Bei dieser Erfindung handelt es sich um ein Behältnis für Musikinstrumente, insbesondere für Gitarren mit einer verschließbaren Hülle (11) zur Aufnahme des Musikinstrumentes und Trageeinrichtungen (12), wie Tragegurte oder Griffe, wobei außen auf der Hülle (11) oder an den Trageeinrichtungen (12) Mittel (13) zur Aufnahme einer Kommunikationseinrichtung, insbesondere eines Mobiltelefons vorgesehen sind. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Behältnis für Musikinstrumente, insbesondere für Gitarren mit einer verschließbaren Hülle zur Aufnahme des Musikinstrumentes und Trageeinrichtungen wie Schultergurte oder Griffe nach dem Oberbegriff des -Anspruches 1.
Behältnisse für Musikinstrumente, insbesondere Gitarrentaschen, müssen so konzipiert sein, daß größtmöglicher Bedien- und insbesondere Tragekomfort gegeben ist. Meist ist der Benutzer beim Transport eines in einem derartigen Behältnis aufgenommenen Musikinstrumentes in seiner Bewegungsfreiheit eingeschränkt. Transportiert er das Behältnis beispielsweise an einem Griff, hat er maximal eine Hand für andere Tätigkeiten frei. Wird das Behältnis geschultert, ist die Bewegungsfreiheit der Arme eingeschränkt. In jedem Fall ist das Mitführen und insbesondere Bedienen einer Kommunikationseinrichtung, wie beispielsweise eines Mobiltelefons, in einer derartigen Situation erschwert. Entweder der Benutzer hat nur eine Hand frei, um nach dem Mobiltelefon zu suchen bzw. es zu bedienen oder er erreicht wegen der eingeschränkten Bewegungsfreiheit der Arme die eigene Sakko- oder Manteltasche nur schwer.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Behältnis für Musikinstrumente zu schaffen, bei dem das Mitführen und insbesondere Bedienen einer Kommunikationseinrichtung, beispielsweise eines Mobiltelefon, wesentlich erleichtert ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Behältnis für Musikinstrumente nach den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Ein Kemgedanke der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, daß außen an der Außenseite der Hülle oder an den Trageeinrichtungen des Behältnisses für Musikinstrumente Mittel zur Aufnahme einer Kommunikationseinrichtung, insbesondere eines Mobiltelefons, vorgesehen sind. Hierdurch ist die Kommunikationseinrichtung wesentlich einfacher zugänglich. Der Benutzer muß nicht umständlich nach der Kommunikationseinrichtung in einer Tasche suchen. Darüber hinaus muß der Benutzer beim Suchen oder bei Verwendung der Kommunikationseinrichtung das Behältnis für Musikinstrumente nicht aus der Hand geben, sondern kann die Kommunikationseinrichtung ohne wesentliche Einschränkung durch das oftmals sperrige Behältnis für Musikinstrumente nutzen. Die Erfindung ist nicht auf Behältnisse für Gitarren beschränkt, sondern findet Anwendung für das gesamte Spektrum von Musik- und Schlaginstrumenten-Behältnissen, wie bei Keyboard-Taschen, Drum (Schlagzeug)-Taschen, Blech- oder Holzblasinstrumenten-Taschen, Taschen für Saiteninstrumente aller Art, Akkordeon-Taschen und Taschen für sonstige Musikinstrumente.
In einer zweckmäßigen Ausgestaltung sind die Mittel zur Aufnahme einer Kommunikationseinrichtung als vorzugsweise verschließbare Tasche, mit einer Einstecköffnung ausgebildet. Eine vorzugsweise verschließbare Tasche bietet einen gewissen Schutz für die Kommunikationseinrichtung und sichert diese insbesondere gegen Herausfallen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung sind die Trageeinrichtungen des Behältnisses als Schultergurte ausgebildet, wobei die Mittel zur Aufnahme der Kommunikationseinrichtung an den Schultergurten angeordnet sind und zwar bevorzugtermaßen an deren Außenseite. Durch diese Maßnahme bleibt die Kommunikationseinrichtung auch beim geschulterten Transport des Behältnisses bequem zugänglich. Transport und Bedienung einer Kommunikationseinrichtung sind bei einer derartigen Lösung nahezu ideal.
Bevorzugtermaßen werden die Mittel zur Aufnahme der Kommunikationseinrichtung als separate Einheit an der Hülle oder den Trageeinrichtungen angebracht, insbesondere angenäht.
