatte (13) fest verbundenen Block (39) angebracht ist und ein Langloch (41) für den Eingriff des lang gestreckten elastischen Elements (26, 27) des Seilgeschirrs (24, 25) aufweist und durch eine Feder (43) in eine Position über dem Klotz (30, 31) des Seilgeschirrs (24, 25) zurückgestellt wird, in der das Langloch (41) des beweglichen Elements (40) um das lang gestreckte elastische Element oberhalb des Klotzes (30, 31) in Eingriff ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung des Abstützelements (38) in der inaktiven Position eines Seilgeschirrs (24, 25, 25') über wenigstens eine durch die Abstützplatte (13) verlaufende Rinne mit wenigstens einer Anordnungsrinne (36, 37, 37') in Verbindung steht, um das wenigstens eine Seilgeschirr (24,25) längs der Rinnen durch Gleiten zwischen seiner Anordnungsposition und einer aktiven Position an dem Abstützelement (38) zu verlagern.
  6. Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Anordnungsrinne (36, 37, 37') wenigstens eines Seilgeschirrs (24, 25) über Rinnen mit wenigstens zwei Bohrungen von zwei Abstützelementen (38) der Anschlagplatte (13) in Verbindung steht.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lang gestreckte elastische Element eines der folgenden Elemente ist: Seil (26, 27) und elastisches lang gestrecktes Element, das aus Stiften (51) gebildet ist, die Ende an Ende gelenkig zusammengefügt sind.
  8. Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lang gestreckte elastische Element des Seilgeschirrs durch eine Kette (44) gebildet ist und dass jedes der Abstützelemente der Anschlagplatte (13) durch eine Klinke (48) gebildet ist, die sich auf der oberen Oberfläche der Anschlagplatte (13) oberhalb einer Durchgangsöffnung (46) für die durch die Anschlagplatte (13) verlaufende Kette (44) abstützt, wobei die Klinke durch Führungsmittel (47a, 47b, 47c) auf der oberen Fläche der Anschlagplatte (13) geführt und gehalten wird, um in einem Glied (45) der Kette (44) in Eingriff zu gelangen.
  9. Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinke (48) in einer zu der Anschlagplatte (13) senkrechten Richtung eine bestimmte Höhe aufweist, so dass die Anhängehöhe des Seilgeschirrs, das die Kette (44) aufweist, durch Abstützen des Gliedes (45) auf der Klinke (48) eingestellt wird.
  10. Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das lang gestreckte elastische Aufhängungselement des Seilgeschirrs eine Gruppe von Stiften (51) umfasst, die Ende an Ende gelenkig zusammengefügt sind, dass jedes der Abstützelemente der Anschlagplatte (13) aus einem Element (55) wie etwa einem Haken gebildet ist, der an der oberen Fläche der Platte (13) angebracht ist, um in der Eingriffposition wenigstens innerhalb eines Hohlraums (54) angeordnet werden zu können, der in der Seitenfläche wenigstens eines der Stifte (51) des lang gestreckten elastischen Elements (50) vorgesehen ist, wobei der wenigstens eine Hohlraum (54) das Abstützmittel für das Seilgeschirr an der Anschlagplatte (13) bildet.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Abstützelemente (32a, ..., 32e, 33a, 33b, 33c, 48, 55) der Anschlagplatte (13) und die Abstützmittel (30, 31, 45, 54) des wenigstens einen Seilgeschirrs (24, 25, 25') ein visuelles Zielmittel umfassen, das jeweils einer Anhängeposition wenigstens eines Kraftfahrzeugelements eines besonderen Typs entspricht.
  12. Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das visuelle Zielelement eine Farbe ist, die einem besonderen Typ des Kraftfahrzeugelements zugeordnet ist.
  13. Anhängevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagplatte (13) mehrere Abstütz- und Halteelemente (32a, ..., 32e, 33a, 33b, 33c, 48, 55) an mehreren verschiedenen Positionen auf der Abstützfläche der Anschlagplatte (13) und wenigstens zwei Seilgeschirre (24, 25, 25'), die jeweils mehrere Abstützmittel (30, 31, 45, 54) aufweisen, die auf der Länge des lang gestreckten elastischen Elements der Seilgeschirre verteilt sind, umfasst.
  14. Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Abstütz- und Halteelemente der Anschlagplatte (13) und jedes der Abstützmittel jedes der Seilgeschirre ein visuelles Zielelement wie etwa ein Fadenkreuz umfassen, das eine Farbe besitzt, die einem Kraftfahrzeugelement eines besonderen Typs zugeordnet ist.
  15. Anhängevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 für den Fall eines Kraftfahrzeugelements (1), das eine Untereinheit von Kraftfahrzeugkomponenten bildet, etwa eine vordere Baugruppe (1) mit der Antriebsgruppe (2), dem Vorderrahmen (3) und zwei Aufhängungslenkern (4a, 4b) des Kraftfahrzeugs, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außerdem wenigstens ein Abstützmittel (18a, 18b) für wenigstens eine Komponente des Kraftfahrzeugs, etwa die Aufhängungslenker (4a, 4b), das mit dem Träger (12) der Anhängevorrichtung fest verbunden ist, und zwei Seilgeschirre (24, 25), deren Anhängeelemente (28, 29) dazu bestimmt sind, mit zwei Einhängepunkten einer der Komponenten des Kraftfahrzeugs, beispielsweise der Antriebsgruppe (2) der vorderen Baugruppe (1), zusammenzuwirken, umfasst.
  16. Anhängevorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 für den Fall des Transports einer vorderen Kraftfahrzeugbaugruppe (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer der Einhängepunkte der vorderen Baugruppe durch ein Anhängemittel eines der Seilgeschirre (24, 25) in der Nähe eines Endes des Motors auf Seiten der Versorgung angeordnet ist und ein zweiter Einhängepunkt (9b) der Antriebsbaugruppe (2) an einem zweiten Ende der Antriebsbaugruppe in der Nähe des Getriebes (5) angeordnet ist.
