Abstract

Die Erfindung schlägt vor, einen Sessel (10) mit einer um eine näherungsweise vertikale Schwenkachse (20) aus einer unter einer Sitzfläche (14) des Sessels (10) befindlichen Grundstellung in eine die Sitzfläche (14) nach vorn verlängernde Gebrauchsstellung schwenkbare Fußauflage (18) und mit einem Getriebe (26) zu einem bequemen, fernbetätigten Verschwenken der Fußauflage (18) mittels eines seitlich der Sitzfläche angeordneten Handhebels (24) auszubilden.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Sitzmöbel, insbesondere einen Stuhl, mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
Es sind derartige Sitzmöbel insbesondere als Sessel bekannt, die eine Fußauflage aufweisen, die aus einer Grundstellung in eine Gebrauchsstellung und umgekehrt schwenkbar sind. Dabei ist die Schwenkachse üblicherweise horizontal. In der Grundstellung befindet sich die Fußauflage beispielsweise unterhalb eines Sitzes des Sitzmöbels. In der Gebrauchsstellung befindet sich die Fußauflage im Bereich vor dem Sitz des Sitzmöbels, so dass Füße bzw.
Unterschenkel einer auf dem Sitzmöbel sitzenden Person bequem auf die Fußauflage gelegt werden können.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Sitzmöbel der vorstehend geschilderten Art vorzuschlagen, dessen Fußauflage bequem verschwenkbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Die Fußauflage des erfindungsgemäßen Sitzmöbels ist um eine näherungsweise horizontale Schwenkachse schwenkbar. Dies hat zunächst den Vorteil, dass ein Sitz des Sitzmöbels niedriger angeordnet sein kann als die Fußauflage lang ist, ohne dass die Fußauflage beim Schwenken gegen den Boden stößt. Weiterer Vorteil der näherungsweise horizontalen Schwenkachse ist, dass die Fußauflage nicht gegen Verschwenken verriegelt oder sonstiger Weise gesichert werden muss, da sie aufgrund der näherungsweise horizontalen Schwenkachse, auch bei Belastung, nicht selbsttätig verschwenkt, wie dies bei einer horizontalen Schwenkachse der Fall wäre.
Des weiteren weist das erfindungsgemäße Sitzmöbel ein Getriebe zum fernbetätigten Verschwenken der Fußauflage auf. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass ein Antrieb, mit dem die Fußauflage über das Getriebe verschwenkbar ist, an einer geeigneten und günstigen Stelle des Sitzmöbels angeordnet werden kann.
Bei einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist das Sitzmöbel ein mechanisches Getriebe auf, das insbesondere als Zugmittelgetriebe, beispielsweise als Ketten- oder Riemengetriebe ausgebildet ist.
In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist das Sitzmöbel einen Handantrieb beispielsweise mittels eines Handhebels auf. Mit dem Handantrieb lässt sich über das Getriebe die Fußauflage des Sitzmöbels fernbetätigt verschwenken. Der Handhebel kann beispielsweise an einer Seite des Sitzes des Sitzmöbels angeordnet sein, also so, dass er bequem von einer auf dem Sitzmöbel sitzenden Person ergriffen und bewegt werden kann. Bei dieser Ausgestaltung der Erfindung hat das Getriebe zum fernbetätigten Verschwenken der Fußauflage den Vorteil, dass der Handantrieb an einer Stelle des Sitzmöbels angeordnet werden kann, an der er von einer auf dem Sitzmöbel sitzenden Person bequem erreich- und betätigbar ist.
Bei einer anderen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist ein elektrischer Antrieb insbesondere mit einem Elektromotor zum Verschwenken der Fußauflage über das Getriebe vorgesehen. Hier hat das Getriebe insbesondere den Vorteil, dass der Elektromotor an einer Stelle des Sitzmöbels, beispielsweise an der Unterseite seines Sitzes, angeordnet werden kann, an der er günstig an- und unterbringbar ist, also beispielsweise an einer Stelle, an der ausreichend Platz zur Unterbringung vorhanden ist. Zudem lässt sich der elektrische Antrieb so platzieren, dass er nicht sichtbar ist und dadurch den optischen und ästhetischen Eindruck des Sitzmöbels nicht beeinträchtigt.
