Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Bahnspannungsregelung für eine durch ein Vorzugswalzenpaar (2) und ein Abzugswalzenpaar (3) fortlaufend bewegte Kunststoffolienbahn (1) im Zuge der Herstellung von eine Perforationsschweißnaht aufweisenden Beuteln, insbesondere Beutelrollen, mit wenigstens einem Perforationsschweißwerkzeug (5) und einem eine Bahnspannungsregelungseinrichtung aufweisenden Traggestell (6) mit auf der einen Seite der Kunststoffolienbahn (1) angeordneten Führungswalzen (7) und mit einem auf der anderen Seite der Kunststoffolienbahn (1) angeordneten Istwertfühler in Form eines Blasrohres (9), das mit einer Druckluftquelle in Verbindung steht und wenigstens auf der der Kunststoffolienbahn (1) zugewandten Seite wenigstens eine Luftaustrittsöffnung (12) aufweist sowie mit einem Meßwertgeber (14) zusammenwirkt, der mit einem Antrieb des Vorzugswalzenpaars (2) und/oder vorzugsweise des Abzugwalzenpaars (3) in Verbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blasrohr (9) an seiner der Kunststoffolienbahn (1) zugewandten, die Luftaustrittsöffnung (12) aufweisenden Seite eine im wesentlichen parallel zur Kunststoffolienbahn (1) verlaufende Wandfläche (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandfläche (11) Teil eines unterhalb der Kunststoffolienbahn (1) angeordneten, wenigstens sich über deren Breite erstreckenden Mehrkantrohres, vorzugsweise eines Vierkantrohres (9) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blasrohr (9) in seiner der Kunststoffolienbahn (1) zugewandten Wandfläche (11) als Luftaustrittsöffnung einen sich im wesentlichen über die gesamte Länge des Vierkantrohres (9) erstreckenden Längsschlitz (12) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenseite der Wandfläche (11) und der dieser zugewandte Scheitelpunkt der Umfangsflächen der Führungswalzen (7, 8) im wesentlichen in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandfläche (11) des Vierkantrohres (9) in Bahnlaufrichtung der Kunststoffolienbahn gesehen eine Breite aufweist, die etwas kleiner als der Abstand zwischen dem Außenumfang der beiden auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Kunststoffolienbahn (1) gelegenen Führungswalzen (7, 8) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite des Längsschlitzes (12) etwa 1/5 der Breite der Luftaustritts-Wandfläche (11) des Vierkantrohres (9) beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein nicht benötigter Teilbereich des Längsschlitzes (12) durch wenigstens ein Abdeckelement (17) verschließbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Abdeckelemente von einem Magnetstreifen (17) gebildet ist bzw. sind.
