Abstract

Um einen justierbaren Beschlag für die Befestigung eines Glaselementes an einem benachbarten Element zu schaffen, der einfach montiert werden kann und in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung justierbar ist, ist außenseitig an dem Glaselement ein Haltestück kraft- und formschlüssig verklebt, wobei eine Lasche des Beschlages in ein Haltestück eintaucht und frontal befestigbar ist. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen justierbaren Beschlag für die Befestigung eines Glaselementes an einem benachbarten Element.
Aus der EP 0 875 649 A2 ist eine Zarge für Brandschutztüren bekannt, wobei die Zarge zumindest im Bereich der Bänder geschlitzte Hohlräume aufweist, in die Bandlappen der Bänder einführbar sind. Die Befestigung der Bandlappen an der Zarge kann dabei über eine nicht näher beschriebene Klebeverbindung erfolgen. Einrichtungen zur Justage des Bandes bzw. der Bandlappen sind nicht vorgesehen.
Glaselemente unterliegen materialspezifischen Anforderungen, so daß die bekannte Lösung nicht für deren Befestigung verwendet werden kann.
Es ist daher die Aufgabe der Erfindung einen Beschlag zu schaffen, der einfach montiert werden kann und in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Richtung justierbar ist.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit den im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Gegenstandes des Patentanspruches 1 sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Der erfindungsgemäße Beschlag gemäß dem Patentanspruch 1 weist den Vorteil auf, daß die Herstellung von Glaselementen vereinfacht wird. Die Glaselemente werden z. B. für Türanlagen und Duschkabinen oder Duschwände verwendet, die starr oder schwenkbar an benachbarten (Glas-) Elementen angeordnet sind. Da Haltestücke für Laschen des Beschlages nur auf eine Außenfläche des entsprechenden Glaselementes geklebt werden, entfällt in der Fertigung das aufwendige und riskante Einbringen von Öffnungen oder Ausnehmungen. Des weiteren entfallen bei der Montage etwaige Klemmvorgänge, um das Glaselement zwischen den einzelnen Bauteilen des Beschlages zu befestigen. Diesbezügliche Beschädigungen der Glasflächen können ausgeschlossen werden.
Aus Glaselementen bestehende Tür- oder Duschanlagen unterliegen aufgrund der Empfindlichkeit des Materials besonderen Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Befestigungstechnik zu den benachbarten Elementen. Möglichkeiten zur Justage des Beschlages müssen vorhanden sein, um das Aneinanderstoßen von Kanten zu vermeiden, die besonders leicht beschädigt werden können. Des weiteren werden durch die Justage Verspannungen in den Glasscheiben weitestgehend verhindert.
Das Haltestück wird mit einer Vertikalwandung direkt kraft- und formschlüssig auf die entsprechende Glasscheibe geklebt. In der Vertikalwandung kann zusätzlich eine Nut zur Aufnahme des Klebestoffes gebildet sein, um ein seitliches Austreten zu vermeiden. Das Haltestück ist prinzipiell quaderförmig ausgebildet und weist einen horizontalen Durchbruch auf, in den eine Lasche des Beschlages mit Spiel eingeführt wird und nach der horizontalen und/oder vertikalen Justage mittels Klemmelemente befestigt wird. In einer konstruktiven Ausgestaltung ist das Haltestück C-förmig ausgebildet, wobei von der Vertikalwandung des Haltestückes oben und unten Querwandungen vorstehen, an die sich abgewinkelte Frontlaschen anschließen, in denen die frontal zu bedienenden Klemmelemente angeordnet sind.
Die frontseitige Anordnung der Klemmelemente ermöglicht dem Monteur einen einfachen Zugriff mittels handelsüblicher Werkzeuge. Die Verstellprozedur ist anwenderfreundlich, so daß auch ein ungeschulter Anwender die Montage vornehmen kann. Die frontseitig geöffnete Ausbildung des Haltestückes im Bereich der Frontlaschen ermöglicht eine angemessene Elastizität der Verschraubung, um einen Bruch des Haltestückes zu vermeiden.
