Claims (14)

  1. Un procédé de préparation d'un polymère chargé d'un ou plusieurs agents bioactifs, comprenant les étapes dans lesquelles :
    a) on prend une solution de polymère dans un premier solvant qui est inmiscible à l'eau ;
    b) on ajoute une solution aqueuse de l'agent bioactif à la solution de polymère pour obtenir une émulsion eau-dans-huile ;
    c) on plonge l'émulsion eau-dans-huile dans un second solvant par injection de l'émulsion par une buse dans le second solvant, le polymère étant sensiblement insoluble dans le second solvant et le second solvant étant miscible avec le premier solvant ;
    d) on laisse le premier solvant migrer dans le second solvant pour obtenir un polymère fibreux, massif, chargé de l'agent bioactif.
  2. Un procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le polymère est biocompatible et biodégradable.
  3. Un procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le polymère est un copolymère séquencé amphiphile, comprenant des séquences hydrophiles et des séquences hydrophobes.
  4. Un procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le polymère est un copolymère d'un polyalkylène glycol et d'un ester aromatique.
  5. Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'agent bioactif est choisi dans le groupe des agents antimicrobiens, tels que les agents antibactériens et anti-fongiques, les agents anti-viraux, les agents anti-tumoraux, les agents immunogènes, les lipides, les lipopolysaccharides, les hormones et les facteurs de croissance.
  6. Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'agent bioactif est choisi dans le groupe des peptides, oligopeptides, polypeptides et protéines.
  7. Un procédé selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le premier solvant se mélange mieux avec le second solvant que le polymère ne se dissout dans le premier solvant.
  8. Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel on plonge l'émulsion eau-dans-huile dans le second solvant par injection à l'aide d'une seringue ou d'une extrudeuse.
  9. Un polymère chargé d'agent bioactif susceptible d'être obtenu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
  10. Une fibre de polymère chargée d'agent bioactif obtenue par le procédé selon la revendication 8.
  11. Une fibre de polymère chargée d'agent bioactif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans laquelle ledit agent bioactif est un peptide, un oligopeptide, un polypeptide ou une protéine.
  12. Un procédé d'assemblage de fibres selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11 pour former un treillis fibreux, dans lequel on recueille les fibres et on les réunit ensemble en utilisant des mélanges de solvants appropriés.
  13. Un treillis fibreux susceptible d'être obtenu par un procédé selon la revendication 12.
  14. L'utilisation d'un polymère chargé d'agent bioactif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11 ou d'un treillis fibreux selon la revendication 13, en tant que support pour la libération contrôlée de médicament ou en tant que support de greffe pour la réparation des tissus.
