Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaltungsanordnung zum Betrieb mindestens einer Entladungslampe, die einen Halbbrückenwechselrichter (T1, T2, A) mit nachgeschaltetem Lastkreis (LD, CR) und einen Halbbrückenkondensator (CK) sowie eine Überwachungsvorrichtung zur Überwachung einer durch das Auftreten eines Gleichrichteffektes in der mindestens einen Entladungslampe LP verursachten Veränderung des Spannungsabfalls am Halbbrückenkondensator (CK) aufweist. Die Überwachungsvorrichtung weist erfindungsgemäß ein erstes (R1, C1) und ein zweites RC-Glied (R2, C2), die durch einen Schwellwertschalter (DC) miteinander verbunden sind, und Mittel zur Detektion des Schaltzustandes des Schwellwertschalters (DC) auf. Das erste RC-Glied (R1, C1) ist an den Mittenabgriff des Halbbrückenwechselrichters und das zweite RC-Glied (R2, C2) ist an den Halbbrückenkondensator (CK) angeschlossen.