In einer konkreten Ausgestaltung umfaßt die Tasche eine Deckellasche, die oberhalb der Einstecköffnung angebracht und die Einstecköffnung abdeckend befestigbar ist, wobei dies vorzugsweise über einen zwei Klettelemente umfassenden Klettverschluß geschieht. Ein Klettverschluß läßt sich einfach und sicher bedienen. Durch die Deckellasche ist die Kommunikationseinrichtung vor Herausfallen sowie vor Verschmutzung und Regen bzw. Schnee geschützt.
An der Vorderseite der Tasche kann eine transparente Folie eingearbeitet sein, um ein Display oder ein Tastenfeld einer Kommunikationseinrichtung von außen erkennen und entziffern zu können.
Am Schultergurt kann im Brustbereich ein Mikrofon oder eine Halterung für ein Mikrofon vorgesehen sein, so daß an die Kommunikationseinrichtung ein Mikrofon anschließbar und das Mobiltelefon im Freisprechmodus betreibbar ist. Bei Bedienung des Mobiltelefons im Freisprechmodus - Hören erfolgt zweckmäßigerweise über Ohrstöpsel - behält der Benutzer beide Hände frei. Mit dieser erfindungsgemäßen Lösung kann ein Benutzer sowohl ein geschultertes Musikinstrument transportieren und gleichzeitig freihändig über ein Mobiltelefon ein Gespräch führen.
Gerade im Bühnenbetrieb können starke elektromagnetische Felder herrschen, so daß zum Schutz der Elektronik der Kommunikationseinrichtung die Mittel zur Aufnahme derselben mit EMV-Abschirmeinrichtungen, insbesondere einer Abschirmfolie, versehen sein können. Die Abschirmfolie ist selbstverständlich so angebracht, daß ein Antennenbereich für die Kommunikationseinrichtung unabgeschirmt frei gehalten wird, um die bestimmungsgemäße Abstrahlung so wie den bestimmungsgemäßen Empfang nicht zu beeinträchtigen.
Die Mittel zur Aufnahme einer Kommunikationseinrichtung sind zweckmäßigerweise in einem mit Verstärkungen und/oder Polsterungen versehenen Bereich des Schultergurtes angeordnet, so daß beim geschulterten Transport die Kommunikationseinrichtung selbst nicht spürbar ist. Gleichzeitig dienen die Verstärkungen und/oder Polsterungen auch bei abgenommenem Schultergurt als Schutz für die Kommunikationseinrichtung.
Die Schultergurte sind in einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung lösbar am Behältnis befestigt. Dies bietet in vielerlei Hinsicht eine höhere Flexibilität bei der Benutzung. Insbesondere läßt sich eine Kommunikationseinrichtung für Rechtshänder bequemer benutzen, wenn sie im linken Schultergurt untergebracht ist. Für Linkshänder sollte die Kommunikationseinrichtung im rechten Schultergurt untergebracht sein. Die lösbare Befestigung gestattet hier eine Umstellung je nach Bedürfnissen des Benutzers und hat auch in anderer Hinsicht zahlreiche Vorteile.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend auch hinsichtlich weiterer Merkmale und Vorteile anhand der Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen und unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

In Fig. list ein Behältnis 14 für Musikinstrumente, hier für eine Gitarre in einer Prinzipskizze dargestellt, wobei das Behältnis 14bei der vorliegenden Ausführungsform eine flexible Hülle 11 sowie Trageeinrichtungen, nämlich zwei Schultergurte 12 umfaßt. Die Schultergurte 12 sind zum geschulterten Transport einer im Behältnis 14 aufgenommenen Gitarre ausgebildet. Einer der Schultergurte 12 umfaßt Mittel 13 zur Aufnahme einer Kommunikationseinrichtung, hier eines Mobiltelefons. Anstelle eines Mobiltelefons können auch andere Kommunikationseinrichtungen, wie Pager, mit einem lokalen Computer oder dem Internet in Verbindung stehende Minicomputer, ein Diktier- oder Tonaufzeichnungsgerät oder ähnliche Geräte am Schultergurt befestigt und mitgeführt werden.
Wie aus Fig. 2 erkennbar, sind die Mittel 13 zur Aufnahme der Kommunikationseinrichtung bei der hier bevorzugten Ausgestaltung als Tasche 15 mit einer im wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Einstecköffnung 17 und einer Deckellasche 16, die oberhalb der Einstecköffnung 17 angeordnet ist, ausgebildet. Die Tasche 15 umfaßt eine Vorderseite 21 sowie zwei Seitenwände 26, 27 und einen Boden 28. Auf der Vorderseite 21 kann eine transparente Folie 22 angeordnet sein, so daß ein Display und/oder das Tastenfeld eines - Mobiltelefons ablesbar ist.
