Abstract

Klebetechnisches Verfahren zur Fixierung der Stoßnähte von auf Klettbasis verlegten Bodenbelägen mit textilem Rücken.
Im Bereich der Stoßnähte von auf Klettbasis verlegten Bodenbelägen tritt das Problem auf, daß sich die Stoßnähte horizontal gegeneinander verschieben lassen oder sich eine Stoßnaht vom Untergrund löst und aufstellt.
Durch die Verwendung von einseitig mit Klebstoff beschichteten klettbaren Flauschmaterials (6,7) lassen sich die Stoßnähte (2) durch Verklebung (6) der Bodenbelagsrücken (1) miteinander verbinden. Eine Klettverbindung zum Untergrund (5) wird durch die Flauschseite (7) und das Klettband (3) hergestellt. (Fig. 2)
Alternativ kann das klettbare Flauschmaterial (6) direkt auf den Untergrund (5) geklebt werden (4). Die Stoßnähte (2) des Bodenbelags (1) müßten dann mittels selbstklebenden Klettbandes (3,4) verklebt (4) werden. Das Flauschgewebe (6) verbindet sich mit dem Klettband (3). (Fig. 3)
Durch beide Verfahren werden die Stoßnähte durch Verklebung miteinander verbunden. Ein Abheben einer einzelnen Stoßkante wird verhindert. Außerdem wird ein horizontales Verschieben der Stoßkanten gegeneinander unterbunden.
