Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for the presentation and distribution of a plurality of products of the same format or silhouette, especially in the cosmetic or parapharmaceutical field.
- products are generally presented either on a substantially flat or weak surface inclined, either along a vertical wall.
- the substantially planar configuration corresponds to the case where the products for sale are presented on a table or on shelved shelves on a gondola.
- these products are commonly presented by means of a specific display molded plastic, having a generally horizontal surface in which are provided cells each intended to receive a copy of a product.
- This is how, for example, there are alveoli small diameter cylindrical for elongated products such as for example tubes of lipstick and especially for products such as tubes of mascara.
- Notches or steps can be provided to receive slices of relatively flat products such as cases for make-up or background complexion.
- Shallow cells are also provided to receive the lower part of products of more complex shape, for example bottles of nail polish.
- Such a display contributes to the promotion of the products offered to the sale.
- the effectiveness of this development can deteriorate quite quickly when users take products from their alveoli, if only to see all the products such as tubes lipstick or mascara, and don't put them back exactly, for example flat between several cells. An appearance then occurs of disorganization which of course disturbs the overall aesthetics sought.
- the display becomes thin, giving, gradually, a empty impression. To overcome these disadvantages of disorganization and empty, it is necessary that sales personnel come regularly replenish the cells left empty and replace the products stored incorrectly.
- the available area happens to be a panel substantially vertical, whether it is a gondola panel or a panel wall
- the presentation of the products is commonly done through a network substantially parallel hooks, arranged perpendicular to the surface available.
- Such a provision naturally requires that the products offered to the sale has been packed inside blisters, that is to say by means of plastic packaging, having a general shape rectangular, preventing direct manipulation of products by users.
- Document DE 262351 discloses another device prior art for presentation and distribution of a plurality of products.
- the object of the invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, thanks to a presentation and distribution system, which combines the possibility of present the products, each individually and substantially in its own together, the automatic replacement of a product that a user comes take with another of the same kind (while allowing, in the case reintroduction of this product), with minimization of the risks of jamming, but in an optimum state of cleanliness, all while optimizing the use of the available volume, without however detracting from the overall aesthetic by an accumulation effect, and without having to be limited to form products simple.
- the invention is characterized in particular with respect to document FR-804 100 by the fact that there is a perforated front panel openings behind which are arranged guide elements, and a receiving element in front of this panel next to each element of guide.
- the panel constitutes a kind of background on which each product can be visually distinguished individually.
- the presentation forward of the panel allows the guide elements to be perpendicular to it panel, allowing optimal use of the available space (the guide elements may be of the same length, all occupying a substantially parallelepiped volume).
- the panel allows masking optimal guidance elements arranged behind, in particular due to the fact that the openings are shaped according to the product and can therefore approach the silhouette of it very closely.
- the invention also provides a display comprising a plurality of devices of the aforementioned type, at least some of these devices having facade panels of the same dimensions. Such a display is so modular and device locations can be swapped easily.
- Figures 1 to 19 show all, or details, of a device, noted 100 as a whole, intended for the presentation and distribution of mascara tubes designated under the reference 1.
- these mascara tubes are very elongated (tapered), that is, they are objects. of which the largest dimension, here the vertical dimension, is much greater than its other two dimensions, namely its width in the plane of Figure 1 or 16, and its width in the plane of Figure 2. In the case considered, the height of the tubes mascara is more than five times its maximum width.
- the device 100 comprises essentially a facade panel 2 in which is provided at least an opening 3, a receiving element 4 disposed in front of the panel facade, opposite the lower part of each opening, an element of guide 5 disposed behind each opening, a pusher 6 engaged in this guide element, and an elastic return element 7 urging elastically this pusher 6 towards the opening.
- the device 100 is adapted to the presentation and distribution of seven tubes of mascara at a time.
- the openings 3 corresponding to each column of mascara tubes are arranged adjacent to each other.
- their relative height positions are completely arbitrary, as well as, in the example considered, from the left end, the level openings go up to the penultimate opening then decrease for the last.
- the height can remain constant or present any other evolution.
- openings 3 There may be, in addition to these openings 3 intended for tubes mascara, openings for other products.
- two openings 8 of arbitrary arbitrary shape, here upwardly curved slots are provided to allow the placement of pencils.
- the front panel is shown in more detail in FIGS. 5 to 11.
- the shape of these openings 3 has a simple geometric section approaching, with clearances, the silhouette of the tube of mascara considered. More specifically, the openings 3 are here the result of the superimposition of two narrow rectangles, the upper rectangle being slightly narrower than the lower rectangle, the upper rectangle having a slightly larger section than the top of the mascara tube, in this case its cap, while the lower part has a section slightly wider than the lower part of this tube, in this case the body even from this tube.
