Description
Die Steuerung der Saugluftzufuhr kann dabei für verschiedene Betriebszustände unterschiedlich gewählt werden.
In bevorzugter Ausführungsform ist dabei die Saugluftsteuerung für die vorderen und hinteren Tischbereiche gekoppelt und derart steuerbar, daß die Saugluft getrennt, gemeinsam gleichmäßig oder auch gemeinsam unterschiedlich erfolgen kann.
Weiterhin ist in bevorzugter Ausführungsform die Saugluftbeaufschlagung des Mittelteiles des Saugbändertisches getrennt ausführbar. In bevorzugter Ausführungsform wird der Mittelteil des Saugbändertisches mittels eines Lüfters direkt mit Saugluft beaufschlagt.
Weitere bevorzugte Ausführungsformen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.

Gleichfalls ist es möglich, das Belüftungselement 17 in der Saugluftleitung 4 zur Beeinflussung des Unterdruckes im Querkasten 13 zu verstellen. Dabei wird über das Belüftungselement 17 eine einstellbare Öffnung zur definierten Ansaugung von Umgebungsluft geschaffen. Da der Querkasten 13 im Dauerbetrieb ständig durch Bogen von seiner Oberseite abgedeckt ist, stellt dies eine gute Regelungsmöglichkeit dar.
Gleichfalls ist es möglich, das Belüftungselement 18 in der Saugluftleitung 5 zur Beeinflussung des Unterdruckes im Querkasten 14 zu verstellen. Dabei wird über das Belüftungselement 18 eine einstellbare Öffnung zur definierten Ansaugung von Umgebungsluft geschaffen. Da der Querkasten 14 im Dauerbetrieb ständig durch Bogen von seiner Oberseite abgedeckt ist, stellt dies auch hier eine gute Regelungsmöglichkeit dar.
Dazu kann der Unterdruck im Querkasten 14 am Auslauf des Saugbändertisches 1 abgeschaltet werden, wenn die ersten Bogen auf den Saugbändertisch 1 transportiert werden, wodurch dann die volle Saugleistung des Sauglufterzeugers 6 am Querkasten 13 im Einlaufbereich des Saugbändertisches 1 anliegt. In diesem Zustand ist der Saugbändertisch 1 noch weitgehend leer und die Saugluft kann in vollem Umfang auf der Einlaufseite verwendet werden, damit auch die ersten Bogen ordnungsgemäß dem Saugbändertisch 1 zugeführt werden können. In diesem Fall wird als auf den auslaufseitigen Querkasten 14 keine Saugluft geleitete, da sie an den offenen Saugbändern 7 sowieso wirkungslos wäre. Weiterhin kann der Unterdruck im Querkasten 14 am Auslauf des Saugbändertisches 1 auch abgeschaltet werden, wenn die letzten Bogen über den Saugbändertisch 1 laufen. Dies ist von Bedeutung, damit diese ordnungsgemäß ausgerichtet werden können. Im Normalbetrieb wird der vordere Bogen vom nächstfolgenden Bogen im Rahmen der Unterschuppung von unten gegenüber den Saugbändern 7 abgedeckt und damit am Ende des Saugbändertisches 1 für die Ausrichtung im Anlagebereich der bogenverarbeitenden Maschine automatisch freigegeben. Dies ist beim Einlaufen des letzten Bogens zur bogenverarbeitenden Maschine nicht mehr der Fall. Daher soll dann die Saugluft am Querkasten 14 abgestellt werden. Die dann wiederum auf den ersten Querkasten 13 geleitete Saugluft ist an den zu diesem Zeitpunkt offenen Saugbändern 7 wirkungslos und kann keine Fehlfunktion erzeugen.

Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum unterschuppten Transport von Bogen von einer Vereinzelungseinrichtung zu einer Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine mit einem Saugbändertisch (1), auf dem mittels einem oder mehreren Transportbändern (7) ein Schuppenstrom von Bogen führbar ist, wobei die Transportbänder (7) antreibbar um den Saugbändertisch (1) herumgeführt und mit Öffnungen versehen sind, mit wenigstens einer einen Unterdruck erzeugenden Einrichtung, welche wenigstens einem Teilbereich des Saugbändertisches (1) zugeordnet ist, wobei in dem Saugbändertisch (1) als einen Unterdruck führende Saugkammem ein Hauptsaugkasten (11) und diesem zugeordnet, ein erster in Bogenlaufrichtung einlaufseitig angeordneter Querkasten (13) und ein zweiter in Bogenlaufrichtung ablaufseitig angeordneter Querkasten (14) vorgesehen sind, die abluftseitig jeweils an die den Unterdruck erzeugende Einrichtung ankoppelbar angeordnet und zuluftseitig mit der Förderseite des Saugbändertisches (1) zugeordneten Öffnungen verbunden sind, über die die Transportbänder (7) geführt werden, derart, dass an den Öffnungen in den Transportbändern (7) ein deren Förderseite zugeordneter Unterdruck anliegt, vermittels dessen Bogen einzeln oder als unterschuppter Bogenstrom auf den Transportbändern (7) kraftschlüssig gehalten transportierbar sind, und die Saugkammem (11, 13, 14) alle Transportbänder (7) in Querrichtung zur Bogentransportrichtung gleichzeitig überdecken, und wobei die Luftversorgung des Hauptsaugkastens (11) steuerbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Querkasten (13) und der zweite Querkasten (14) mit einem gemeinsamen Sauglufterzeuger (6) steuerbar verbindbar sind, und der Hauptsaugkasten (11) mit einem, davon getrennten eigenen Lüfter (3) verbunden ist und dass der Sauglufterzeuger (6) mittels eines gemeinsamen Saugluftanschlusses mit einer mit beiden Querkästen (13, 14) verbundenen Luftsteuereinrichtung verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Luftsteuereinrichtung als Steuerklappe (19) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die zu den Querkästen (13, 14) führenden Saugluftanschlüsse wechselseitig verschließbar oder gleichzeitig freigebbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerklappe (19) in der Art einer Drosselklappe ausgeführt ist, derart dass der Durchfluss an Saugluft zu den Saugluftanschlüssen wechselseitig regelbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerklappe (19) mit einer Steuerung zur Verstellung versehen ist, dass die Steuerung der Steuerklappe (19) mit der Steuerung des Bogenanlegers (2) und/oder der Steuerung der Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine derart verbunden ist, dass die Steuerklappe (19) abhängig von den Betriebssituationen Starten der Bogenzufuhr zum Saugbändertisch (1), Dauerbetrieb oder Beenden der Bogenzufuhr zur Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine unterschiedlich einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Saugluftanschlüssen zu den Querkästen (13, 14) Druckerhöhungselemente zur separaten Steuerung des Unterdruckes in jedem der Querkästen (13, 14) angeordnet sind. - Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Vorrichtung nach einem oder allen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassbei Betriebsbeginn der Sauglufterzeuger (6) allein mit dem in Bogenlaufrichtung gesehen ersten Querkasten (13) verbunden wird, derart dass am Querkasten (13) ein maximaler Unterdruck anliegt,dass der Lüfter (3) den Hauptsaugkasten (11) mit Unterdruck versorgt bevor der erste Bogen den Hauptsaugkasten (11) erreicht,dass nach voller Belegung des Hauptsaugkastens (11) mit Bögen abhängig von der Bedruckstoffqualität der Unterdruck im Hauptsaugkasten (11) vermindert wird,dass bei Erreichen des in Bogenlaufrichtung zweiten Querkastens (14) der Sauglufterzeuger (6) zusätzlich mit dem zweiten Querkasten (14) verbunden wird, derart dass an beiden Querkästen (13, 14) ein Unterdruck anliegt, wobei der Unterdruck an beiden Querkästen (13, 14) unabhängig voneinander einstellbar bleibt,dass bei Beendigung eines Verarbeitungsdurchganges und gesteuertem Leerlaufen des Saugbändertisches (1) nach dem Abtransport des letzten Bogens vom Bogenanleger (2) der erste Querkasten (13) ganz oder weitgehend von der Saugluftzufuhr des Sauglufterzeugers (6) abgetrennt wird, wobei das Unterdruckniveau im zweiten Querkasten (14) aufrechterhalten wird, unddass die Saugluftzufuhr zum zweiten Querkasten (14) unterbrochen wird, wenn der letzte Bogen im Anlagebereich der Bogen verarbeitenden Maschine ankommt.
