Claims (23)
- Mörtelspritze (10) mit einem Rohr (12) mit glatter Innenfläche, einer an einem Ende des Rohrs (10) angebrachten Düse (14) und einem im Inneren des Rohrs (12) frei verschiebbaren Kolben (18), der an einer in das Rohr (10) hineinragenden Kolbenstange (20) angebracht ist, deren freies Ende mit einem Griff (34) versehen ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der Düse (14) gegenüberliegende Ende des Rohrs (12) durch eine abnehmbare Verschlußkappe (38) verschlossen ist, durch welche die Kolbenstange (20) geführt ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkappe (38) durch eine Schraubverbindung, einen Bajonettverschluß oder eine Klemmvorrichtung am Rohr (12) angebracht ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußkappe (38) mit einer Druckausgleichsöffnung versehen ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (18) eine Scheibendichtung (48) umfaßt, die zwischen zwei Distanzscheiben (50,52) angeordnet und auf die Kolbenstange (20) aufgesteckt ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibendichtung (48) aus einer Anzahl von Dichtungsscheiben (46) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibendichtung (48) aus elastischem Material besteht.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheibendichtung (48) aus Leder, Filz, Baumwolle, Kunststoff oder Gummi besteht.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenstange (20) an dem Ende, das in das Rohr (12) hineinragt, mit einem Außengewinde (22) versehen ist und die Distanzscheiben (50,52) und die Scheibendichtung (48) zwischen zwei Kontermuttern (24,26) festgeklemmt sind, die auf das Außengewinde (22) aufgeschraubt sind.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenstange (20) an dem Ende, das aus dem Rohr (12) herausragt, mit einem Außengewinde versehen ist und der Griff (34) zwischen zwei Kontermuttern (30,32) festgeklemmt ist, die auf das Außengewinde aufgeschraubt sind.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griff (34) durch ein Innengewinde oder einen Gewindedübel an der Kolbenstange (20) befestigt ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (14) abnehmbar am Rohr (12) angebracht ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (14) durch eine Schraubverbindung, einen Bajonettverschluß oder eine Klemmvorrichtung am Rohr befestigt ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Düse (14) ein Schlauch anzubringen ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenstange (20) oder die Verschlußkappe (38) mit mindestens einem Anschlag (42,44) versehen ist, der die Bewegung des Kolbens (18) begrenzt.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Anschläge (42,44) aus einem elastischen Material bestehen.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Anschläge (42,44) als Spiralfedern ausgebildet sind.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der Düse (14) gegenüberliegende Ende des Rohrs (12) radial erweitert ist.
- Mörtelspritze gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (12), die Düse (14) und/oder die Verschlußkappe (38) aus Metall oder Kunststoff bestehen.
- Mörtelspritze nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griff (34) aus Metall, Kunststoff oder Holz besteht.
- Verfahren zur Verarbeitung von Mörtel durch eine Mörtelspritze (10) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mörtel durch Zusetzen von Mischöl verflüssigt und homogenisiert wird, anschließend die Mörtelspritze (10) mit dem Mörtel befüllt wird und der Mörtel durch Auspressen aus der Spritze (10) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Befüllen der Mörtelspritze (10) der Mörtel durch die Düse (14) aufgezogen wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Befüllen der Mörtelspritze (10) die Düse (14) oder die Verschlußkappe (38) entfernt wird.
