Definitions

  • the invention relates to a roller shutter box, with a composite from Blenddeckeln and at least one bottom cover box body, and optionally frontal box covers, with individual covers form a flat and at least partial representation of the box body collapsible unit, further comprising one or more separation points in the respective visor and / or provided in the bottom cover and / or in the box lid, so that the associated cover can be opened and closed again in the region of this separation point, and wherein the cover and the bottom cover are joined together by the respective longitudinal edge connecting means to the aforementioned unit.
  • visor covers are used, namely an outside, an inside and a head-side visor cover, while the bottom cover is used for the bottom end of the box body or the roller shutter box.
  • the bottom cover is used for the bottom end of the box body or the roller shutter box.
  • a slot for the generally located in the box body roller shutter is provided.
  • a roller shutter box body is used, which is at least partially composed of an assembly of individual lids. To complete this unit, a lid piece and a bottom piece are required. In this then completed box body a roller shutter armor is inserted.
  • a roller shutter box according to the preamble of claim 1 is described in the context of DE 43 21 113 A1, which presents a roller shutter prefabricated whose different covers or plates form a single unit and at their longitudinal edges each have a half of a compound with which the box held together becomes.
  • the mating connecting halves are combined to form hinges, which hold the plate together in the unit and serve as connecting joints. This hopes to be able to provide a roller shutter box available, which is composed with a large variety of possible dimensions of a few individual parts.
  • the invention is based on the technical problem of further developing such a roller shutter box so that a simple revision and a trouble-free assembly is ensured.
  • the invention proposes in a generic roller shutter box, that the connecting means are designed in three parts with end cap legs and central connecting web, wherein the connecting web is made of an elastomer. -
  • the separation points are usually designed as a snap fit connection or even have corresponding connection means.
  • the cover together with the bottom cover - usually for transport and processing - form a substantially flat and at least partial representation of the box body collapsible unit.
  • the cover, bottom cover and connecting means can be performed regularly as a jointly manufactured press profiles or extruded profiles in order to enable a fast and rational production.
  • the cover, bottom cover and connecting means are designed as coextruded plastic (hollow) profiles, so that the entire box body (including separation points) can be made in situ and in one piece.
  • the connecting means must, of course, be taken to ensure that the connecting means have the required elasticity, so that the folding collapses to illustrate the box body easily.
  • the connecting means are designed as the cover and the bottom cover connecting each separate hinge connector.
  • These hinge connectors are usually connected after production of the cover and the bottom cover each with these longitudinal edge side and ensure in connection thereto for the desired definition of the unit described. In the same way, the hinge connectors ensure the coupling of individual parts of the respective cover (bottom cover and / or cover) in the region of the separation point.
  • the connecting means are made in three parts with end cap legs and central connecting web.
  • the connecting web is usually made of an elastomer or a similar flexible elastic spring material. If an elastomer is used, this generally has a Shore A hardness of about 50 to 90, so that both a flat unfolding of the interconnected lid as a folding to the box body as well as a separation and assembly of the lid easily allows becomes.
  • a reproducible representation of the box body for example, by the front side attachable box lid, which provide for the required hold the lid (cover and bottom lid) to each other.
  • thermoset or thermoplastic For the end lid shank comes however, usually a thermoset or thermoplastic used.
  • the (separate) connection means can be particularly elegant and easy to produce in case that hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is used for the cover legs, while the connecting web is made of soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Because in this case, a production of the bonding agent in the context of a single (co-) extrusion process done. Metals are also conceivable as materials for the connecting means.
  • the cover legs are generally designed as engaging in hollow chambers of the visor cover and the bottom cover latching leg, can thus easily lock with each lid to be connected.
  • other compounds such as adhesive, screw, rivet or even connectors conceivable.
  • the locking legs or cover legs can each have two substantially parallel spring arms. These spring arms are an inner and an outer spring arm facing the box interior. Characterized in that the spring arms are separated from each other, they can move towards each other in the course of the detent and set themselves back after production of the locking connection.
  • the respective inner spring arm of the associated locking leg has a latching hook engaging behind a latching lug in the hollow chamber.
  • this latching hook can in principle also be arranged on the connecting means, for example integrally formed, without the connecting means being equipped with the lid legs or the spring arms.
  • the connecting means are usually fixable in different angular positions (the cover legs relative to one another) as a rule.
  • These angular positions may be, for example, a so-called 0 ° position and a 90 ° position. On the 0 ° position is usually used for the transport or a processing of the unit, while the 90 ° position corresponds to the folded box body.
  • the roller shutter box according to the invention designed extremely flexible. Because fundamentally very different materials can be connected to each other (if used on the separate longitudinal edge-side connecting means). In this context, it is proposed to perform the cover and the bottom cover as metal and / or wood and / or plastic (hollow) profile.
  • the shutter box described above initially characterized by a simple machinability, because the unfolded flat state of the assembly of Blenddeckeln and bottom cover a tailor-made and even automated cutting - adapted to the respective tank size or window size - allows.
  • the transport is facilitated because the belonging to the roller shutter box components are completely connected to each other, so that confusion can be virtually ruled out.
  • the unit takes up as little space as possible in the flat state, so that the most expensive transport volume is optimally utilized.
  • connection means inherent angle stop ensures compliance with the desired (right) angle.
