Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Seiles aus Einzelelementen, insbesondere Litzen (12, 16, 18), die aus einer Kombination tragender Kunstfasern und eines die tragenden Kunstfasern zumindest teilweise umgebenden thermoplastischen Kunststoffs bestehen, in den die tragenden Kunstfasern eingebettet sind, wobei die Einzelelemente (12, 16, 18) vor oder während des Verseilens zumindest bis in die Nähe des Plastifizierungszustandes erwärmt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einzelelemente (12, 16, 18) nachfolgend bis zum Verlassen der Verseilmaschine auf eine Verfestigungstemperatur des Kunststoffs abgekühlt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Litzen vor dem Abschluss des Verseilens auf die Verfestigungstemperatur abgekühlt werden. - Seil hergestellt durch das Seilschlagen von Einzelelementen, insbesondere Litzen (12, 16, 18), die aus einer Kombination tragender Kunstfasern und eines die tragenden Kunstfasern zumindest teilweise umgebenden thermoplastischen Kunststoffs bestehen, in den die tragenden Kunstfasern eingebettet sind, wobei die Einzelelemente (12, 16, 18) vor oder während des Verseilens zumindest bis in die Nähe des Plastifizierungszustandes erwärmt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einzelelemente (12, 16, 18) nachfolgend bis zum Verlassen der Verseilmaschine auf eine Verfestigungstemperatur des Kunststoffs abgekühlt werden, so dass die Einzelelemente (12, 16, 18) in dem Seil weitgehend eigenspannungsfrei vorliegen. - Verseilvorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Seiles aus Einzelelementen, insbesondere Litzen (12, 16, 18), die aus einer Kombination tragender Kunstfasern und eines die tragenden Kunstfasern zumindest teilweise umgebenden thermoplastischen Kunststoffs bestehen, in den die tragenden Kunstfasern eingebettet sind, mit einer Heizeinrichtung, die auf die Einzelelemente (12, 16, 18) wirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ferner eine Kühleinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die in Bearbeitungsrichtung nach der Heizeinrichtung angeordnet ist. - Verseilvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Heizeinrichtung für die Abgabe von Warmluft ausgelegt ist. - Verseilvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Heizeinrichtung zur Abgabe von Strahlungswärme ausgelegt ist. - Verseilvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Heizeinrichtung eine offene Flamme aufweist. - Verseilvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Kühleinrichtung als Kühlluftgebläse oder zur Abgabe einer Kühlflüssigkeit ausgelegt ist. - Verseilvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Pressbacken derselben zumindest teilweise aus Stahl, Teflon beschichtetem Stahl, Keramik, oder Kunststoff, insbesondere Polyamid, bestehen. - Verseilvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Pressbacken eine Heiz- oder Kühleinrichtung aufweisen.