- this opening is slightly greater than the height of the mascara tubes, so as to allow, with a game, the passage of this tube.
- this facade 2 comprises openings 8 and 9, as well as an area 10 for placement, for example, an expression medium.
- this front panel 2 advantageously comprises, on its rear face, lower ribs 11, upper 12 and lateral 13 and 14.
- the guide elements 5 are grouped in a rigid assembly, it suffices for the precise positioning of all the elements of guide, to have a single lower stop, and a single upper stop.
- the lower ribs 11 and upper 12 serve as support for each of the guide elements, which contributes to the solidity of the whole.
- the lower rib 11 has a number steps 11A, 11B, etc ... each corresponding to the lower edge of one of the guide elements, while the upper rib 12 has even, for each guide element, support steps 12A, 12B, etc.
- the lower ribs 11 and upper ribs 12 can have different mechanical roles, they can have, perpendicular to the plane of the facade panel, dimensions different.
- this lower rib 11 advantageously has, perpendicular to the plane of the facade panel, a larger dimension to that of the upper rib. It is thus seen, in Figures 9 to 11, that the lower rib 11 a, perpendicular to the plane of the front panel, a dimension substantially equal to twice that of the upper rib 12. In fact, to stiffen the front panel 2, it has advantageously, along its periphery, a rim 15, the dimension perpendicular to the plane of the facade panel is substantially equal to that of the upper rib.
- stiffening webs 16 visible in particular in Figure 11.
- the panel facade 2 advantageously has ribs on its rear face lower 17 and 18 and lateral 19 visible in particular in FIG. 6.
- Figures 12 to 14 show the receiving elements 4 appearing in Figures 1 to 4.
- reception elements 4 are integral with each other, and therefore form a single piece. They can, in variant not shown, be independent of each other.
- Each receiving element 4 has a bottom portion 4A extended by a rear leg 4B, and a lateral portion 4C defining with the bottom portion 4A a kind of balcony shaped so as to maintain and girdle the base of the product there.
- the bottom portion 4A is here slightly thicker than the leg rear 4B. It thus appears a step identified by the reference 20. This recess is intended, when the retaining element 4 is put in place, to come in the plane of the front face of the front panel.
- the lateral part 4C does not extend to contact with this front face of the front panel, on both sides laterally of each opening: we can see in Figure 13 that this lateral portion 4C, which has a maximum height opposite the leg rear 4B, has on either side of this front portion a height which drops gradually to 0, near shoulder 20. Consequently, it there is no connection between this lateral portion and the front face of the panel facade other than by the bottom portion 4A. This gives some elasticity to the receiving element.
- Such a configuration ensures good product maintenance while allowing easy reintroduction.
- a cavity 21 Immediately behind the recess 20 is a cavity 21, whose role will appear below.
- Each rear leg 4B has a projection pointing downwards marked 22. This projection 22 is intended to come into abutment, when the element receiver enters through the hind leg inside an opening, behind the rear edge of the affected portion of the lower rib 11.
- each receiving element is thus guaranteed by a clipping and jamming effect of this receiving element, in the opening, by the coming of a guide element above this hind leg.
- the receiving elements can be fixed to the panel facade and / or guide elements.
- reception elements may also include upper retaining elements, such as claws or lateral ears of preferably flexible, for example integral with the receiving elements.
- Figure 15 shows, by way of example, all of the elements guide intended to be attached to the front panel, joined together to each other. However, as already stated, they can, in variant, be independent (albeit adjacent).
- the general configuration of these guide elements takes up the variation in height of the openings 3 made in the front panel.
- these guide elements have, in the example shown, the same profile as these openings 3.
- These guide elements thus have a shape corresponding to the superimposition of two narrow rectangles, the upper rectangle being slightly narrower than the lower rectangle.
- the width of the guide element is chosen so as to leave only a small clearance e laterally on either side of the mascara tube (for example of the order of millimeter).
- each of the rectangles is here shaped so as to follow each, the lower or upper part of the mascara tube.
- the guide element could have a rectangular shape, having the height of the profile described in Figures 15 and 16, in however, having as constant width that of the lower rectangle.
- the height of the profile is chosen to leave it leaving only a vertical clearance e ' moderate between the top of the mascara tube and the top of the guide element (for example of the order of 1 to 2 millimeters).
- each guide element is shaped so as to be able guide the mascara tubes from below, from above, and from the sides.
