Claims (10)
- Un bouchon pour bouteilles contenant du champagne ou un produit similaire, comprenant un élément (2) essentiellement cylindrique et creux, ayant un axe longitudinal (3) et une paroi latérale (6), ledit bouchon pouvant être introduit, selon la direction de l'axe longitudinal (3), dans l'ouverture (4) du col (5) d'une bouteille et étant fermé par une paroi transversale (7) ayant une protubérance annulaire (8) qui appuie sur la face annulaire d'extrémité (9) du col (5) ; au niveau de la surface intérieure (6a) de la paroi latérale (6), l'élément cylindrique (2) présente des moyens (10) destinés à retenir tous résidus éventuels, ces moyens retenant les résidus à l'intérieur de l'élément cylindrique creux (2) ; lesdits moyens de retenue (10) étant constitués par au moins une saillie (11) s'étendant vers l'axe longitudinal (3) de l'élément cylindrique (2) ; cette même saillie (11) s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale vers la paroi transversale (7) de l'élément cylindrique (2) de manière à former un creux (12) pour le dépôt des résidus ; ledit bouchon étant caractérisé en ce que ladite saillie (11) présente un développement annulaire essentiellement continu avec des reliefs.
- Un bouchon pour bouteilles contenant du champagne ou un produit similaire, comprenant un élément (2) essentiellement cylindrique et creux, ayant un axe longitudinal (3) et une paroi latérale (6), ledit bouchon pouvant être introduit, selon la direction de l'axe longitudinal (3), dans l'ouverture (4) du col (5) d'une bouteille et étant fermé par une paroi transversale (7) ayant une protubérance annulaire (8) qui appuie sur la face annulaire d'extrémité (9) du col (5) ; au niveau de la surface intérieure (6a) de la paroi latérale (6), l'élément cylindrique (2) présente des moyens (10) destinés à retenir tous résidus éventuels, ces moyens retenant les résidus à l'intérieur de l'élément cylindrique creux (2) ; lesdits moyens de retenue (10) étant constitués par au moins une saillie (11) s'étendant vers l'axe longitudinal (3) de l'élément cylindrique (2) ; cette même saillie (11) s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale vers la paroi transversale (7) de l'élément cylindrique (2) de manière à former un creux (12) pour le dépôt des résidus ; ledit bouchon étant caractérisé en ce que ladite saillie (11) est constituée par une pluralité d'éléments plats (22) distribués selon un développement essentiellement annulaire.
- Un bouchon pour bouteilles contenant du champagne ou un produit similaire, comprenant un élément (2) essentiellement cylindrique et creux, ayant un axe longitudinal (3) et une paroi latérale (6), ledit bouchon pouvant être introduit, selon la direction de l'axe longitudinal (3), dans l'ouverture (4) du col (5) d'une bouteille et étant fermé par une paroi transversale (7) ayant une protubérance annulaire (8) qui appuie sur la face annulaire d'extrémité (9) du col (5) ; au niveau de la surface intérieure (6a) de la paroi latérale (6), l'élément cylindrique (2) présente des moyens (10) destinés à retenir tous résidus éventuels, ces moyens retenant les résidus à l'intérieur de l'élément cylindrique creux (2) ; lesdits moyens de retenue (10) étant constitués par au moins une saillie (11) s'étendant vers l'axe longitudinal (3) de l'élément cylindrique (2) ; cette même saillie (11) s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale vers la paroi transversale (7) de l'élément cylindrique (2) de manière à former un creux (12) pour le dépôt des résidus ; ledit bouchon étant caractérisé en ce que ladite saillie (11) est constituée par une pluralité d'éléments filiformes (13) distribués selon un développement essentiellement annulaire de manière à filtrer les résidus.
- Le bouchon selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'extension de ladite saillie (11) vers l'axe longitudinal (3) a une profondeur S, mesurée sur un plan P qui est perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (3), qui est inférieure au rayon R de l'élément cylindrique, le rapport S/R étant compris entre 0,2 et 0,8.
- Le bouchon selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit rapport S/R est de l'ordre de 0,5.
- Le bouchon selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes de 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite saillie (11) a un profil incliné par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (3) qui forme, en pratique, un angle convexe (α) avec la surface intérieure (6a) de la paroi latérale (6).
- Le bouchon selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit angle convexe est compris entre 5 degrés et 90 degrés.
- Le bouchon selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que ledit angle convexe est compris entre 20 degrés et 80 degrés.
- Le bouchon selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que ledit angle convexe est de l'ordre de 45 degrés.
- Le bouchon selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit profil est essentiellement rectiligne.
