Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Versandfertigmachen von Massensendungen, die mit Adressen aus einer Adressdatenbank versehen sind, wobei das Verfahren aus den Verfahrensschritten Adressieren, Kuvertieren und Aufliefern zur Postgesellschaft besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Datenfeld der Adresse einer Einzelsendung der Massensendung erkannt wird und eine maschinenlesbare codierte Information vor dem Aufliefern der Massensendung zur Postgesellschaft aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erkennung durch Vergleich mit den Datensätzen aus der Adressdatenbank verbessert wird und Erkennungsfehler gegebenenfalls korrigiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Sortieren der Einzelsendungen, insbesondere nach der Route des Zustellers, in Abhängigkeit vom Inhalt der maschinenlesbaren codierten Information vor dem Aufliefern der Massensendung zur Postgesellschaft erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Zustellung die maschinenlesbare codierte Information gelesen und gespeichert wird, insbesondere zusammen mit dem Zeitpunkt der Zustellung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als maschinenlesbare codierte Information ein Strichcode, insbesondere auf einem Strichcodeetikett, aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Informationsträger der maschinenlesbaren codierten Information ein Transponder verwendet wird.
- Kuvertiervorrichtung für Massensendungen, die mit Adressen aus einer Adressdatenbank versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kuvertiervorrichtung (2) eine Erkennungseinheit (3), vorzugsweise eine optische Erkennungseinheit, zur Erkennung (3) einer Empfängeradresse aufweist, und eine Codiereinheit (5) zum Aufbringen einer maschinenlesbaren codierten Information, vorzugsweise auf einem Informationsträger, über eine Datenleitung mit der Erkennungseinheit (3) verbunden ist.
- Kuvertiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erkennungseinheit (3) eine Datenvergleichseinheit (6) aufweist, die mit der Datenbank (4) verbunden ist und die Erkennung der Datenfelder unterstützt.
- Kuvertiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kuvertiervorrichtung eine Sortiereinrichtung aufweist, die mit der Datenvergleichseinheit in Wirkverbindung steht, wobei in der Datenvergleichseinheit ein Speciher für ein Sortierkriterium vorgesehen ist, in dem insbesondere eine Route eines Zustellers abgelegt ist.
- Kuvertiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kuvertiereinheit ein handgeführter Scanner zugeordnet ist, der durch Lesen der codierten Information einen Zustelldatensatz mit Informationen über die Identität des Zustellers und Empfängers sowie über den Zeitpunkt erzeugend ausgebildet ist.
- Kuvertiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die maschinenlesbare codierte Information als Strichcode ausgebildet ist.
- Kuvertiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Informationsträger als Barcodeetikett ausgebildet ist.
- Kuvertiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Informationsträger als Transponder ausgebildet ist.