- the guide elements 5 are here profiles, which therefore have solid and continuous lower, upper and lateral faces. Alternatively no shown, at least some of the areas of the guide element may be simple longitudinal elements (or rails) of support, in particular near the top of the mascara tube. This can save material.
- the guide elements can be made of several pieces, the one above having, for example, the elasticity desired for possible upper claws support projecting in front of the front panel.
- Figures 17 to 19 show a pusher as shown under the reference 6 in Figures 1 and 2.
- the pusher 6 has a shape substantially identical, with a play allowing a sliding, to the internal section of the guide element.
- the guide element is thus suitable for guide the pusher in the same way as the mascara tubes, i.e. from below, from above and laterally.
- the pusher advantageously comprises, in the lower part, two longitudinal ribs 23 which connect to a transverse rear rib 24. These ribs have the advantage of minimizing the contact surface between the pusher and the bottom surface of the guide element and therefore the surface of sliding.
- the sides of the pusher have lateral ribs 25, 26, 27 and 28 minimizing the surface in contact (with clearances) with the element guide.
- the pusher has a front face which includes, over part of its height, a portion approximately vertical then, beyond, a portion inclined backwards and upwards.
- Figure 2 where we see that the last tube of mascara in a column can, given the shape general of this tube and those preceding it, curved in one portion central but fine in the lower portion, be tilted backwards.
- the effort applied by the pusher on the last tube of mascara is transmitted from close close to the first tube of mascara, while allowing the latter adopt a vertical configuration, rather than a configuration leaning towards forward.
- This allows the first two tubes of mascara to be each column which is visible is presented in a clear, vertical form, rather than in a tilted forward or sideways configuration.
- the geometry of the front face of the pusher depends on the geometry of the mascara tubes.
- this tube adopts, instead of the domed configuration of FIG. 16, a configuration concave, between the neck portion on which the cap is fixed and a foot lower, the lower portion of this front face can be tilted backwards and down, so to present, in a view similar to that of the figure 18, a protrusion to the right suitable for being in contact with the body of a mascara tube in its concave area.
- the device for presentation and distribution of mascara tubes has an elastic element marked 7.
- this elastic element takes support on the pusher marked 6 and extends from it, under the foot of the mascara tubes, to an attachment area, marked 30 in Figure 2. In variant not shown this element can extend above the tubes.
- this elastic element is here a strip in elastic material, for example spring steel, which extends inside itself of the guide element 5. It is fixed to the lower part of this element of guidance in any suitable known manner, in an area sufficiently advanced towards the receiving element to ensure sufficient thrust for apply a holding force on the tube of mascara 1 which is in the receiving element.
- the elastic element 7 is fixed in its front part substantially in the plane of the front panel 2, here thanks to a not shown notch formed in the bottom wall of the guide element 5, substantially facing the notch 21 visible on Figure 14.
- This elastic element 7 can, in a particularly variant simple realization of the pusher, be directly supported on the rear face of the lower (or even upper) portion of the front wall of the pusher.
- the pusher in particular for reasons of rigidity, advantageously includes a zone bottom marked 31, in which is formed a notch 32 whose edges are advantageously inclined downwards so that they can be easily crossed by the elastic element, without generating friction and without risk wear when sliding this elastic element through this notch 32.
- the elastic element 7 can be split into several springs, thus that this will emerge later with regard to FIG. 39.
- Figures 20 to 36 jointly represent a variant of realization of the presentation and distribution device of FIGS. 1 to 19.
- the presentation and distribution system represented in FIG. 20 under the general reference 110 is intended for the presentation and distribution of another type of cosmetic product, in the occurrence of bottles of nail polish, an example of which is shown under reference 51.
- the device 110 comprises a front panel 52 in which are made openings 53, receiving elements 54 facing each of the openings 53, and, as can be seen in FIG. 21, guide elements 55 at the rear of each opening 53.
- a bottle of nail polish commonly has a height significantly lower than that of a mascara tube. This is the reason which, assuming that it is fixed that the front panel 52 has the same dimensions as the front panel 2 of the device 100, it is possible to provide two rows of nail polish bottles in height.
- a set of ten openings 53 with therefore, as shown in Figure 21, a set of ten guide elements 55.
- the front panel 52 comprises, as in the case of the panel 100, lower ribs identified 61.
- the lower ribs 61 have, as is the case with the rib 11, a set of steps each intended to be placed under one of the openings.
- these lower ribs 61 have preferably, as is apparent from Figures 29 and 30, a dimension perpendicular to the plane of the front face of the facade panel, which is approximately twice that of said panel.
