Claims (9)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder (10), insbesondere für Näherungsschalter, mit einer drehbar auf einem Kontaktträger (13) gelagerten Überwurfmutter (15) zur Verschraubung mit einem Steckergegenstück, wobei der Überwurfmutter (15) und dem Kontaktträger (13) eine im wesentlichen rastschlüssig wirkende Sicherungseinrichtung zur rüttelsicheren Festlegung aneinander zugeordnet ist und die Sicherungseinrichtung je wenigstens einen radialen Vorsprung (22) am Umfang des Kontaktträgers (13) und einen korrespondierenden radialen Vorsprung (24) an der Überwurfmutter umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen diesen radialen Vorsprüngen (22, 24) ein Spalt ausgebildet ist, der von einem gummielastischen Ring (20) ausgekleidet ist, dessen Strangdurchmesser (26) im entspannten Zustand größer ist als die Spaltweite (S1) des Spaltes.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spaltweite (S2) des Ringspalts zwischen vorsprungsfreien Umfangsabschnitten der Überwurfmutter und den Vorsprüngen (22) des Kontaktträgers im wesentlichen etwa dem Strangdurchmesser (26) des gummielastischen Rings (20) im entspannten Zustand entspricht.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gummielastische Ring ein O-Ring (20) ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gummielastische Ring (20) in einer Umfangsnut (19) des Kontaktträgers (13) aufgenommen ist, die den wenigstens einen radialen Vorsprung (22) beinhaltet.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine Mehrzahl von über einen Außenumfang des Kontaktträgers (13) und einen Innenumfang der Überwurfmutter (15) regelmäßig verteilt angeordneten Vorsprüngen (22; 24).
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Vorsprünge (24) am Innenumfang der Überwurfmutter (15) größer ist als die Anzahl der Vorsprünge (22) am Kontaktträger (13).
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Vorsprünge (24) am Innenumfang der Überwurfmutter (15) mindestens doppelt so groß ist wie die Anzahl der Vorsprünge (22) am Kontaktträger (13).
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - in Ansicht auf den Querschnitt des Kontaktträgers (13) - die Nut (19) die Form eines vorzugsweise regelmäßigen Vielecks aufweist, dessen Ecken (23) die radialen Vorsprünge (22) ausbilden.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vieleck ein Quadrat ist.
