Claims (14)
- Backofengerät, welches in einer aus Metall bestehenden Frontplatte (2) Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6, 8) für Kühlluft aufweist, die auf dem Grund eines Spaltes (10) liegen, der zwischen einem oberen Türrand (12) einer Backofentür (14) und einem darüber angeordneten Gerätevorsprung (18) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die links und rechts seitlich äußeren Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6) eine kleinere Höhe als der Spalt (10) haben und bezüglich ihrer Größe, Form und Lage auf die Höhe und Tiefe des Spaltes (10) derart abgestimmt sind, daß sie zusammen mit dem Spalt (10) einen Injektor bilden, durch welchen die Luftstrahlen, welche aus den äußeren Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6) austreten, ohne Stau durch den Spalt (10) nach vorne strömen und Luft von benachbarten Spaltbereichen ansaugen können in Injektor-Ansaugbereiche (30, 32), die zwischen den Luftstrahlenwegen und dem Gerätevorsprung (18) und/oder zwischen den Luftstrahlenwegen und dem Türrand (12) gebildet sind, und daß die zwischen den äußeren Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6) gelegenen inneren Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6) eine größere Höhe als die äußeren Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6) haben, so daß ihre Luftstrahlen in einer der Höhe des Spaltes (10) angenäherten Höhe in den Spalt (10) strömen.
- Backofengerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mittleren Auslaßöffnungen (8) eine Höhe haben, welche der Höhe des Spaltes angenähert ist.
- Backofengerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß links und/oder rechts neben einer Serie von mittleren Öffnungen (8) mehr als eine äußere Auslaßöffnung (4, 6) in Spaltlängsrichtung nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
- Backofengerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Auslassöffnungen (4, 6) mit gleichem Abstand von dem Gerätevorsprung (18) wie von dem oberen Türrand (12) angeordnet sind.
- Backofengerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußeren Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6) vom oberen und unteren Spaltende (12, 16) je mindestens 0,5 mm, vorzugsweise je mindestens 0,7 mm Abstand haben.
- Backofengerät, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6, 8) einen in Richtung von der Vorderseite zur Rückseite der Frontplatte (2) abgebogenen Umfangsrandbereich (50) haben, der mindestens 0,1 mm, maximal 0,7 mm, über die Rückseite der Frontplatte vorsteht.
- Backofengerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der abgebogene Umfangsrandbereich (50) mindestens 0,3 mm, maximal 0,5 mm, über die Rückseite der Frontplatte (2) vorsteht.
- Backofengerät nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randfläche (54) des Umfangsrandbereiches (50) einen trichterartigen Endabschnitt der Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6, 8) bildet.
- Backofengerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randfläche (54) unter einem Winkel von mindestens 45° und maximal 75° zur Mittelachse der Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6, 8) sich erstreckt.
- Backofengerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randfläche (54) unter einem Winkel von mindestens 55° und maximal 65° sich zur Mittelachse der Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6, 8) erstreckt.
- Backofengerät nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfangsrandbereich (50) auf einen Winkel von mindestens 15° und maximal 45° zur Mittelachse der Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6, 8) von der Vorderseite der Frontplatte (2) nach hinten abgebogen ist und einen trichterartigen Endabschnitt der Auslaßöffnungen bildet.
- Backofengerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfangsrandbereich (50) unter einem Winkel von mindestens 25° und maximal 35° zur Mittelachse der Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6, 8) von der Vorderseite der Frontplatte (2) nach hinten abgebogen ist.
- Backofengerät nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbiegung des Umfangsrandbereiches (50) mindestens auf der Vorderseite der Frontplatte (2) bogenförmig verläuft.
- Backofengerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslaßöffnungen (4, 6, 8) Schlitze sind, welche sich in Gerätequerrichtung erstrecken.
