Claims (10)
- Dispositif de blocage (2) pour une porte munie d'un ferme-porte (1), le ferme-porte présentant un arbre de ferme-porte (7) et étant disposé sur le battant de la porte (5) ou sur le cadre (6), comprenant un bras coulissant (2) qui est monté à l'une de ses extrémités de manière fixe en rotation sur l'arbre de ferme-porte (7) et qui est guidé de manière coulissante à l'autre extrémité au moyen d'un coulisseau (16) disposé sur le bras coulissant (3) de manière articulé e par le biais d'un tourillon (2a) dans un rail de guidage (3) disposé sur le cadre (6) ou sur la porte (5), lequel se compose de plusieurs compartiments (11, 12, 13) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale, le tourillon (2a) venant en prise à travers une fente (17) pratiquée dans le rail de guidage (3),
et comprenant un dispositif de retenue pouvant être commuté électriquement, avec une butée mobile (30, 32), qui est poussée sous l'effet d'un ressort (35) dans la trajectoire de déplacement du coulisseau (16), avec une plaque (31), sur laquelle la butée (30, 32) et/ou le ressort (35) est ou sont supportés, et avec un électroaimant (21, 22, 23) disposé en dehors de la trajectoire de déplacement du coulisseau (16), avec lequel coopère la plaque (31) se trouvant à proximité immédiate de celui-ci,
la plaque (31) étant réalisée sous forme de plaque d'armature de l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23) ou étant connectée à l'armature de l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23), et étant disposée dans le plan horizontal commun à l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23) et à la trajectoire du coulisseau et coopérant avec l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23),
caractérisé en ce que
des bords formant nervures (14, 15) orientés de manière correspondant à la direction d'engagement du tourillon (2a) à travers la fente (17), qui limitent le compartiment central (12) pour le guidage du coulisseau (16), sont prévus, et
en ce que l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23) et la plaque (31) sont disposés dans le compartiment (11) et le coulisseau (16) est disposé dans deux autres compartiments (12, 1 3), et la force de l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23) agit dans la direction perpendiculaire au plan du cadre de la porte, en ce que la plaque d'armature de l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23) est disposée parallèlement au plan du cadre de la porte. - Dispositif de blocage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plan de la plaque et/ou la surface active de l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23) est parallèle au plan du cadre de la porte.
- Dispositif de blocage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la p laque (31) se trouve soit sur le côté de l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23) opposé à la trajectoire de déplacement du coulisseau (16), soit entre la trajectoire de déplacement du coulisseau (16) et l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23).
- Dispositif de blocage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de guidage guide la plaque (31) perpendiculairement au plan du cadre de la porte.
- Dispositif de blocage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (31) est montée en appui contre l'é lectroaimant (21, 22, 23) sans pivot physique.
- Dispositif de blocage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la butée mobile (30, 32) est montée dans un logement (24) de l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23).
- Dispositif de blocage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23) présente plusieurs bobines (22, 23) et en ce que le logement (24) est prévu dans un espace intermédiaire entre les bobines (22, 23).
- Dispositif de blocage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la butée (30, 32) est réalisée sous forme de pièce moulée par injection de plastique, dans laquelle est insérée une vis d'espacement (33) coopérant avec le palier, et dans laquelle vient en prise le ressort (35).
- Dispositif de blocage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme dispositif de guidage de la butée (30, 32) une douille (26) en matériau glissant disposée dans le logement (24) de l'électroaimant (21, 22, 23) et connectée à la plaque (31).
- Dispositif de blocage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le compartiment (12, 13) dans lequel se trouve une portion du coulisseau (16) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec le rail (3) ou est enclipsé sous forme d'écran (18).