- these lower ribs 61 are provided, so as to ensure good mechanical strength of stiffening webs 66.
- the facade panel 52 further comprises, by analogy with this which has been indicated in connection with the device 100, upper ribs 62.
- the receiving elements 54 have rear legs 54B, interposed between the lower rib and the bottom wall of the guide element concerned.
- ribs lateral positioning 63 and 64 are provided, but only for the lower row of openings.
- ribs lateral positioning ribs can also be provided for the top row of openings.
- the guide panel 52 is bordered around its entire periphery by a tranche 65.
- Figure 25 shows under the reference 52 'a variant of realization of the front panel of FIG. 22, with the only difference, a number of openings reduced to four in the upper part. Indeed, there are complete freedom to choose, in the lower and upper parts, different number of openings.
- the receiving element 54 playing the role of balcony has, from the bottom portion 54A, a lower side portion 54C1 slightly divergent then a high lateral portion 54C2 appreciably vertical.
- a slope break marked 54D is
- the receiving elements 54 comprise, also by analogy with what has been indicated about the device 100, a step 70 between the bottom portion 54A and the rear leg 54B, a slight depression 71 immediately behind this recess, and a projection down 72 intended, as is apparent in particular from Figures 27 and 28, to come immediately behind the lower support rib 62 corresponding.
- FIG. 34 represents a set of two rows of elements of guide 55 joined to each other laterally. So there are two sets guide elements, the lower assembly comprising five elements guide while the upper assembly has four guide elements only. This set of guide elements formed of two parts lower and upper is therefore suitable to be fixed to the rear of the panel facade 52 'of FIG. 25. As a variant, these guide elements can be individually independent, albeit adjacent.
- a guide element 55 has a simpler geometric shape than the shape of the bottle of nail varnish, while approaching, apart from play, this shape of the bottles.
- the guide element 55 of FIG. 35 comprises a first portion 55A inclined upwards and outwards, a substantially vertical portion 55B, a recess 55C and a vertical portion 55D.
- 55B portion is positioned so as to follow a clearance e the bulged portion of the body varnish bottle nail while the vertical portion 55D is positioned so as to follow a similar game near the cap of this varnish vial nails.
- the upper wall 55E of the guide element 55 approaches, with a clearance e ' close, the upper part of the cap of the bottle of nail varnish.
- the bottle of nail polish is held from below by the bottom wall of the guide element, laterally to the right and to the left by the parts 55B and 55D and above thanks to the portion 55E.
- a form even simpler can be chosen for the guide element 55. This is how for example that it is conceivable that the guide element has, as this has been stated about mascara tubes, the shape of an overlay of two rectangles, or even the shape of a single rectangle.
- each opening 53 has a shape which best approach that of the product under consideration, namely a bottle of nails. And, it appears desirable but not necessary that the element of guide has a shape similar to that of the opening. But we understand that, we may have to choose much simpler forms.
- the guide element 55 is advantageously constituted by a profile, extending continuously along the product guide path to guide. This profile can be produced in several pieces.
- lower, upper and lateral bars suitable for maintaining height and side of each product.
- Height guidance is not done necessarily along the upper part of the body to be guided; this is how that effective guidance can be achieved by means of a lower surface on along which the foot of the bottles moves, two lateral bars now laterally the body and two slightly closer bars preventing a rise in the bottle during its guidance, at the level of its narrowing, at the base of the cap.
- the pusher need not have the same shape as the cross section of the guide element.
- the pusher 56 has a substantially vertical front face which extends only over the section of the bulging lower part of the guide element, being sufficiently enlarged in the upper portion so as to be able to be guided during the sliding, from below, laterally, and from above thanks to horizontal portions 55C.
- Figures 37 to 42 show an alternative embodiment of the device of FIGS. 1 to 19. There are substantially the same elements, which are designated by reference numbers derived from those of Figures 1 to 19 by adding the "prime" index.
- both the lower rib 11 ′ and the legs of the guide elements have openings 21 'and 11'A forming together a fixing zone 30 'for the front end 7'A of an element elastic 7 '.
- Each pusher 6 ′ is in fact here elastically biased forward by two springs: the aforesaid lower spring 7 ′, and an upper spring 7 ′′, skirting the products from above, and hanging from the panel front, by its 7 "A end, thanks to openings made in 30" at the across the upper rib 12 '.
- Front ends 7'A and 7 "A of both springs advantageously cross the level of the high and low walls guide elements thanks to 2'A depressions formed in the front panel.
