    des moyens d'entraínement (48), guidés latéralement, d'un dispositif d'alimentation accompagnent la bande de papier (54) jusqu'à un embranchement qui est aménagé derrière le dispositif à couteau (32, 33) dans le sens du trajet.
  2. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au départ de la deuxième section de trajet (23, 60) s'étendant au voisinage du mandrin d'enroulement (10) est agencée une paire de rouleaux (28, 29, 62, 63), dont les rouleaux s'appuient l'un sur l'autre sous pression.
  3. Installation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'un des deux rouleaux (28, 29, 62, 63) est caoutchouté.
  4. Installation selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif à couteau (32, 33) est aménagé, dans le sens du trajet, derrière la paire de rouleaux (28, 29; 62, 63) et devant les dispositifs de déviation (35, 36, 37).
  5. Installation selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau de guidage (34, 64) est agencé, dans le sens du trajet, derrière le dispositif à couteau (32, 33) et devant les dispositifs de déviation (35, 36, 37).
  6. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une buse de vaporisation (55) entre le refroidisseur (2) et le dispositif de transport qui s'y raccorde.
  7. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la troisième section de trajet (24, 61) se terminant par le dispositif de coupe transversale (4) présente une bande transporteuse (39), qui peut pivoter autour de l'axe de son rouleau de renvoi côté évacuation (46) adjacent au dispositif de coupe transversale (4) d'une position active, dans laquelle elle se raccorde directement à un organe de transport (38, 71) monté en amont, à une position passive, dans laquelle elle libère, derrière l'extrémité côté délivrance de l'organe de transport (38, 71) monté en amont, un espace libre pour évacuer les déchets.
  8. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transport se raccordant au refroidisseur (2) comprend trois sections de trajet, à savoir une première section de trajet (22) pour conduire la bande de papier (54) au-dessus de l'enrouleuse (3) ou du dispositif de coupe transversale (4) selon que l'enrouleuse (3) ou le dispositif de coupe transversale (4) est aménagé(e) au voisinage du refroidisseur (2), la deuxième section de trajet (23) adjacente au mandrin d'enroulement prêt (10) pour acheminer la bande de papier (54) à l'état sous tension dans l'espace intermédiaire entre l'enrouleuse (3) et le dispositif de coupe transversale (4) et la troisième section de trajet (24) se terminant par le dispositif de coupe transversale (4).
  9. Installation selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième section de trajet (23) s'étendant au voisinage du mandrin d'enroulement prêt (10) s'étend verticalement.
  10. Installation selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce qu'une autre bande transporteuse (38) est montée en amont de la bande transporteuse (39) dans la troisième section de trajet (24).
  11. Installation selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que la bande transporteuse (38) montée en amont peut être entraínée à une vitesse qui est sensiblement plus élevée que la vitesse à laquelle la bande de papier (54) effectue son parcours.
  12. Installation selon la revendication I, caractérisée en ce que la section de trajet (60) adjacente au mandrin d'enroulement prêt (10) s'étend horizontalement ou avec une légère inclinaison et en ce que des tables transporteuses (70, 74) pour la bande de papier sont affectées à la seconde section de trajet (60), lesdites tables se trouvant en position active au moins en partie dans la zone de travail de l'enrouleuse (3) et pouvant être déplacées en position inactive en dehors de la zone de travail.
  13. Installation selon la revendication 12, caractérisée par une table transporteuse côté alimentation (70), qui s'étend, en position active, à peu près jusqu'au mandrin d'enroulement prêt (10) et est aménagée à peu près à la même hauteur que le mandrin d'enroulement (10), et par une table transporteuse côté évacuation (74), qui démarre en position active au voisinage du mandrin d'enroulement (10) et est aménagée au maximum à la même hauteur que la table transporteuse côté alimentation (70).
  14. Installation selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que la table transporteuse côté alimentation (70) se termine, en position active, au-dessus du mandrin d'enroulement (10) et la table transporteuse côté évacuation (74) démarre, en position active, en dessous du mandrin d'enroulement (10).
  15. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisée en ce que la table transporteuse côté alimentation (70) peut être ramenée en direction du refroidisseur (2).
  16. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisée en ce que la table transporteuse côté évacuation (74) peut être abaissée.
  17. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisée en ce que les tables transporteuses (70, 74) se présentent sous la forme de bandes transporteuses.
  18. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisée en ce que les tables transporteuses (70, 74) se présentent sous la forme de tables flottantes.
  19. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 17, caractérisée en ce que les tables transporteuses (70, 74) se présentent sous la forme de tôles planes qui sont inclinées légèrement dans le sens d'écoulement.
