Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung (14) zur Überwachung des Verschleißes von Fahrtreppenrollen (10), die sich entlang einer Bahn (12) bewegen, welche einen geschlossenen Weg für die Rollen bildet, mit einer an der Bahn angebrachten Halterung (20);wobei der Näherungsschalter (26) ein Signal erzeugt, wenn die Verschiebung der Kurvenscheibe (16) infolge von Rollenverschleiß einem voreingestellten Wert entspricht oder ihn überschreitet.einem an der Halterung (20) angebrachten und ein Betätigungsglied (30) aufweisenden Näherungsschalter (26);und einer mit dem Betätigungsglied (30) verbundenen Kurvenscheibe (16), die zur Berührung mindestens einer der Rollen (10), während sich diese entlang der Bahn (12) bewegen, positioniert und angeordnet ist;
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der es sich bei dem Näherungsschalter um einen Proportionalschalter handelt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Kurvenscheibe (16) zur kontinuierlichen Berührung einer der Rollen (10), während diese mindestens eine halbe Umdrehung entlang der Bahn (12) ausführt, positioniert und angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Kurvenscheibe (16) zur Berührung der Rollen (10) durch Schwerkraft positioniert und angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der die Kurvenscheibe durch ein Gestänge (18) mit der Halterung (20) verbunden ist, das die Kurvenscheibe (16) parallel zur Bahn (12) hält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Kurvenscheibe (16) eine Rollenberührungslänge aufweist, die einem Abstand zwischen benachbarten Rollen (10) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der die Kurvenscheibe zur Berührung mit den Rollen (10) durch Schwerkraft positioniert und angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der die Kurvenscheibe durch ein Gestänge (18) mit der Halterung (20) verbunden ist, das die Kurvenscheibe (16) parallel zur Bahn (12) hält.
