Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Prägen einer Materialbahn, enthaltend zwei Prägewalzen mit Walzenballen, zwischen denen ein Prägespalt für den Durchzug der Materialbahn ausgebildet ist, wobei die Prägewalzen jeweils beidseits mittels axialer Lagerzapfen drehbar in der Vorrichtung gelagert sind und Verstellmittel vorgesehen sind, mittels derer der axiale Abstand zwischen den Prägewalzen veränderbar ist, so daß der Prägespalt zwischen den Walzenballen derselben in seiner lichten Weite einstellbar ist und mindestens eine der Prägewalzen beidseits ihres Walzenballens mit Laufringen als Verstellmittel ausgerüstet ist, die auf der Oberfläche der anderen Prägewalze unter Belassung des Prägespaltes zwischen den Walzenballen abrollen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufringe (3) eine zylindrische Außenfläche (30) und eine konische innere Ringbohrung (31) aufweisen und die die Laufringe (3) aufnehmende Prägewalze (1) beidseits zwischen Walzenballen (10) und Lagerzapfen (12) mit entsprechenden Ringaufnahmen (11) mit einem konischen Ringsitz (110) ausgebildet ist, auf welche die Laufringe (3) mit ihrer konischen Ringbohrung (31) unter radialer Aufweitung aufschiebbar sind und der Außendurchmesser (A) der Laufringe (3) in Abhängigkeit vom Grad des Aufschiebens auf den Ringsitz (110) veränderbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konischen Ringsitze (110) der Ringaufnahmen (11) von ihrem dem Lagerzapfen (12) zugewandten Ende zum Walzenballen (10) hin einen ansteigenden Durchmesser aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Druckringe (6) vorgesehen sind, mittels derer die Laufringe (3) in ihrer Position auf der jeweiligen Ringaufnahme (11) festlegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Druckring (6) seitlich an einen auf einer Ringaufnahme (11) aufgeschobenen Laufring (3) anlegbar und mittels in die Ringaufnahme (11) einschraubbarer Sicherungs- und Einstellschrauben (7) mit dieser verbindbar und in bezug auf die Ringaufnahme (11) verlagerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Druckring (6) federnd gegenüber der Ringaufnahme (11) abstützbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Druckring (6) seitlich an einem auf einer Ringaufnahme (11) aufgeschobenen Laufring (3) anlegbar und Hydraulikzylinder vorgesehen sind, mittels derer jeder Druckring (6) in bezug auf die Ringaufnahme (11) verlagerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich jedes Ringsitzes (110) eine umlaufende Ringnut (13) vorgesehen ist, die mit einem axial aus dem Lagerzapfen (12) herausgeführten Kanal (15) für den Anschluß einer Druckquelle kommuniziert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufringe (3) aus einem gehärteten Stahl hergestellt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Prägewalzen (1, 2) beidseits ihres jeweiligen Walzenballens (10, 20) mit Laufringen (3) ausgebildet sind, die aneinander abrollen, wobei zwischen den Walzenballen (10, 20) der Prägespalt (P) verbleibt.
