Abstract
Description
- des moyens formant glissière solidaire d'une face dudit mât sur au moins une partie de sa longueur,
- un chariot coopérant avec les moyens formant glissière,
- des moyens pour commander le mouvement de montée et de descente dudit chariot le long du mât,
- une tête de montage de l'extrémité supérieure dudit outil et de mise en rotation dudit outil autour de son axe longitudinal, et présentant un axe de montage de l'outil,
- des moyens mécaniques de liaison entre ledit chariot et ladite tête de montage, lesdits moyens définissant un axe de pivotement de ladite tête par rapport au chariot autour d'un axe orthogonal à la direction de déplacement du chariot par rapport au mât; et
- des moyens de déplacement pour faire pivoter ladite tête de montage autour dudit axe de pivotement entre une position de travail dans laquelle ledit axe de montage de l'outil est sensiblement parallèle au mât et une position de montage dans laquelle ledit axe de montage de l'outil fait un angle a avec ledit mât.

Claims (5)
- Dispositif de montage d'un outil de forage sur un mât, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend:des moyens formant glissière (12) solidaires d'une face dudit mât (10) sur au moins une partie de sa longueur,un chariot (14) coopérant avec les moyens formant glissière,des moyens (16) pour commander le mouvement de montée et de descente dudit chariot le long du mât,une tête de montage (18, 50, 52) de l'extrémité supérieure dudit outil (20, 54, 56) et de mise en rotation dudit outil autour de son axe longitudinal, et présentant un axe de montage de l'outil,des moyens mécaniques de liaison (22, 30, 32) entre ledit chariot et ladite tête de montage, lesdits moyens définissant un axe de pivotement (XX', ZZ') de ladite tête par rapport au chariot autour d'un axe orthogonal à la direction de déplacement du chariot par rapport au mât; etdes moyens de déplacement (24, 26, 34, 60) pour faire pivoter ladite tête de montage autour dudit axe de pivotement entre une position de travail dans laquelle ledit axe de montage de l'outil est sensiblement parallèle au mât et une position de montage dans laquelle ledit axe de montage de l'outil fait un angle a avec ledit mât.
- Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison mécanique (30, 32) définissent un axe de pivotement (ZZ') parallèle à la face dudit mât portant les moyens formant glissière (12).
- Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de liaison mécanique (22) définissent un axe de pivotement (XX') orthogonal à la face dudit mât (10) portant les moyens formant glissière (12).
- Dispositif de montage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un banc d'assemblage (40) de l'outil de forage et en ce que ledit banc est mobile sur le sol par rapport à la position occupée par ledit mât (10).
- Dispositif de montage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 pour un outil de forage comprenant deux ensembles de forage comportant deux axes (54, 56) d'entraínement en rotation qui sont coaxiaux, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une tête additionnelle de montage (52).
et en ce que lesdits moyens de liaison mécanique comprennent en outre un bâti (58) sur lequel sont fixées la tête de montage (50) et la tête de montage (52) additionnelle et en ce que ledit axe de pivotement est défini entre ledit chariot et ledit bâti (58).