  • hexagonal configurations of the roller shutter box according to the invention are also conceivable in cross section.
  • the one or more separation points in the respective cover or in the bottom cover ensures that in any case a revision of the entire roller shutter box or the roller shutter located therein succeeds extremely simple and problem-free. Because the actual box body is not changed by its shape, which must be considered, for example, when flush mounting or wall installation. Rather, the then provided for example in the bottom cover separation point just allows a two or more division of this bottom cover so that the roller shutter from the bottom can be removed from the box body. Consequently, this roller shutter can be replaced or provided, for example, with an electric drive, without the roller shutter box must be removed as a whole.
  • a roller shutter box is shown, which is composed in its basic structure of three Blenddeckeln 1, a bottom cover 2 and only indicated box covers 3.
  • Blend cover 1 and bottom cover 2 form a box body K, on which the box lid 3 are placed on the front side.
  • the case cover 3 according to the embodiment provide the required stability and compliance with the spatial form of the box body K, which of course also separate connector o. ⁇ . Can be used at this point.
  • Blend cover 1 and bottom cover 2 are joined together by longitudinally-edge connecting means 6 to the aforementioned unit.
  • Blend cover 1 and bottom cover 2 can be made as well as the connecting means 6 as a jointly manufactured extruded profiles.
  • the glare lids 1, the bottom cover 2 and the connecting means 6 to coextruded plastic (hollow) profile, ie an integral unit.
  • the connecting means or hinge connectors 6 are formed in three parts with end cap legs 6a and central connecting web 6b.
  • the cover legs 6a each consist of a hard plastic, such as hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
  • the connecting web 6b is made of an elastomer or a comparable flexible elastic spring material. If an elastomer is used, preference is given here to soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC) having a Shore A hardness of about 50 to 90. Consequently, the illustrated hinge connector 6 and the connecting means 6 can be produced in a single (co-) extrusion process, in one piece.
  • the cover legs 6a are formed as engaging in hollow chambers 7 of the cover 1 and the bottom cover 2 locking leg.
  • two parallel spring arms 8, 9 are realized in each case in these latching limbs or cover legs 6a, which pairs may in each case be formed identically with respect to the associated cover leg 6a, as shown in FIG.
  • At least the respective inner spring arm 8 of the associated latching leg or cover leg 6a has a latching hook 11 engaging behind a latching lug 10 in the hollow chamber 7.
  • locking hooks 11 ' are realized on the outer spring arm, which engage behind an associated locking lug 10'.
  • a rail S serves to cover the connection area (see Fig. 5). The same is possible by appropriately extending the associated profiles.
  • At least one cover leg 6a has a stop lug 13 for fixing precisely this angular position (90 ° position). of the connecting means 6.
  • the visor cover 1 and the bottom cover 2 may be constructed of different materials. Conceivable are combinations of metal and / or wood and / or plastic, wherein in each case respective hollow profiles are used.
  • FIGS. 6 and 7 show a two-part embodiment of the connecting means 6 with a latching element 10 engaging in a detent element 15.
  • This locking element 15 is connected via a flexible film hinge 15 'to the visor cover 1 or bottom cover 2.
  • the film hinge 15 ' consists of a comparable material as the connecting web 6b. Its production coincides with the procedure described.
  • a latching element 15 can be seen.
  • This latching element 15 engages in an associated latching receptacle 14.
  • undercuts 18, 19 of the locking receptacle 14 are provided.
  • a trap strip 16 is realized, which cooperates with a latch strip 17 in the manner already described for the representation of the folded state of the box body K.
  • the connecting means or hinge connector 6 illustrated in FIGS. 6 to 9 are - as described - made of several parts, at least two parts. This is appropriate in the event that certain types of mounting - for example, a length compensation on the connecting means 6 - must be used.
  • one or more separation points T are provided in the box body K.
  • a separation point T in the bottom cover 2 and a separation point T in the rear panel 1 is shown.
  • a further separation point T in the bottom cover 2 or in the rear cover 1 can be realized.
  • the associated bottom cover 2 can be opened and closed again, with the aid of a latching seat connection R there (see the first enlarged detail in FIG.
  • this makes it possible to subdivide the bottom cover 2 in order, for example, to be able to simply remove the roller shutter armor 4 from the otherwise closed box body K in the event of a repair.
  • Another advantage of this approach is that - in realization of multiple separation points T in the individual lids 1, 2 of the box body K - intermediate pieces can be used without problems, so that the box body K (theoretically) any size - even later - can take.
  • a connecting means 6 instead of the locking seat connection R shown in Fig. 1 in the first enlarged detail in the region of a separation point T in the bottom cover 2 can be used here also on a connecting means 6, as shown in detail in Fig. 4 and at the separation point T in the rear panel cover 1 use finds.
  • the connecting means 6 engages in individual hollow chambers 7 of the associated shutter cover 1, as the further enlarged detail in Fig. 1 makes clear.
  • the connecting means 6 are thus not only used for longitudinal connection of individual covers 1, 2, but are also advantageous for the representation of the separation point T.
  • the connecting web 6b of an elastomer or a comparable flexible elastic spring material ensures that the associated visor cover 1 can be properly opened in the region of the separation point T by the connecting means 6 is removed at slightly outwardly folded halves of the visor cover 1 from the associated hollow chambers 7 ,
