Description

Für die seitliche Verschiebemöglichkeit des Hobels wird das eigentliche Hobelaggregat, der Hobelträger 5 mittels der zwei Doppelgleitlager 21 auf den zwei Gleitschienen 22 geführt, welche auf der Hobelhalterung 1 montiert sind.
Gleiche Teile der Vorrichtung sind in den Zeichnungen mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
Claims (11)
- Hobelvorrichtung an Maschinen zur Eisaufbereitung zum Einsatz im bandennahen Bereich der Eisfläche mit einem Messer (7), welches mit seinem Träger (6) an der Seitenwand des an der Maschine vorhandenen Hobelschlittens (12) montiert ist, welcher mit einer Kante (13) auf der Eisoberfläche aufliegt, wobei das Messer (7) mittels eines Getriebes (20) aus einer angehobenen Ruheposition in die Arbeitsposition bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (7) mitsamt Getriebe (20) schwimmend auf mindestens einer Gleitschiene (2) gelagert ist, wobei die Gleitschiene (2) einen Anschlag als Begrenzung für die gegen die Kraft einer Feder (9) erfolgende Bewegung der Messer-Getriebe-Kombination aufweist. - Hobelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (7) an seinem bandenseitigen freien Ende mit einem Gleitschuh (3) versehen, an einem Messerträger (6) befestigt und mittels einer Zwangsführung gegen die Kraft eines Federelements (8) aus der angehobenen in die Arbeitsposition relativ zum Messerträger (6) bewegbar ist, sobald der Gleitschuh (3) Druckkontakt mit der Bandenkante (11) hat. - Hobelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (7) schräg angeordnet ist, derart, daß sein bandenseitiges freies Ende in Fahrtrichtung vor seinem entgegengesetzten Ende gelegen ist. - Hobelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hobelträger mit dem Messerträger (6) mittels eines Getriebes (20) seitlich ausfahrbar ist. - Hobelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe ein Druckmittelzylinder (20) ist. - Hobelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Getriebe (20) aus einer Spindel mit darauf angeordneter Spindelmutter besteht: - Hobelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (7) mitsamt Getriebe (20) schwimmend auf zwei Gleitschienen (22) gelagert ist, wobei die Gleitschienen (22) einen Anschlag als Begrenzung für die gegen die Kraft einer Feder (9) erfolgende Bewegung der Messer-Getriebe-Kombination aufweist.
- Hobelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwangsführung aus mindestens zwei schräg verlaufenden Langlöchern im Messer (7) besteht, in denen fest mit dem Messerträger (6) verbundene Bolzen geführt sind. - Hobelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwangsführung aus mindestens zwei schräg verlaufenden Langlöchern im Messerträger (6) besteht, in denen fest mit dem Messer (7) verbundene Bolzen geführt sind. - Hobelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zwangsführung aus am Messer (7) einerseits und am Messerträger (6) andererseits vorgesehenen, einander komplementären Schrägführungen besteht. - Hobelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die maximale Eingriffstiefe des Messers (7) einstellbar ist.
