- la figure 1 est une vue en élévation d'un assemblage en ligne d'un connecteur électrique modulaire selon l'invention, avant enfichage,
- les figures 2 et 3 sont des vues en coupe de deux éléments de connecteur mâle et femelle correspondants du connecteur, respectivement avant enfichage et enfichés,
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective des corps d'éléments de connecteur correspondants dans des plans de vue différents et montrant leur emboítement, et
- la figure 5 est une vue d'une variante de réalisation montrant un assemblage d'éléments de connecteur en surface, sur des barres de fixation.
Claims (10)
- Connecteur électrique modulaire, pour la transmission de puissance, comportant au moins un élément de connecteur mâle (3, 3') et un élément de connecteur femelle correspondant (5, 5'), chacun des éléments de connecteur correspondants (3, 3' ; 5, 5') comportant un corps isolant identique (13), lequel comprend un alésage axial (15) recevant l'élément de contact mâle (7) ou femelle (9), et au moins deux trous de perçage traversants (17) perpendiculaires audit alésage (15), par lesquels il peut être enfilé sur des tiges complémentaires (19) et fixé pour constituer un assemblage modulaire (1, 1') d'éléments de connecteur, les assemblages (1, 1') d'éléments de connecteur mâle et femelle étant conformés en correspondance pour permettre leur enfichage ou défichage axial, ledit corps isolant (13) ayant en outre une conformation parallélépipédique rectangle et lesdits trous (17) étant disposés latéralement à la base du corps (13) et dans un même plan perpendiculaire à l'alésage axial (15), caractérisé en ce que ledit corps (13) comporte sur chacune de ses faces d'assemblage (45) au moins une saillie (47) et un évidement distant de forme complémentaire (49), ainsi qu'un troisième point d'emboítement (51,53) distant des deux premiers, destinés à permettre l'emboítement de corps adjacents (13), pour limiter ainsi le jeu d'assemblage et positionner de façon précise en volume l'emboítement d'assemblage des corps (13) d'éléments de connecteur.
- Connecteur électrique modulaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite saillie (47) consiste en un épaulement annulaire formé axialement sur le bord d'un trou de perçage (17), un évidement complémentaire (49) étant formé sur la face d'assemblage (45) opposée.
- Connecteur électrique modulaire selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dit troisième point est un élément en saillie (51) d'une face d'un corps (13) venant dans un évidement complémentaire (53) d'une face adjacente d'un corps correspondant (13).
- Connecteur électrique modulaire selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément en saillie est un ergot (51).
- Connecteur électrique modulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des flasques isolants (25) ménagés avec des trous (55) de passage des points d'emboítement (47, 51) des corps, ces flasques (25) étant disposés entre lesdits éléments de connecteur en vue d'augmenter la longueur de la ligne de fuite du courant entre deux éléments de connecteur adjacents ou voisins, ou éventuellement, permettre un détrompage du connecteur.
- Connecteur électrique modulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps (13) comprend en outre un épaulement annulaire fileté (31) à sa partie supérieure coaxial à l'alésage (15) et permettant la liaison avec un collier de serrage du câble conducteur.
- Connecteur électrique modulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps (13) comporte un évidement annulaire (33) sur sa face inférieure permettant le montage d'une bague d'étanchéité (35) du contact, laquelle est reçue de façon étanche dans les évidements annulaires opposés (33) de deux éléments de connecteur correspondants à l'enfichage.
- Connecteur électrique modulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux jeux d'éléments de connecteur (1), embase et fiche, les éléments de connecteur étant assemblés en nombre variable en ligne et serrés par des pattes d'extrémité (21).
- Connecteur électrique modulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux jeux d'éléments de connecteur (1'), embase et fiche, les éléments de connecteur étant assemblés en surface selon un nombre variable de lignes (56) d'éléments de connecteur fixées sur un cadre rigide (57).
- Connecteur électrique modulaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des corps sans contact, formant entretoise entre les éléments de connecteur.
