Claims (5)
- Schlaufenreaktor mit einem Reaktorgehäuse (1), mit einer Mischkammer (2) und einem Einlass (3) im Bereich des Bodens des Schlaufenreaktors und einem Auslass (4) im Bereich des Kopfes des Schlaufenreaktors für das zu verarbeitende Gut, mit einem Stator (5) und einem von einem Motor angetriebenen Rotor (8), wobei Stator (5) und Rotor (8) überwiegend in dem dem zweiten Kopf zugewandten Teil der Mischkammer angeordnet sind, Stator (5) und Rotor jeweils zumindest einen mit Längsschlitzen (9) versehenen Hohlzylinder aufweisen, die Hohlzylinder des Stators (15) und die des Rotors (16) konzentrisch und abwechselnd ineinander greifen und der Stator (5) ein in die Mischkammer (2) ragendes Leitrohr (6) aufweist, in welchem eine Förderschnecke (7) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Förderschnecke (7) und der Rotor (8) auf einer gemeinsamen, von einem Motor angetriebenen Welle (10) befestigt sind und dass die Welle durch den zweiten Kopf des Schlaufenreaktors hindurchgeführt und in dem und/oder oberhalb des Kopfes drehbar gelagert ist. - Schlaufenreaktor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leitrohr (6) für die Förderschnecke (7) im Bereich des Einlasses (3) endet.
- Schlaufenreaktor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager der Welle in bzw. an dem Kopf gegenüber den Hohlräumen in dem Reaktorgehäuse, welche das verarbeitende Gut enthalten, abgedichtet ist.
- Schlaufenreaktor nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung eine Gleitringdichtung (18) ist
- Schlaufenreaktor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlass (3), das Leitrohr (6), der Rotor (8) und der Stator (5) sowie an dem Stator (5) befestigte Leitbleche (14) zentrisch in der Mischkammer (2) angeordnet sind.
