- the shoe represented consists of a shell 1 constituting, in known manner, the rod 2 closing on the front of the shoe by two flaps and the sole 3 of the shoe, of a collar 4 articulated on shell 1, on each side thereof, at two points opposite, such as point 5, by means of a rivet 6 ( Figure 2), and a reinforcing element 7. All of these parts are injected parts, for example in polyurethane with addition of an additive so as to obtain a greater or lesser rigidity, this of well known way.

- the reinforcing element 7 has a thinned lower part 7a surrounding the upper edge of the hull 1. Above this part thinner, the reinforcing element 7 has a zone relatively thick 7b coming to bear frontally against the upper edge 14 of the shell 1 so as to ensure continuity of the inner face 15 of the shell. In addition, above the bottom edge of the part 7a, the hull becomes slightly thinner and it is the same for necklace 4. A certain continuity of the total thickness is thus ensured in the overlapping area of the shell, collar and the reinforcing element.
- the shoe is of course provided with means of conventional tightening such as buckles, as well as an inner comfort shoe.
- the angle of the notch 13 could be larger than the angle formed by the projection 12 and the remaining space between at least one side of notch 13 and the projection could be filled of an elastomeric material.
- the angle of the notch 13 could be enlarged only forward, so that the elastomer would only be in front of the protruding, thus giving a certain elasticity to the collar when bending the leg.
- FIG. 3 represents an alternative embodiment in which the projection 12 is replaced by a stud 16 and the V notch 13 is replaced by a light 17 cut in shell 2, in an arc centered on the joint 5.
- the front part of this lumen 17 is occupied by an elastomeric material 18, such as rubber, leaving a hole 19 in which comes to engage the pin 16 when closing the necklace. In forward bending, the elastic material 18 gives the necklace greater flexibility.
