Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Präsentation und Bevorratung von schalenförmigen Elementen, insbesondere von Duschtassen.
Für den Verkauf von zahlreichen Produkten in Selbstbedienungsmärkten ist es wünschenswert, dass der Kunde das Produkt in Form eines Musters unmittelbar in Augenschein nehmen und prüfen kann, bevor er zu einer Kaufentscheidung kommt. Wenn er sich dann für den Kauf entschließt, sollte sich ein mitnehmbares Produkt möglichst in unmittelbarer Nähe des Musters befinden, so dass dem Kunden umständliche Wege und Mühen bei der Beschaffung erspart bleiben.
Ein Beispiel für die oben geschilderte Situation ist der Verkauf von schalenförmigen Elementen wie insbesondere von Duschtassen aus Acryl in Baumärkten. Während Badewannen aus Acryl wegen ihrer geringen Wärmeleitfähigkeit, die ein angenehmes Wärmegefühl für den Benutzer bietet, am Markt gut akzeptiert sind, ist der Marktanteil von Duschtassen noch geringer. Dies hat zum Teil seinen Grund darin, dass die Präsentation und Bevorratung von Duschtassen in Baumärkten unbefriedigend gelöst ist, so dass die Kunden keinen unmittelbaren Eindruck von den Duschtassen gewinnen und sich oft auch nur unter Mühen ein Exemplar einer Duschtasse verschaffen können. Beispielsweise sind Musterexemplare der Duschtassen häufig nur in großer Höhe aufgehängt, und die Beschaffung einer Duschtasse ist oft nur über eine Bestellung möglich, deren Erfüllung mehrere Wochen dauern kann. Dies ist jedoch ungünstig, da die Kunden von Baumärkten die Ware in der Regel sofort mitnehmen möchten. Weiterhin ist auch in den Fällen, in denen Duschtassen in einem Regal bevorratet sind, der Zugang hierzu für den Kunden oft sehr umständlich. In der Regel werden nämlich Duschtassen verschiedener Ausführungen übereinandergestapelt, so dass der Kunde, wenn er z.B. eine Duschtasse bestimmter Farbe wünscht, erst den gesamten darüber befindlichen Stapel abräumen muss. Dabei kann es natürlich auch leicht zu Beschädigungen von Duschtassen kommen. Die am Beispiel von Duschtassen geschilderten Probleme treten in ähnlicher Form auch bei anderen schalenförmigen Elementen wie Waschbecken, Schranktüren und dergleichen auf.
Aufgabe der vorliegende Erfindung war es daher, die Nachteile des Standes der Technik zu vermeiden und eine Vorrichtung zur Präsentation und Bevorratung von schalenförmigen Elementen wie insbesondere Duschtassen zur Verfügung zu stellen, welche eine für den Kunden gut zugängliche Präsentation des Produktes mit einer leichten Beschaffbarkeit eines mitnehmbaren Exemplars verbindet.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen enthalten.
Die Vorrichtung enthält in an sich bekannter Weise einen mit einer Zugangsöffnung versehenen Lagerraum zur Aufnahme und Bevorratung mindestens eines schalenförmigen Elementes. Sie ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Musterelement schwenkbar in der Zugangsöffnung angeordnet ist.
Die Vorrichtung verbindet die Präsentation des Produktes anhand eines Musterelementes in enger räumlicher Nähe mit einem Lager für mitnehmbare Exemplare des Produktes. Der Kunde kann sich also am selben Ort anhand des Musters unter sorgfältiger Prüfung seine Kaufentscheidung bilden und dann gegebenenfalls unmittelbar ein Exemplar des Produktes mitnehmen. Vorteilhaft ist, dass das schwenkbar angeordnet Musterelement eine Doppelfunktion erfüllt, nämlich die einer Präsentation des Produktes und eines Verschließens der Zugangs-Öffnung zum Lagerraum. Das Musterelement kann dabei unter verkaufspsychologischen Gesichtspunkten optimal präsentiert werden, also z.B. eine Duschtasse in hängender Weise, in der sie für Kunden gut sichtbar und erkennbar ist. Weiterhin kann das Musterelement durch seine schwenkbare Anordnung vom Kunden leicht und mit einer Hand aus dem Weg geräumt werden, um den Zugang zum Lagerraum freizugeben. Durch die feste Verbindung mit dem Lagerraum kann das Musterelement andererseits nicht verloren gehen.
