Friktionsantriebswalze 2. Die Anzahl der Umdrehungen sowie die Winkelstellung der Friktionsantriebswalze 2 wird dabei von einem Weggeber 16 detektiert und von der
Steuerungseinrichtung 14 ausgewertet. Eine weitere alternative, aus Vereinfachungsgründen nicht dargestellte Möglichkeit besteht darin, die sich aufbauende Fadenspannung zum Beispiel mit einem üblichen Fadenspannungssensor zu messen und das Absenken des Fadens 3 auszulösen, nachdem die gemessene und von der Steuerungseinrichtung 14 ausgewertete Fadenspannung einen vorbestimmten Wert erreicht hat.
Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Wickeln von rotatorisch angetriebenen Kreuzspulen an einer Textilmaschine mit einer Vielzahl von Spulstellen, wobei an jeder Spulstelle ein hin- und herbewegter Changierfadenführer die gewünschte Kreuzwicklung des Spulenkörpers erzeugt und ein Hilfsfadenführer in einer Wirkposition den Faden in einer aus dem Changierfadenführer ausgehobenen Lage hält und in einer Ruheposition den Faden nicht beeinflußt und wobei der Changierfadenführer den aufzuwickelnden Faden vom Hilfsfadenführer übernimmt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Faden (3) nach einer Fadenunterbrechung und anschließender Wiederherstellung der Fadenverbindung in eine vom Hilfsfadenführer (4) in der Wirkposition vorgegebene Ausgangsposition in bezug auf den Changierweg des Changierfadenführers(5) geleitet wird und daß der Faden (3) durch einen Wechsel des Hilfsfadenführers (4) von der Wirkposition in die Ruheposition (4') in den Changierfadenführer (5) abgesenkt wird, bevor der stillgesetzte Changierfadenführer (5) wieder gestartet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Absenken und die Aufnahme des Fadens (3) erfolgt, nachdem das Hochlaufen des Antriebs der Kreuzspule (1) begonnen hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Absenken und die Aufnahme des Fadens (3) nach einer kurzen Zeitspanne t seit Rotationsbeginn der Kreuzspule (1) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Absenken und die Aufnahme des Fadens (3) erfolgt, wenn eine vorgegebene Anzahl von Umdrehungen einer die Kreuzspule (1) antreibenden Friktionswalze (3) erreicht ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Spulstelle eine Steuerungseinrichtung (14) für das Einlegen des Fadens (3) in den Changierfadenführer (5), einen Hilfsfadenführer (4) und einen separaten Antrieb für den Changierfadenführer (5) sowie Mittel zum Ansteuern einer Stillstandsposition des Changierfadenführers (5) aufweist und daß der Hilfsfadenführer (4) so ausgebildet ist, daß eine Fadenleitkante des Hilfsfadenführers (4) eine solche Form besitzt, durch die sie den Faden (3) in eine Lage verbringt, aus der nach der Bewegung des Hilfsfadenführers (4) von der Wirkposition in die Ruheposition (4') der Faden (3) in den in der Stillstandsposition stehenden Changierfadenführer (5) eingelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsfadenführer (4) eine sich über den Changierbereich des Changierfadenführers (5) erstreckende Fadenleitkante (4.1) mit von beiden Enden zur Mitte hin abfallender Kontur besitzt, zwischen der Wirkposition und der Ruheposition (4') verschwenkbar ist und daß die Schwenkbewegung durch die Steuerungseinrichtung (14) auslösbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsfadenführer (4) in Richtung des Changierfadenführers (5) in die Ruheposition (4') verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hilfsfadenführer (4) fest an einer Welle (11) angebracht ist und mittels eines an der Welle (11) über einen Schwenkhebel (10) angreifenden Pneumatikzylinders (7) schwenkbar ist.
