Claims (9)
- Einzylinder-Hochdruckpumpe zur Hochdruckversorgung in Common-Rail-Einspritzsystemen von Brennkraftmaschinen, mit einem in einem Pumpengehäuse (1) aufgenommenen Pumpenelement, das einen Pumpenkolben (5) umfasst, der in einem Pumpenzylinder (4) gegen die Vorspannkraft einer Druckfeder (7) hin und her bewegbar aufgenommen und durch einen Nocken (8) angetrieben ist, um mit Hochdruck beaufschlagten Kraftstoff in ein Rail zu fördern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der vom Nockenantrieb (8) abgewandten Seite in dem Pumpengehäuse (1) eine Montageöffnung (3) zur Aufnahme des Pumpenelements vorgesehen ist.
- Einzylinder-Hochdruckpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem vom Nockenantrieb (8) abgewandten Ende des Pumpenzylinders (4) ein Bund (18) ausgebildet ist, der im zusammengebauten Zustand der Hochdruckpumpe mit einer komplementären Stufe in dem Pumpengehäuse (1) zusammenwirkt.
- Einzylinder-Hochdruckpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem vom Nockenantrieb (8) abgewandten Ende des Pumpenzylinders (4) ein Konus (20) ausgebildet ist, der im zusammengebauten Zustand der Hochdruckpumpe mit einem komplementären Konus in dem Pumpengehäuse (1) zusammenwirkt.
- Einzylinder-Hochdruckpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pumpenelement im eingebauten Zustand mit Hilfe eines Verschlusselements (13) in der Montageöffnung (3) zur Aufnahme des Pumpenelements verspannt ist.
- Einzylinder-Hochdruckpumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Verschlusselement (13) ein Außengewinde (19) ausgebildet ist, das mit einem an dem Pumpengehäuse (1) ausgebildeten Innengewinde zusammenwirkt.
- Einzylinder-Hochdruckpumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusselement (13) mit Hilfe von mehreren Schraubverbindungen (21, 22) an dem Pumpengehäuse (1) befestigt ist.
- Einzylinder-Hochdruckpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Druckdämpfungseinrichtung (17) in das Verschlusselement (13) integriert ist.
- Einzylinder-Hochdruckpumpe mach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Einlassventil (14) in das Verschlusselement (13) integriert ist.
- Einzylinder-Hochdruckpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Einlassventil (14) in den Pumpenzylinder (4) integriert ist.