Vorteilhafterweise ist die Schwenkachse des Musterelementes am oberen, vorzugsweise horizontalen Rand der Zugangsöffnung angeordnet. Das bedeutet, dass das Musterelement noch oben geschwenkt wird und somit in einen Über-Kopf-Raum hinein, in welchem es die Kunden am wenigsten stören kann. Gleichzeitig bewirkt das Eigengewicht des Musterelementes eine natürliche Rückstellkraft in die geschlossene Position, so dass ein unerwünschtes Offenstehen des Lagerraumes - z.B., wenn ein Kunde den Lagerraum nicht wieder ordnungsgemäß verschließt - vermieden wird.
Vorzugsweise wird das Musterelement mit einem Federelement verbunden, welches die Schwenkbewegung des Musterelementes unterstützt und/oder dämpft. Diese Ergänzung ist gerade bei der zuletzt genannten Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung vorteilhaft, bei der das Musterelement nach oben geschwenkt wird. Das Federelement kann durch seine Elastizität das Anheben des Musterelementes unterstützen, d.h. die Spannenergie der Feder wird in Lageenergie des Musterelementes überführt und umgekehrt. Ferner kann das Federelement zu einer Dämpfung der Schwenkbewegung des Musterelementes beitragen. Zu diesem Zweck kann es zusätzlich einen Dämpfer mit einer Reibungskomponente enthalten. Eine solche Dämpfung ist sinnvoll, um schnelle Fallbewegungen des Musterelementes zu vermeiden, die zu gefährlichen Situationen und zu einer Verletzung von Kunden führen könnten. Als Federelement eignen sich z.B. ein Gasdruckstoßdämpfer, eine Spiralfeder oder dergleichen.
Vorzugsweise ist das Musterelement an schwenkbar mit dem Lagerraum verbundenen Trägerelementen befestigt. Diese konstruktive Maßnahme erlaubt es, eine Basisversion der Vorrichtung bestehend aus dem Lagerraum und den Trägerelementen herzustellen, an welcher verschiedene Musterelemente je nach zu verkaufendem Produkt angekoppelt werden können. Die Befestigung erfolgt dabei vorzugsweise reversibel, so dass die Musterelemente nach ihrer Abnahme von den Trägerelementen noch für ihren eigentlichen Zweck verwendet werden können.
Im Lagerraum kann ein Korb zur Aufnahme der zu verkaufenden schalenförmigen Elemente angeordnet sein. Ein solcher Korb hat den Vorteil, dass er insgesamt mit allen in ihm enthaltenen Produkten bewegt werden kann. Der Kunde kann daher die Produkte für eine Auswahl und Entnahme leicht vorübergehend an einen Ort bringen, an dem Z.B. günstigere Lichtverhältnisse herrschen oder die Produkte besser greifbar sind. Nicht zuletzt erleichtert ein Korb auch den Mitarbeitern der Verkaufsstätte die Befüllung des Lagerraumes.
Der Lagerraum kann weiterhin in Fächer zur Aufnahme je eines schalenförmigen Elementes unterteilt sein. Wenn sich ein Korb im Lagerraum befindet, kann dieser in Fächer unterteilt sein. Die Fächer haben den Vorteil, dass die darin befindlichen Elemente frei von einer Gewichtsbelastung durch andere Elemente sind. Die Produkte beliebiger Fächer sind daher frei und gut zugänglich. Wenn der Kunde z.B. eine Duschtasse bestimmter Größe, Höhe, Tiefe, Oberfläche oder Farbe haben will, kann er diese problemlos dem entsprechenden Fach entnehmen, ohne dass er erst darüber befindliche andere Duschtassen umständlich umstapeln müsste.