Insbesondere für den Handantrieb weist das Getriebe bei einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung eine Übersetzung von 1:1 oder näherungsweise 1:1 auf. Das Getriebe überträgt eine Schwenkbewegung also ohne oder mit geringer Über- oder Untersetzung. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass beim Schwenken beispielsweise eines Handhebels des Handantriebs um 180° auch die Fußauflage um einen Winkel von 180° aus der Grundstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung und umgekehrt verschwenkt. Zum Verschwenken der Fußauflage braucht dadurch nicht gekurbelt zu werden und die Stellung beispielsweise des Handhebels ist eindeutig einer Stellung der Fußauflage zugeordnet.
In bevorzugter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist das Getriebe, jedenfalls für den Handantrieb, ein Winkelgetriebe auf. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass trotz der näherungsweise vertikalen Schwenkachse der Fußauflage der Handantrieb, also beispielsweise ein Handhebel, eine horizontale Schwenkachse aufweisen kann, was für die Betätigung des Handantriebs vorteilhaft ist.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die Figuren sind als schematisierte und vereinfachte Darstellungen anzusehen.
Das in Figur 1 dargestellte, erfindungsgemäße Sitzmöbel ist als Sessel 10 ausgebildet. Es weist ein Fußgestell 12, auf dem ein Sitz 14 und eine Rückenlehne 16 angebracht sind, auf. Unterhalb des Sitzes 14 ist eine Fußauflage 18 angeordnet, die aus einer unterhalb des Sitzes 14 befindlichen Grundstellung in eine vom Sitz 14 nach vorn stehende Gebrauchsstellung schwenkbar ist. Die Grundstellung des Fußteils 18 ist in Figur 1 mit durchgezogenen Linien dargestellt, die Gebrauchsstellung ist mit Strichlinien angedeutet. Die Fußauflage 18 ist um eine näherungsweise vertikale Schwenkachse 20 schwenkbar, die sich nahe eines vorderen Randes 22 des Sitzes 14 befindet. Ein Schwenkwinkel der Fußauflage 18 aus der Grund- in die Gebrauchsstellung und umgekehrt ist 180°.
Das Verschwenken der Fußauflage 18 aus der Grund- in die Gebrauchsstellung und umgekehrt ist fernbetätigt mittels eines Handhebels 24 möglich, der an einer Seite und im hinteren Bereich Sitzes 14 angeordnet ist. Die Verschwenkung der Fußauflage 18 erfolgt über ein Getriebe 26, das an einer Unterseite des Sitzes 14 angebracht ist und das in einer Darstellung von unten in Figur 2 dargestellt ist.
Das Getriebe 26 ist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung als Zugmittelgetriebe in Form eines Zahnriemengetriebes ausgebildet. Das Getriebe 26 weist eine Grundplatte 28 auf, die sich bei am Stuhl 10 montiertem Getriebe 26 an einer Oberseite des Getriebes 26 befindet und mit einer Unterseite des Sitzes 14 des Sessels 10 verschraubt ist. Die Grundplatte 28 weist eine längliche Form mit konkav geschwungenen Längsseitenrändern auf. An einem Ende der Grundplatte 28 ist die Fußauflage 18 mit zwei Kugellagern 30 (vgl. Figur 1) schwenkbar gelagert. Die Schwenklagerung 30 der Fußlage 18 befindet sich nahe dem vorderen Rand 22 des Sitzes 14 des Sessels 10. Die beide Kugellager 30 halten eine Traverse 32 schwenkbar an der Grundplatte 28, wobei mit der Traverses 32 ein Rahmen 34 der Fußauflage 18 verschweißt ist, der beispielsweise mit einer Polsterung und einem Textil- oder Lederüberzug der Fußauflage 18 überzogen ist.
