Definitions
- the present invention relates to various improvements to a covering device, especially an awning.
- Systems with flexible, flat covering means such as Venetian blind, awning cloth or the like can be understood as sun protection for patios, conserveatories and pergolas, as well as window surfaces, in particular triangular or trapezoidal or otherwise not be understood as rectangular surfaces. To simplify the following only responded to awnings.
- a drive unit in which one over several Deflection pulley running rope from one winding disc to another winding disc runs.
- This traction rope is brought back by another rope system (slack rope tension), that is attached to the trolleys in the guides, then retract when the awning cover is retracted. This is done via further pulleys up to a 3rd Winding disc, which causes the spring to be pulled back.
- a second disadvantage is that when the cloth is extended, the spring tension of the return system increases with increasing extension, so that the engine not only the increasing Fabric tension, but also the increasing spring tension of the return system must counteract.
- a third disadvantage is that with the present system only awnings up to a max. Fallout size of 2.5 m can be produced because the spring travel of the return system increases small and the angular diameter of the 3rd winding disc is too small. It can't get any bigger be trained, otherwise the spring force is not sufficient.
- a fourth disadvantage is that the present system only partially shadows unequal legs Allows triangles. Unequal legs mean different ways and therefore uneven tensile forces. This is only possible to a very small extent with the system mentioned realize, since the longer pull rope is no longer rolled up at the end.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to develop the state of the art and to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned.
- the drive unit consists of a freely supported one Cloth winding shaft 2, which is connected to the drive axle 1 by pretensioned drive springs, not shown connected is.
- the awning cloth is pulled up around by the pull rope 4, which on the double Winding disc 3, 7 is wound, pulled out, d. H. handled.
- the roller 6 in the first Guide rail 9 moved forward.
- the return rope 8 is pulled forward.
- the return cable 8 is fastened by the rolling apparatus 6 to the first deflecting roller 5 Pin to the sixth pulley 12, via a fifth pulley 10 at one end of the tension spring 11 and a fourth pulley 9 on the return pulley half 7 of the double Winding disc 3, 7 wound around the top.
- the tension spring 11 is preloaded and freely supported. With the removal of the cloth and the Winding the pull rope 4, the return part 8 is simultaneously unwound.
- the winding diameter the double winding disc 3, 7 for the return cable 8 is smaller than the diameter the cloth shaft 2 and the diameter of the double winding disc 3, 7 for the pull rope 4.
- the diameters are different because the return cable 8 only the path of the guide rail length 9, the pull rope 4 by its arrangement but on each side the length of the guide rail 9 and half the width of the system must wind up. The one that may still occur Difference in the winding diameter is compensated for by the tension spring 11. Since both Sides of the drive unit are symmetrical and the tension spring 11 is freely supported there is always the same pulling force on both sides to bring back the trolley 6. In the case of unequal legs or asymmetrical covers, the spring 11 is displaced from one side to the other.
- the drive motor does not need to apply any additional tensile forces when extending it further, because the return rope 8 is unwound in the pulling direction and when the cloth is retracted is wound up while the spring for the cloth shaft 2 relaxes. So one can Input power significantly smaller drive motor can be used.
- the position the leg of the guide rails 9 is variable. The return system has at the end of the feed the necessary spring tension to pull the slack rope 4 in the parallel starting position retract the drive shaft.
- the described arrangement of the drive unit including the cover box is also much smaller. Extension lengths of up to 8 m can be realized, which was previously the result the insufficient return was not possible. Due to the compact design it is it is still possible to achieve a cloth clearance to the side of the guide rail of less than 15 mm.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a simpler solution for this special case.
- a trolley 32 is provided which is provided with two staggered Roller pairs runs horizontally in the guide rail 31, used. This replaces the conventional trolley with only one pair of rollers. On the new trolley 32 that can Pull rope 28 can be attached directly. On the right-angled sword-like part 33 the cloth 26 is attached directly. The internal shaft with preload does not change.
- the trolley 32 is at right angles through the offset pairs of rollers by the pull rope 28 extended in the guide rail 31 and thus pulls the awning fabric 26 under spring tension out. This is possible with only one guide rail 31.
- one or more guide rails 31 at right angles to the drive unit and in such a way that a guide 31 or more in the middle, i.e. on the axis of the smaller line of the Trapezes stands, the rail with the opening upwards, so that a trolley 32 in the Rail 31 with the attachment for the drop profile pointing upwards, the trolley 32 directly connected to the pull rope 28, the pull rope 28 can the trolley 32 and thus the pull out the drape attached to the cloth 26.
- the side edge of the cloth can be different Have angles, the front edge of the fabric is parallel to the drive unit.
- This system is particularly suitable for gable windows, trapezoidal and rectangular Triangular areas on gable windows and roof glazing.
- the invention remedies this by providing a covering device, in particular a Provides awning, in which two fabrics are wound on a shaft at the same time.
- Each of the two cloths 13, 14 is held on its front edge by a drop profile 17, which is pulled by a pull rope 15, 16.
- the pull cables 15, 16 are also coming from two sides onto a winding disk 22 wrapped.
- each traction cable 15, 16 is turned into a further, via at least one fixed deflection pulley 18, freely floating deflection roller, which is part of a pair of rollers 19. Over the other Side of the pair of rollers 19, the second pull rope 16, 15 is pulled. Now step on one side more tension than on the other side, this is due to the free floating Pair of rollers 19 balanced.
- two traction ropes 15, 16 can also be used with temporarily different ones Radii are wound on a disc 22.
- the cloths 13, 14 can now be pulled out evenly on both sides by the pulling side 15, 16 become.
- the balancing of the winding radii between the cloths 13, 14 and the pull cables 15, 16 is ensured by the usual spring shaft.
- a gable roof can thus be arranged with a covering device (awning) along the gable 25 is covered equally on both sides.
- the cloth tension is on both Sides identical, since the traction cables 15, 16 compensate for the traction by the freely floating ones Have pulleys 19.
- the awning box 24 is provided with only one drive and is clear smaller than two boxes.
- the covering means (awning cloth) 13, 14 runs over deflection rollers 23 on both sides same height.
- the technique described above can also with unequal angles of inclination Roof areas are used.
- the system as a return system on vertical surfaces to be used where one surface is vertically upwards and the other surface is vertically upwards extends below.
- the lower surface does not need a traction cable because it is under the influence of gravity extends. If necessary, weights can be worked in the case profile. For roof areas with an inclination greater than 30 degrees, there can be no need for counter-pull and in both Case profiles a weight insert can be provided.
