Claims (7)
- Längsschneidevorrichtung für eine Wickelmaschine mit einer Reihe von als scheibenförmige Kreismesser ausgebildeten Obermessem (1) und einer Reihe von als Kreismesser ausgebildeten Untermessem (2), wobei ein Obermesser (1) mit einem Untermesser (2) ein einen Längsschnitt ausführendes Messerpaar bildet und die Drehebene (4) eines Untermessers (2) spitzwinklig zur Drehebene (5) des zugeordneten Obermessers (1) verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Untermesser (2) frei drehbar auf einer Tragachse (3) gelagert sind, undan jeder Seite eines Obermessers (1) jeweils ein Untermesser (2) angeordnet ist, dessen Schneidkante gegen die jeweilige Seitenfläche des Obermessers (1) angestellt werden kann, unddaß die Drehebenen (4) der beiden einem Obermesser (1) zugeordneten Untermesser (2) spiegelbildlich zueinander geneigt so verlaufen, daß sich die Schneidkanten der beiden Untermesser (2) bei einem Umlauf aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegen.
- Längsschneidevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Untermesser (2) so gestaltet sind, daß ihre äußeren Mantellinien an der Berührungsstelle am Obermesser (1) eine gerade Linie bilden, die im rechten Winkel zu den Seitenflächen des Obermessers (1) verläuft.
- Längsschneideeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden einem Obermesser (1) zugeordneten Untermesser (2) jeweils fedemd gegen eine Seite des Obermessers (1) gedrückt werden.
- Längsschneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Untermesser (2) die Form eines Kegelstumpfs aufweisen, wobei die Umlaufkante des Kegelstumpfes die Schneidkante bildet.
- Längsschneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Obermesser (1) angetrieben sind.
- Längsschneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Betrieb feststehende Tragachse (3) der Untermesser (2) in eine Position drehbar ist, in der sich der maximale Spalt zwischen zwei Untermessern (2) im Bereich der Obermesser (1) befindet.
- Längsschneidevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Absaugeinrichtung den herausgeschnittenen Streifen aus dem Bereich zwischen zwei Untermessern (2) absaugt.
