Abstract

Beim Steuern oder Regeln der Leistung von niederohmigen Heizwiderständen (R), deren Nennspannung kleiner als die Netzspannung ist, mittels gleichgerichtetem Wechselstrom durch Halbleiter-Bauelemente, wird zum Zwecke einer Vermeidung von Stelltransformatoren und Netzstörungen wie folgt verfahren:
  • a) als Halbleiterelement wird ein IBGT-Modul (10) verwendet,
  • b) im Stromkreis des Verbrauchers (R) werden die Leistungsfaktoren Betriebsstrom (i) und Betriebsspannung (U) erfaßt und einer Regelanordnung (16) zugeführt,
  • c) in der Regelanordnung (16) wird mittels eines Integrators (25) ein Vergleich eines Sollwerts (w) für den Betriebsstrom (i) und die Betriebsspannung (U) durchgeführt, wobei das Eingangssignal eines Komparators (27) in eine Folge von Impulsen zerlegt wird, deren Frequenz als Steuerfrequenz für das IGBT-Modul (10) verwendet wird und ein Vielfaches der Netzfrequenz beträgt, und ferner werden
  • d) die Abweichungen zwischen dem Sollwert (w) und der Folge von Impulsen nach Maßgabe des jeweiligen Vorzeichens der Abweichungen zur Steuerung des IGBT-Moduls (10) verwendet.
  • Ferner ist eine Schaltungsanordnung und sind Verwendungen hierfür angegeben.