- the pusher 6 'of Figures 40 to 42 is distinguished from that of the figures 17 to 19, mainly by the fact that it only has a longitudinal wall (the one on the left if we compare Figures 19 and 42), which helps to lighten this pusher (on the other hand, a horizontal spacer connects the midribs 25 'and 26'), and by the fact that its front wall has a lower slot 32 ' for the passage of the lower spring 7 ', and an upper slot 32'A for the 7 "upper spring passage.
- the horizontal spacer connecting ribs 25 'and 26' defines within of the pusher an upper compartment able to receive the spiral of the element upper elastic.
- the presence of the two springs makes it possible to adjust the restoring force depending on the needs ; for example, when the facade 2 'is oriented upwards and that the set of two springs ensures a return strong enough to overcome gravity but soft enough not to eject the product or not produce a click, you can choose to unhook the upper spring when the arrangement of the device is changed to so that the front panel is vertical.
- Figures 43 to 45 represent, for their part, a variant of embodiment of the device in FIGS. 20 to 36. There are substantially the same elements, which are designated by reference numbers from those in Figures 20 to 36 by adding the "prime" index.
- the guide elements 55 ′ although adjacent, are independent.
- the push-button 56 ' differs essentially from that of Figure 36 by the fact that it extends to the top of the section of the element corresponding guide.
- FIGS 49 to 51 showing a particularly variant interesting, original in itself, the mounting of a spring in a pusher engaged in a guide element.
- FIGS. 1-10 represent the rear upper part of a group of three guide elements 85 held by a spacer 85B and in which 86 pushers are engaged. These may include an element elastic at the bottom. In a variant not shown, what will be described can be mounted on the lower rear part of the pushers and the guide.
- each guide element has this particular with respect to the above that it has a projection 90 towards the rear, here bordered by two slots 91.
- this projection 91 itself has a projection 92 directed upwards, advantageously stiffened by a rib 93.
- the pusher As for the pusher, it has a compartment 94 open towards the rear, in which is engaged with on clearance block 95 to which is coupled the rear end of an elastic return element 87.
- This block 95 comprises at upper part a beak portion 96 extending upwards and forwards and whose configuration is chosen so as to be able to cooperate with the projection 90 the guide member 85; this is how the portion of this beak that extends forward has a T-slot
- Block 95 is normally engaged in the compartment and transmits the effort to a front wall of this compartment, therefore to the pusher applied by the elastic element.
- Figures 52 and 53 show examples of combining devices which can be carried out in application of the invention.
- the combination of devices is left to the whim of the person who assembles the display.
- the display of Figure 52 has a curved shape, that is to say that the lower blocks have roughly horizontal front panels while that the upper blocks are roughly vertical; the intermediate blocks have intermediate inclinations. This overview is left to free choice of his manager who may alternatively prefer to do appear marked changes in inclination.
- the elastic element (in one or more springs) associated with a given device has elastic performance preferably adapted to the service configuration: the spring will be stronger in horizontal configuration in vertical configuration to be able to compensate for gravity.
- mascara tubes 100 or 110 bottles of nail polish are easily generalized to any other cosmetic or parapharmaceutical product; well tubes of red to lips can be presented and distributed by a device as shown schematically under the reference 120; and boxes of eyeshadow or foundation can be presented or distributed by devices such as the one shown under reference 130.
- Some blocks may be of different dimensions and used for presentation and distribution of different products as well as this is represented under the reference 140, with a block which offers both boxes, bottles and tubes of lipstick.
- block 130 ' has four product locations 131' and four locations of 132 ′ test products, in a configuration in staggered.
- the 130 "block presents five product locations 131 "each surmounted by a location of 132" test products.
- each device requires only one very light maintenance (product renewal in the element of reception is automatic) and makes optimum use of the space available since storage is done on site (behind the front panels) while allowing, thanks to these front panels, a development of the products in the desired aesthetic approach.

- un élément de guidage allongé perpendiculairement au panneau de façade et raccordé au panneau de façade en arrière de chaque ouverture et conformé en sorte de maintenir, avec jeu, les produits par en dessous, par au-dessus et sur les côtés ;
- un poussoir engagé avec jeu dans l'élément de guidage et conformé en sorte de pouvoir être maintenu par cet élément par en dessous, par au-dessus et sur les côtés ;
- un moyen élastique sollicitant le poussoir vers l'ouverture.
- l'élément de réception comporte une paroi latérale en matière sensiblement transparente ; cela permet de rendre apparent l'ensemble du produit, et ce sous plusieurs angles ;
- l'élément de réception est raccordé au panneau de façade par sa paroi de fond ;
