Claims (10)

  1. Zur Aufnahme und zur Aufbewahrung von Blut oder Blutprodukten bestimmter und mit Vorrichtungen zur Kennzeichnung ausgestatteter Beutel, der dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass er ein Radiofrequenzetikett enthält, das sowohl beschrieben als auch gelesen werden kann, und das von einem biokompatiblen Material umgeben und dicht abgeschlossen wird, so dass ein Element entsteht, dessen Abmessungen größer sind als die zum Ausfließen des Inhalts bestimmten Öffnungen des Beutels, und dadurch, dass der Beutel nach dem Einbringen des besagten Elements definitiv versiegelt wird.
  2. Zur Aufnahme und zur Aufbewahrung von Blut oder Blutprodukten bestimmter Beutel nach Anspruch 1, der dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass das Radiofrequenzetikett, das sowohl beschrieben als auch gelesen werden kann, in ein versiegeltes Rohr eingebracht wird, das hergestellt wird, indem eine Bahn eines mit dem Beutelmaterial identischen Materials umgefaltet wird und die Ränder versiegelt werden.
  3. Zur Aufnahme und zur Aufbewahrung von Blut oder Blutprodukten bestimmter Beutel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, der dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass das Element, welches das Radiofrequenzetikett, das sowohl beschrieben als auch gelesen werden kann enthält, eine geringere Dichte aufweist als die Flüssigkeiten, zu deren Aufnahme der Beutel bestimmt ist.
  4. Zur Aufnahme und zur Aufbewahrung von Blut oder Blutprodukten bestimmter Beutel nach Anspruch 3, der dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass das Element mit dem Radiofrequenzetikett, das sowohl beschrieben als auch gelesen werden kann, mit Luft gefüllt ist.
  5. Zur Aufnahme und zur Aufbewahrung von Blut oder Blutprodukten bestimmter Beutel nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, der dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass das Etikett einen ersten Datenspeicherbereich beinhaltet, der nicht geändert werden kann und die Kennung der Etikette enthält, sowie Datenspeicherbereiche die jeweils nur von einer bestimmten Benutzerkategorie geändert werden können.
  6. Zur Aufnahme und zur Aufbewahrung von Blut oder Blutprodukten bestimmter Beutel nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, der dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass das Radiofrequenzetikett, das sowohl beschrieben als auch gelesen werden kann einen Datenspeicherbereich zur Speicherung einer Information wie dem Hersteller des Beutels beinhaltet, wobei diese Zone nur einmal beschreibbar ist oder durch einen ersten Code schreibgeschützt ist, so dass die Abänderung der Kennung durch Unbefugte unterbunden wird.
  7. Zur Aufnahme und zur Aufbewahrung von Blut oder Blutprodukten bestimmter Beutel nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, der dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass das Radiofrequenzetikett, das sowohl beschrieben als auch gelesen werden kann, Datenspeicherbereiche zur Speicherung von Informationen bezüglich des Inhalts des Beutels beinhaltet, z.B. die Kennung des Blutspenders und Informationen wie HLA-Typ, Test auf HIV oder Hepatitis, oder das Datum der Blutabnahme, wobei dieser Bereich durch einen Code schreibgeschützt ist, so dass die Abänderung der Daten durch Unbefugte unterbunden wird.
  8. Zur Aufnahme und zur Aufbewahrung von Blut oder Blutprodukten bestimmter Beutel nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, der dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass das Radiofrequenzetikett, das sowohl beschrieben als auch gelesen werden kann einen Datenspeicherbereich zur Speicherung von Informationen bezüglich des Empfängers des Blutes enthält.
  9. Zur Aufnahme und zur Aufbewahrung von Blut oder Blutprodukten bestimmter Beutel nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 3 bis 8, der dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass das Element erhalten wird, indem das Etikett zwischen zwei Bahnen eines mit dem Beutelmaterial identischen Materials gebracht wird und die zwei Bahnen miteinander versiegelt oder verschweißt werden.
  10. Fertigungsverfahren eines zur Aufnahme und zur Aufbewahrung von Blut oder Blutprodukten bestimmten Beutels, das dadurch gekennzeichnet wird, dass man ein Element herstellt, das aus einem in einen dichten Plastikbeutel eingehüllten Radiofrequenzetikett, das sowohl beschrieben als auch gelesen werden kann besteht, dadurch, dass man eine Kunststoffbahn um dieses Element herum schließt, und dadurch, dass man diese Kunststoffbahn anschließend dicht versiegelt, um einen Beutel zu bilden.
