- the pressure exerted on the reservoirs 12, 13, 12 can be done with one or more fingers, but preferably, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the dispensing device is provided with a pressure or tab in the form of the part actuation 2. Thanks to this pressure member 2, ensures simultaneous pressure on the tanks as well than a perfect emptying. This result of pressure and emptying can be obtained by bending the pressure member 2, as previously defined. Because of this bulging, the pressure member 2, once folded over the part main 1, starts by pressing on the flexible walls deformable formed by the flexible barrier film 11 in starting from their end furthest from the canals of outlet 14, 15, 14. Bending of the pressure member 2 ensures a progressive flattening of the tanks of such so it is not possible for fluid to remain in the tanks. This ensures progressive emptying simultaneous of the entire contents of the tanks.
- the gas tanks 12, 12 extend further towards the hinge 21 that the fluid reservoir 13, so that the pressure member 2 once folded down first start by pressing the gas tanks 12 before pressing on the fluid reservoir 13.
- the emptying of the gas tanks 12, 12 thus begins before emptying the fluid reservoir 13.
- the gas tanks 12 extend further away from the hinge 21 than the fluid reservoir 13. this means that gas will continue to be expelled after the tank fluid 13 will be emptied. Thanks to that characteristic, we ensure a perfect quality of biphasic spraying again avoiding that fluid is not expelled without prior mixing with some gas. In other words, the biphasic spraying of the fluid product is preceded and followed by an expulsion of gas under pressure.

Description
- un réservoir de produit fluide contenant la dose unique et relié à un orifice de pulvérisation,
- au moins un réservoir de gaz relié audit orifice de pulvérisation, et
- des moyens pour vider simultanément les réservoirs de produit fluide et de gaz, de manière à créer une pulvérisation biphasique de produit fluide et de gaz au niveau de l'orifice de pulvérisation.
- la figure 1 est une vue à plat d'un dispositif de distribution biphasique monodose réalisé selon la présente invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue en section à travers le dispositif de distribution de la figure 1.
Claims (18)
- Dispositif de distribution sous forme pulvérisée d'une dose unique de produit fluide, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :un réservoir (13) de produit fluide contenant la dose unique et relié à un orifice de pulvérisation (19),au moins un réservoir de gaz (12) relié audit orifice de pulvérisation (19), etdes moyens (11, 2) pour vider simultanément les réservoirs de produit fluide (13) et de gaz (12), de manière à créer une pulvérisation biphasique de produit fluide et de gaz au niveau de l'orifice de pulvérisation.
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les réservoirs (12, 13) comportent des éléments de paroi souples déformables (11) permettant le vidage des réservoirs par appui sur lesdits éléments de paroi.
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les moyens de vidage (11, 2) comprennent un organe de pression (2) pour appuyer sur les éléments de paroi souples déformables (11) des réservoirs (12, 13).
- Dispositif de distribution selon les revendications 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel les réservoirs (12, 13) sont agencés de telle manière que le vidage dudit au moins un réservoir de gaz (12) débute avant le vidage dudit réservoir de produit fluide (13).
- Dispositif de distribution selon les revendications 1, 2 ou 3, dans lequel les réservoirs (12, 13) sont agencés de telle manière que le vidage dudit au moins un réservoir de gaz (12) s'achève après le vidage dudit réservoir de produit fluide (13).
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 3, dans lequel l'organe de pression (2) appuie sur les éléments de paroi souples (11) dudit au moins un réservoir de gaz (12) avant d'appuyer sur l'élément de paroi souple (11) dudit réservoir de produit fluide (13).
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les réservoirs (12, 13) comprennent des canaux de sortie (14, 15, 16) les reliant à l'orifice de pulvérisation, l'organe de pression étant formé par une languette bombée sensiblement rigide (2) articulée par rapport aux réservoirs (12, 13) de manière à appuyer progressivement sur les éléments de parois (11) des réservoirs en commençant par leurs extrémités les plus éloignées des canaux de sortie.
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les réservoirs (12, 13) sont formés entre un support sensiblement rigide (10) et un film barrière souple (11) formant les éléments de parois souples déformables.
- Dispositif de distribution selon les revendications 7 et 8, dans lequel la languette (2) est formée par une partie d'actionnement du support (10) profilée de manière bombée et reliée par une charnière (21) à une autre partie principale (1) du support (10) portant les réservoirs (12, 13).
- Dispositif de distribution selon les revendications 7 et 8, dans lequel les canaux de sortie (14, 15, 16) et l'orifice de pulvérisation sont formés entre le support (10) et le film barrière (11).
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le film barrière (11) est soudé ou collé sur le support (10).
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une fibre de rétention et de dispersion (17) est placée avant l'orifice de pulvérisation (19).
- Dispositif de distribution selon les revendications 8 et 12, dans lequel la fibre (17) est placée à la fois entre les canaux de sortie et l'orifice de pulvérisation et entre le support (10) et le film barrière (11).
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'orifice de pulvérisation (19) est obturé par un organe de bouchon arrachable (3).
- Dispositif de distribution selon les revendications 8, 9 et 14, dans lequel l'organe de bouchon arrachable est formé par une partie de tête (3) du support (10) revêtue du film barrière (11) et reliée à la partie principale (1) par une ligne de déchirement (31)
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le support (10) est réalisé en polypropylène, en polyéthylène ou un mélange de ceux-ci.
- Dispositif de distribution selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le film barrière (11) est réalisé par une superposition de couche de polyester, d'aluminium, de polyamide et de polyéthylène..
- Dispositif de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'épaisseur du dispositif de distribution est inférieure à 5 mm, et de préférence inférieure à 3 mm.