Die schalenförmigen Elemente werden vorzugsweise stehend im Lagerraum angeordnet. D.h., dass sie mit ihrer Schmalseite auf dem Boden stehen und die Längsseite sich in die Höhe erstreckt. Diese Lage wäre ohne seitliche Abstützung an den Wänden des Lagerraumes oder der Fächer des Lagerraumes instabil. Sie erlaubt eine leichtere Entnahme der Elemente aus dem Lagerraum. Ferner hat die stehende Anordnung den Vorteil, dass die in einem Lagerraum untergebrachten Produkte sich alle auf derselben Höhe befinden und damit für den Kunden alle gleich gut zugänglich sind.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der Figuren beispielhaft erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die Figuren 1 bis 5 zeigen die Erfindung am Beispiel der Präsentation und Bevorratung von Duschtassen in einem Regal, welches sich z.B. in einem Baumarkt befinden kann. Eine richtige Präsentation ist insbesondere für den Verkauf neuer Produkte wie z.B. Duschtassen aus Acryl wichtig, damit sich diese gegenüber herkömmlichen Produkten (Duschtassen aus Stahl) am Markt durchsetzen können.
Das in Figur 1 in der Frontansicht dargestellte Regal umfaßt neun nahezu quadratische Einzelvorrichtungen zur Präsentation und Bevorratung, welche in drei Reihen und drei Spalten angeordnet sind. Jede Vorrichtung hat einen Lagerraum, der vorne an seiner Zugangsöffnung von einer Musterduschtasse 1 verschlossen wird. Die Musterduschtasse 1 ist repräsentativ für die im dahinter gelegenen Lagerraum bevorrateten Duschtassen. D.h., dass der Kunde an der Frontseite des Regals die verschiedenen Modelle der Duschtassen in Ruhe studieren kann und sich im Falle eines Kaufentschlusses aus dem hinter der betreffenden Musterduschtasse befindlichen Lagerraum sein Exemplar der Duschtasse entnimmt.
Die Musterduschtassen können dabei an der Frontseite des Regals so angeordnet werden, dass diese insgesamt ein optisch ansprechendes Bild erhält. Z.B. sind im dargestellten Fall an den unteren Ecken des Regals Duschtassen mit abgerundeten Ecken angeordnet. Ferner können am Fuß 2 des Regals Zubehörteile präsentiert werden, z.B. Duschtassenfüße. Typische Abmessungen des Regals betragen A = 2750 mm (Gesamtbreite außen), B = 2650 mm (Gesamtbreite innen), C = 33 mm (sichtbare Randstärke), D = 135 mm (Stärke der Decke), E = 1095 mm (Außenhöhe eines Lagerraumes), F = 162 mm (einsehbare Höhe eines Lagerraumes), G = 960 mm (Innenhöhe eines Lagerraumes), H = 900 × 900 mm (Länge und Breite der Musterduschtasse 1) und I = 3900 mm (Gesamthöhe des Regals).
In Figur 2 ist eine Seitenansicht des Regals nach Figur 1 mit einem geöffneten Lagerraum 3 in der Mitte des Regals dargestellt. Vor der Zugangsöffnung des Lagerraumes 3 ist eine Musterduschtasse 1 schwenkbar angeordnet. Die Schwenkachse 6 verläuft dabei horizontal am oberen Rand der Zugangsöffnung, so dass die Musterduschtasse 1 nach oben geklappt werden kann, um den Zugang zum Lagerraum freizugeben. Das Anheben des Gewichtes der Musterduschtasse 1 wird durch einen Gasstoßdämpfer 5 unterstützt. Der Kunde kann somit ohne nennenswerten Kraftaufwand die Musterduschtasse 1 anheben, so dass auch schwache Personen wie z.B. Kinder problemlos an den Lagerraum herankommen können. Weiterhin dämpft der Gasstoßdämpfer 5 die nach Loslassen der Musterduschtasse 1 erfolgende Abwärtsbewegung, so dass keine Kunde durch eine herabfallende Duschtasse, die typischerweise ein Gewicht von ca. 10 kg hat, verletzt werden kann. Vorteilhafterweise ist der Gasstoßdämpfer 5 so ausgelegt, dass die angehobene Musterduschtasse 1 ca. eine Sekunde oben verweilt und sich nur sehr langsam wieder nach unten bewegt.
