Description
Beispiele für einkomponentige Bindemittelsysteme sind solche auf Basis von wasserverdünnbaren Polyurethan-, Polyacrylat-, Polyester- und/oder Alkydharzen. Die einkomponentigen Bindemittelsysteme können z.B. physikalisch oder oxidativ trocknend sein.
Beispiele für wasserverdünnbare zweikomponentige vernetzbare Bindemittelsysteme sind solche auf Basis von hydroxyfunktionellen Bindemitteln, wie z.B. Polyurethan-, Polyesterurethan- und/oder Polyacrylatpolyolen, und Polyisocyanaten, auf Basis von acetoacetylfunktionellen und (meth)acryloylfunktionellen Bindemitteln sowie auf Basis von (meth)acryloylfunktionellen Bindemitteln oder (meth)acryloyl- und glycidylfunktionellen Bindemitteln und Polyaminen. Beispiele für die vorstehend genannten Bindemittelsysteme sind ausführlicher in den WO-A-94/03511, EP-A-358 979, EP-A-496 205 und DE-A-40 27 259 beschrieben.

Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Lackierung eines Substrats durch Auftrag eines Klarlackbeschichtungsmittels auf ein vorbeschichtetes Substrat oder eines Einschichtdecklackbeschichtungsmittels auf ein gegebenenfalls vorbeschichtetes Substrat und anschließende Härtung, wobei es sich bei dem Substrat um eine Fahrzeugkarosse oder deren Teile handelt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Substrat nach dem Auftrag des Klarlackbeschichtungsmittels oder Einschichtdecklackbeschichtungsmittels gegebenenfalls einer Ablüftphase unterworfen und anschließend die Härtung durch Bestrahlung mit NIR-Strahlung des Wellenlängenbereichs von 760 bis 1500 nm durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Klarlackbeschichtungsmittel oder Einschichtdecklackbeschichtungsmittel ein Beschichtungsmittel auf Wasserbasis verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klarlackschicht auf eine Basislackschicht, gegebenenfalls naß-in-naß aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zur Reparaturlackierung von Fahrzeugkarossen oder deren Teilen durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ablüften während 5 bis 45 Minuten im Temperaturbereich von 10 bis 80°C, insbesondere bei Raumtemperatur erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an die NIR-Bestrahlung noch eine UV-Bestrahlung zur Aushärtung von gegebenenfalls aufgebrachten durch energiereiche Strahlung härtbaren Beschichtungsmitteln anschließt.
- Verwendung von NIR-Strahlung im Wellenlängenbereich von 760 bis 1500 nm zur Härtung von wasserbasierenden Klarlackschichten oder Einschichtdecklackschichten auf Fahrzeugkarossen oder deren Teilen.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 7 bei der Reparaturlackierung von Fahrzeugkarossen oder deren Teilen.
