Claims (11)
- Engin de travail mobile, avec un châssis (10), avec un mât (18) qui est porté par un mécanisme porteur (16) en pouvant être déplacé entre une position de travail sensiblement verticale et une position de montage sensiblement horizontale, sachant que le mécanisme porteur présente deux bras articulés porteurs (20, 24) mutuellement distants, dont les premières extrémités sont reliées au châssis (10) via des premiers paliers de pivotement (22, 26) mutuellement distants et dont une deuxième extrémité d'un second (24) des bras articulés porteurs (20, 24) est reliée via un deuxième palier de pivotement (32) à un bras articulé intermédiaire (34), qui est relié via un troisième palier de pivotement (50) au mât (18) et qui porte via un quatrième palier de pivotement (52) un ensemble (54) de soutien de cou de mât qui, par son extrémité libre, agit sur le mât (18) via un cinquième palier de pivotement (56) qui est distant du troisième palier de pivotement (50), sachant qu'au moins un (24) des deux bras articulés porteurs (20, 24) est de longueur réglable, sachant que le premier (20) des bras articulés porteurs (20, 24) est lui aussi relié au bras articulé intermédiaire (34) via un deuxième palier de pivotement (30) qui est distant du deuxième palier de pivotement (32) du second bras articulé porteur (24), caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de bras articulés porteurs (20, 24) peut être converti d'un parallélogramme articulé, qui est avantageux pour des modifications de position du mât (18) orienté essentiellement à la verticale pour le travail, en un ensemble de bras articulés trapézoïdaux qui est avantageux pour le repliage du mât (18).
- Engin de travail selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bras articulé porteur (24) de longueur réglable présente un montant télescopique déboîtable.
- Engin de travail selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le bras articulé porteur (24) de longueur réglable présente un vérin hydraulique de travail.
- Engin de travail selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par un verrouillage hydraulique pour le vérin hydraulique de travail constituant le bras articulé porteur (24) de longueur réglable.
- Engin de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le bras articulé intermédiaire (34) présente deux parties (36, 38) de bras articulé intermédiaire reliées au moyen d'un accouplement libérable (40 à 48), dont l'une est reliée aux deuxièmes paliers de pivotement (30, 32) et l'autre au quatrième palier de pivotement (52).
- Engin de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par les rapports de longueur suivants du mécanisme porteur (16) par rapport à la longueur du premier bras articulé porteur (20) :
longueur du premier bras articulé porteur 100% longueur du second bras articulé porteur entre environ 100% et environ 180% longueur de l'ensemble de soutien de cou de mât entre environ 90% et environ 160% distance du premier palier de pivotement environ 50% distance du deuxième palier de pivotement distance entre le troisième environ 50% et le quatrième palier de pivotement environ 50% distance entre le troisième palier de pivotement et l'extrémité inférieure du mât environ 160%. - Engin de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le mât (18) présente un segment de tête (58) qui peut être rabattu (66-72) de manière libérable.
- Engin de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le mât (18) présente des moyens (90, 92) pour attacher un engin de levage (96).
- Engin de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les bras articulés porteurs (20, 24) s'étendent essentiellement verticalement dans le parallélogramme articulé.
- Engin de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le premier bras articulé porteur (20) présente une longueur fixe et est relié de façon articulée par l'une de ses extrémités, via le premier palier de pivotement (22), à une région centrale avant inférieure d'une partie tournante (14) du châssis (10), et en ce que le second bras articulé porteur (24) est réalisé sous forme de vérin hydraulique de travail et est relié par son extrémité côté véhicule, via son premier palier de pivotement (26), à une région centrale avant supérieure de la partie tournante (14).
- Engin de travail selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un vérin hydraulique de travail (80) est relié via des articulations tournantes (82, 84) à une partie terminale élargie respectivement du premier bras articulé porteur (20) et du bras articulé intermédiaire (34).