Um die Einstecköffnung 17 zu verschließen und das Mobiltelefon gegen Herausfallen und/oder Niederschlag zu schützen, ist die bereits erwähnte Deckellasche 16 vorgesehen. Die Deckellasche 16 weist einen verstärkten Rand 29 sowie auf ihre der Einstecköffnung zugewandten Seite ein Klettelement 19 auf, das korrespondierend zu einem Klettelement 20 auf der Vorderseite 21 der Tasche 15 angeordnet ist. Klettelement 19 und 20 bilden einen Klettverschluß 18, der die Einstecköffnung 17 mittels der Deckellasche 16 bedarfsweise verschlossen hält. Im Bereich über der Deckellasche 16 kann auf dem Schultergurt 12 ein Mikrofon 23 angeordnet sein. Das Mikrofon 23 ist in einer Mikrofonhalterung 30 untergebracht und kann an das in der Tasche befindliche Mobiltelefon angeschlossen werden, um dieses im Freisprechmodus zu betreiben.
In Fig. 3 ist der Schultergurt nach Fig. 2 in der Schnittansicht III-III in Fig. 2 dargestellt. Die Tasche 15 ist bei der bevorzugten Ausführungsform auf einem als Polsterung 25 ausgebildeten Abschnitt des Schultergurtes 12 angeordnet, insbesondere festgenäht. Die Rückwand der Tasche 15 wird durch die Polsterung 25 gebildet. Eine Abschirmfolie 24 kann auf dem von der Tasche 15 überdeckten Bereich der Polsterung 25 sowie innen an der Tasche 15 umlaufend befestigt sein, um so die Elektronik der Kommunikationseinrichtung vor starken elektromagnetischen Feldern zu schützen. Der Bereich nahe der Einstecköffnung 17 bleibt jedoch ausgespart, um Antenneneinrichtungen der Kommunikationseinrichtung von einer Abschirmung freizuhalten.
Mit einem Behältnis, insbesondere einem Tragegurt nach der vorliegenden Erfindung wird das Mitführen und insbesondere das Nutzen einer Kommunikationseinrichtung beim Transport eines Musikinstrumentes wesentlich vereinfacht.

Claims (10)

  1. Behältnis für Musikinstrumente, insbesondere für Gitarren mit einer verschließbaren Hülle (11) zur Aufnahme des Musikinstrumentes und Trageeinrichtungen (12), wie Schultergurte oder Griffe,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß an der Außenseite der Hülle (11) oder an den Trageeinrichtungen (12) Mittel (13) zur Aufnahme einer Kommunikationseinrichtung, insbesondere eines Mobiltelefons vorgesehen sind.
  2. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Trageeinrichtungen als Schultergurte (12) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Mittel (13) zur Aufnahme der Kommunikationseinrichtung an einem der Schultergurte (12) angeordnet sind.
  3. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Mittel (13) zur Aufnahme der Kommunikationseinrichtung als separate Einheit an der Hülle (11) oder den Trageeinrichtungen (12) angebracht, insbesondere angenäht sind.
  4. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Mittel (13) zur Aufnahme einer Kommunkationseinrichtung als vorzugsweise verschließbare Tasche (15) mit einer Einstecköffnung (17) ausgebildet sind.
  5. Behältnis nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Tasche (15) eine Deckellasche (16) umfaßt, die oberhalb der Einstecköffnung (17) angebracht und die Einstecköffnung (17) abdeckend, vorzugsweise über einen zwei Klettelemente (19, 20) umfassenden Klettverschluß (18) befestigbar ist.
  6. Behältnis nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß an der Vorderseite (21) der Tasche (15) eine transparente Folie (22) eingearbeitet ist.
  7. Behältnis nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß an den Schultergurten (12) im Brustbereich ein Mikrofon (23) zum Anschluß an eine Kommunikationseinrichtung angeordnet ist, um insbesondere ein- Mobiltelefon im Freisprechmodus betreiben zu können.
  8. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Mittel (13) zur Aufnahme der Kommunikationseinrichtung eine Abschirmfolie (24) umfassen, um die Elektronik der Kommunikationseinrichtung vor starken Feldern, insbesondere auf Musikdarbietungsbühnen, zu schützen.
  9. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Mittel (13) zur Aufnahme einer Kommunikationseinrichtung in einem mit Verstärkungen und/oder Polsterungen versehenen Bereichen des Schultergurtes (12) angeordnet sind.