Der Beschlag kann sowohl für die starre Befestigung eines Glaselementes, z. B. in Form einer Duschwand an ein stationäres Element als auch für die gelenkige Befestigung zwischen benachbarten Glaselementen verwendet werden. Die Lasche des Beschlages ist dann entsprechend der Montagesituation ausgeführt. Bei der Montage eines Glaselementes an eine Zimmerwand weist die Lasche einseitig eine abgewinkelte Montageplatte auf. Dagegen kann der Beschlag auch als Band zwischen gelenkig aneinander befestigten Glaselementen ausgebildet sein, das aus spiegelsymmetrisch zueinander angeordneten Bandlappen besteht.Die Bandlappen des Bandes sind so zueinander angeordnet, daß entsprechend verbundene Glaselemente bis zu einem Öffnungswinkel von 180 ° geöffnet werden können.
Durch die verdeckte Anordnung aller Funktionsteile im Haltestück werden versehentliche Manipulationen und funktionshemmende Verschmutzungen verhindert und ein vorteilhaftes optisches Erscheinungsbild auch hinsichtlich der Transparenz der Glaselemente geschaffen. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine vorstehenden Teile, so daß auch die Reinigung der Glasflächen erleichtert wird.
Die Erfindung wird nun anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigen:

Gleiche oder gleichwirkende Bauteile sind in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
Eine in den Figuren 1 bis 6 nur auszugsweise dargestellte Türanlage besteht üblicherweise aus einem Seitenteil 3 und einem daran mittels eines Beschlages in Form eines Bandes 1 schwenkbar befestigten Flügel. Das Band 1 besteht aus zwei spiegelsymmetrisch zueinander angeordneten Laschen, die hier die sogenannten Bandlappen 2 bilden. Die Bandlappen 2 sind durch ein sogenanntes Bandauge 4 schwenkbar miteinander verbunden. Sowohl das Seitenteil 3 als auch der Flügel 5 bestehen hauptsächlich aus Glas in Form von sogenannten Ganzglasscheiben. Die Scheiben können z. B. farbig oder profiliert ausgebildet sein. Die nähere Erläuterung und Darstellung beschränkt sich nachfolgend auf den unmittelbaren Bereich eines Bandes 1 und der dort ablaufenden Vorgänge.
In den Figuren 1 bis 3 ist ein Haltestück 6 erkennbar, das vorzugsweise aus metallischem Material besteht. Das Haltestück 6 ist C-förmig ausgebildet und weist einen horizontal verlaufenden Durchbruch 7 auf. Mit einer Vertikalwandung 8 ist das Haltestück 6 kraft- und formschlüssig an eine Außenfläche 9 des hier näher beschriebenen Glaselementes 5 geklebt. In Figur 4 ist eine Variante des Haltestückes 6 zu erkennen, wobei in der Vertikalwandung 8 eine horizontale Nut 10 zur Aufnahme des Klebers ausgebildet ist. Mit dieser Ausführung wird ein seitliches Austreten des Klebstoffes vermieden.
Von der Vertikalwandung 8 des Haltestückes 6 stehen oben und unten jeweils Querwandungen 11 und 12 vor. An die Querwandungen 11 und 12 schließen sich abgewinkelte Frontlaschen 13 und 14 an, in denen frontal zu bedienende Klemmelemente 15 angeordnet sind. Die Klemmelemente 15 sind jeweils in horizontal nebeneinander angeordneten Gewindebohrungen 16 der Frontlaschen 13 und 14 eingeführt und werden gegen eine Frontfläche 17 des Bandlappens 2 geschraubt.