In Figur 3 ist der Schwenkmechanismus für die Musterduschtasse 1 im Schnitt detaillierter dargestellt. Für die hier und in anderen Figuren eingetragenen typischen Maße gilt die Einheit Millimeter. Die Musterduschtasse 1 ist an zwei Trägerschienen 4 befestigt. Diese Befestigung erfolgt über runde Einsätze in die sich in den Ecken der Duschtasse befindlichen hülsenförmigen Aufnahmen 7, 9, in welche beim normalen Aufstellen der Duschtasse die Füße eingesetzt werden. Weiterhin ist in der Mitte der Duschtasse 1 ein Mittelfuß 8 angeordnet, an welchem in ähnlicher Weise der Gasstoßdämpfer 5 befestigt ist. Für die Befestigung der Duschtasse an den Trägerschienen 4 bzw. dem Gasstoßdämpfer 5 muss die Duschtasse nicht verändert oder zerstört werden. Die Musterduschtasse 1 kann also später noch verwendet bzw. verkauft werden. In Figur 3 ist ferner die heruntergeklappte Stellung der Musterduschtasse 1 angedeutet, in welcher sich der Gasstoßdämpfer in der Position 5' befindet.
Figur 4 zeigt die vor einem Lagerraum montierte Musterduschtasse 1 in der Frontansicht, wobei nicht sichtbare Elemente gestrichelt dargestellt sind. So sind insbesondere die Trägerschienen 4 erkennbar, welche an ihrem einem Ende an der horizontal verlaufenden Schwenkachse 6 schwenkbar befestigt sind und welche über die Füße 7 und 9 die Verbindung zur Musterduschtasse 1 herstellen. Ferner ist die Befestigung des Gasstoßdämpfers 5 am Mittelfuß 8 der Duschtasse erkennbar.
Figur 5 zeigt schließlich einen Korb 10, welcher sich z.B. in einem Lagerraum 3 befinden kann und der der Aufnahme von einzelnen zu verkaufenden Duschtassen 12 dient. Der Korb 10 ist zu diesem Zweck in sechs Fächer 11 unterteilt, welche jeweils eine Duschtasse aufnehmen können. Durch geeignete Stege bzw. Füße 13 und 14 an der Seite und auf dem Boden der Fächer werden die Duschtassen gestützt und ein direktes Anlegen an die Wand der Fächer wird vermieden. In den einzelnen Fächern können sich Duschtassen verschiedener Größe, Farbe, Oberfläche oder sonstiger Ausgestaltung befinden, welche aufgrund ihrer separaten Anordnung vom Kunden leicht zu entnehmen sind. Ein leichtes Herausziehen der Duschtassen 12 wird ferner durch ihr senkrechtes Einstellen ermöglicht. Hierdurch wird auch gewährleistet, dass alle Duschtassen 12 gleichermaßen gut zugänglich sind, es also keine für den Kunden zu weit oben oder unten befindlichen Duschtassen gibt.

Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Präsentation und Bevorratung von schalenförmigen Elementen, insbesondere von Duschtassen (1, 12), enthaltend einen mit einer Zugangsöffnung versehenen Lagerraum (3) zur Aufnahme mindestens eines schalenförmigen Elementes (12),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Musterelement (1) schwenkbar in der Zugangsöffnung angeordnet ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse (6) des Musterelementes (1) am oberen Rand der Zugangsöffnung angeordnet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Musterelement (1) mit einem Federelement (5, 5') verbunden ist, welches die Schwenkbewegung des Musterelementes (1) unterstützt und/oder dämpft.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Musterelement (1) an schwenkbar mit dem Lagerraum (3) verbundenen Trägerelementen (4) befestigt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Lagerraum (3) ein Korb (10) zur Aufnahme schalenförmiger Elemente (12) angeordnet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagerraum (3) in Fächer (11) zur Aufnahme je eines schalenförmigen Elementes (12) unterteilt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schalenförmigen Elemente (12) stehend im Lagerraum (3) bzw. im Korb (10) angeordnet sind.
