Claims (6)
- Dispositif de manipulation de bobines (10) de matériau d'emballage en forme de bande dans la zone d'un magasin (12) et en association avec une empaqueteuse, le magasin (12) étant constitué de deux barres supports parallèles espacées (13, 14) sur lesquelles les bobines (10) peuvent reposer par une partie périphérique inférieure, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :a) Les bobines peuvent être transportées individuellement par un chariot (16) dans la zone du magasin (12),b) le chariot (16) peut être déplacé en dessous des barres supports (13, 14),c) le chariot (16) présente un récepteur (22) pour une bobine individuelle (10),d) le récepteur (22) est mobile vers le haut pour la saisie d'une bobine (10) entre les barres de support (13, 14) et vers le bas pour la pose de la bobine (10) sur les barres supports (13, 14),e) la bobine (10) peut être abaissée depuis le haut dans la zone d'un poste de transfert (27) en dehors des barres supports (13, 14) sur le chariot (16) ou son récepteur (22) et peut alors être transportée par le chariot (16) dans la zone des barres supports (13, 14) et être posée sur celles-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le récepteur (22) du chariot (16) présente des barres d'appui (23, 24) parallèles à l'axe sur lesquelles la bobine (10), repose en cas de mouvement correspondant du récepteur (22) vers le haut, entre les barres supports (13, 14).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que le récepteur (22) du chariot (16) présente des guidages latéraux (25, 26) pour l'appui d'une bobine (10) saisie par le récepteur (22) dans la zone de surfaces latérales verticales de celle-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le récepteur (22) est monté sur des barres d'appui (28, 29) et est mobile dans la direction verticale au moyen d'un mécanisme à crémaillère ou d'un vérin.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisé par le fait que le chariot (16) est monté mobile sur des guidages et est mobile dans la direction longitudinale du magasin (12) au moyen d'un dispositif linéaire comme organe d'entraînement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le chariot (16) est monté glissant sur des glissières (17, 18) au-dessous des barres supports (13, 14) par deux patins (20, 21) placés à distance l'un de l'autre.