Der Bandlappen 2 wird in den Durchbruch 7 eingeführt und mittels der Klemmelemente 15 in Form von Madenschrauben nach der horizontalen und /oder vertikalen Justage verklemmt. Aufgrund des zwischen dem Durchbruch 7 und den Bandseitenflächen 18 vorhandenen Spiels kann der Bandlappen 2 vor dem endgültigen Anziehen der Klemmelemente 15 hinreichend justiert werden. Die Klemmelemente 15 wirken auf die Frontfläche 17 des Bandlappens 2 und bewirken eine Verklemmung gegen die Vertikalwandung 8 des Haltestückes 6. Die frontseitige geöffnete Ausbildung des Haltestückes 6 im Bereich der Frontlaschen 13 und 14 ermöglicht eine angemessene Elastizität der Verschraubung, um einen Bruch des Haltestückes 6 zu vermeiden.
Der Bandlappen 2 verschwindet vollständig in dem Durchbruch 7, so daß eine haubenförmige Abdeckung 19 über das Haltestück 6 gestülpt werden kann. Alle Funktionselemente sind so auch optisch vorteilhaft abgedeckt. Die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen ein vollständiges Band 1, dessen Bandlappen 2 über das Bandauge 4 verbunden sind und die an einem Flügel 5 und einem Seitenteil 3 in gleicher jedoch spiegelsymmetrischer Weise befestigt sind. Die Bandlappen 2 des Bandes 1 sind so zueinander angeordnet, daß der Flügel 5 bis zu einem Öffnungswinkel von 180 ° geöffnet werden kann.
Die Figur 7 zeigt einen Beschlag 1 mittels dessen ein Glaselement 5 starr an ein stationäres Element 3 befestigt ist. Eine derartige Anordnung eignet sich z. B. für die Befestigung einer Duschwand/- kabine an eine Zimmerwand. Der Beschlag 1 besteht aus der Lasche 2 und einer daran einstückig und abgewinkelt ausgebildeten Montageplatte 20.
Die Montageplatte 20 wird an der Zimmerwand 3 befestigt. Die Lasche 2 ist in der vorbeschriebenen Art und Weise in einem quaderförmigen Haltestück 6 verspannt, wobei ein einziges Klemmelement 15, das als Scheibenschraube ausgeführt ist, auf die Lasche 2 wirkt. Der horizontale Durchbruch 7 ist einseitig durch eine Seitenwand 21 des Haltestückes 6 verschlossen. Das Haltestück 6 ist an dem Glaselement 5 verklebt und von einer Abdeckung 19 überkront.

Claims (10)

  1. Justierbarer Beschlag für die Befestigung eines Glaselementes (5) an einem benachbarten Element (3), wobei an dem Glaselement (5) außenseitig ein Haltestück (6) kraft- und formschlüssig verklebt ist und wobei eine Lasche (2) des Beschlages (1) in das Haltestück (6) justierbar eintaucht und frontal befestigbar ist.
  2. Justierbarer Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltestück (6) einen horizontal verlaufenden Durchbruch (7) aufweist.
  3. Justierbarer Beschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Lasche (2) mit großem Spiel in den Durchbruch (7) eintaucht.
  4. Justierbarer Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltestück (6) C-förmig ausgebildet ist. wobei eine an dem Glaselement (5) anliegende Vertikalwandung (8) eine horizontal ausgebildete obere Querwandung (11) und eine horizontal ausgebildete untere Querwandung (12) aufweist, die körpereinwärts abgewinkelte Frontlaschen (13, 14) aufweisen.
  5. Justierbarer Beschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Vertikalwandung (8) außenseitig eine horizontale Nut (10 ) ausgebildet ist.
  6. Justierbarer Beschlag nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Frontlaschen (13, 14) Klemmelemente (15) zur Justage der Lasche (2) vorhanden sind.
  7. Justierbarer Beschlag nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmelemente (15) als versenkbare Madenschrauben ausgeführt sind.
  8. Justierbarer Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein haubenförmige Abdeckung (19) über das Haltestück (6) stülpbar ist.
  9. Justierbarer Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Lasche (2) eine abgewinkelte Montageplatte (20) ausgebildet ist.
  10. Justierbarer Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche als Bandlappen (2) ausgebildet ist, der gelenkig mit einem weiteren Bandlappen (2) verbunden ist.