Mit der Traverse 32 des Fußteils 18 ist ein Zahnrad 36 drehfest verbunden, um das ein Zahnriemen 38 des Getriebes 26 umläuft. An einem anderen Ende der Grundplatte 28 ist ein weiteres Zahnrad 40 drehbar gelagert, um das der Zahnriemen 38 ebenfalls umläuft. Die beiden Zahnräder 36, 40 des Getriebes 26 weisen gleiche Zähnezahlen auf, so dass über das Zahnriemengetriebe 26 keine Über- oder Untersetzung, sondern eine Übersetzung 1:1 stattfindet.
Zum Verschwenken der Fußauflage 18 ist ein Handantrieb mittels des Handhebels 24 vorgesehen. Der Handhebel 24 ist schwenkbar in zwei Lagerböcken 42 gelagert, die mit der Grundplatte 28 des Getriebes 26 verschraubt sind. Da der Handhebel 24 um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar und das andere Zahnrad 40 des Zahnriemengetriebes 26 um eine zur Schwenkachse des Handhebels 24 senkrechte Schwenkachse schwenkbar ist weist das Getriebe 26 ein 90°-Winkelgetriebe auf. Das Winkelgetriebe ist als Kegelradgetriebe mit zwei miteinander kämmenden Kegelrädern 44, 46 ausgebildet. Das eine Kegelrad 44 ist drehfest auf einer mit dem Handhebel 24 einstückigen Welle 48 angebracht. Das andere Kegelrad 46 ist drehfest mit dem anderen Zahnrad 40 des Zahnriemengetriebes 26 verbunden. Die beiden Kegelräder 44, 46 des Kegelradgetriebes weisen gleiche Zähnezahlen auf, sc dass auch hier keine Über- oder Untersetzung, sondern eine Übersetzung 1:1 erfolgt. Dies bedeutet, durch Verschwenken des Handhebels 24 um 180° aus der in Figur 1 mit durchgezogenen Linien dargestellten, nach hinten gerichteter Stellung in die in Figur 1 mit Strichlinien angedeutete, nach vorn gerichtete Stellung wird über das Kegelradgetriebe 44, 46 und das Zahnriemengetriebe 36 38, 40 die Fußauflage 18 um 180° aus der Grundstellung in die Gebrauchsstellung verschwenkt. Die Verschwenkung erfolgt fernbetätigt mittels des im hinteren Bereich an der Seite des Sitzes 14 angeordneten Handhebels 24 über das Kegelradgetriebe 44, 46 und das Zahnriemengetriebe 36, 38, 40.

Claims (9)

  1. Sitzmöbel, insbesondere Stuhl, mit einer aus einer Grundstellung in eine Gebrauchsstellung und umgekehrt schwenkbaren Fußauflage, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fußauflage (18) um eine näherungsweise vertikale Schwenkachse (20) schwenkbar ist, und dass das Sitzmöbel (10) ein Getriebe (26) zum fernbetätigten Verschwenken der Fußauflage (18) aufweist.
  2. Sitzmöbel, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzmöbel (10) ein mechanisches Getriebe (26) aufweist.
  3. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzmöbel (10) ein Zugmittelgetriebe (26) aufweist.
  4. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zugmittelgetriebe (26) als Ketten- oder Riemengetriebe (26) ausgebildet ist.
  5. Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzmöbel (10) einen Handantrieb (24) zum fernbetätigten Verschwenken der Fußauflage (18) über das Getriebe (26) aufweist.
  6. Sitzmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sitzmöbel (10) einen elektrischen Antrieb zum fernbetätigten Verschwenken der Fußauflage (18) über das Getriebe (26) aufweist.
  7. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (24) im Bereich eines Sitzes (14) des Sitzmöbels (10) angeordnet ist.
  8. Sitzmöbel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe (26) eine Übersetzung von 1:1 oder näherungsweise 1:1 aufweist.
  9. Sitzmöbel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Getriebe (26) ein Winkelgetriebe (44, 46) aufweist.
