Abstract

L'invention concerne un concasseur à marteaux articulés dont au moins un rotor (1) est formé par au moins un disque de frappe (2) sur le pourtour duquel sont répartis de manière uniforme des marteaux (3). Chaque marteau (3) peut tourner librement autour d'un boulon de retenue (4) dans une chambre d'oscillation (5). A cet effet, il est prévu sur chaque disque de frappe (2) dans chaque cas cinq marteaux (3); la différence retenue entre le diamètre (DR) du rotor (1) et le diamètre (DS) des disques de frappe (2) et par conséquent l'extrémité en porte-à-faux (HU) du marteau est la plus grande possible; les chambres d'oscillation (5) prévues pour les marteaux (3) présentent un écart aussi réduit que possible entre elles.
