- la figure 1 est une vue partielle en élévation d'une machine équipée d'un dispositif d'alimentation selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue partielle de la figure 1 montrant en coupe le chariot portant le doigt ;
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle de dessous par rapport à la figure 1 montrant la bielle d'entraínement du chariot ;
- la figure 4 est une vue partielle selon la flèche IV de la figure 1;
- les figures 5 à 10 sont des vues analogues à la figure 4 montrant les différentes étapes de fonctionnement du dispositif d'alimentation.
Claims (13)
- Dispositif d'alimentation pour alimenter en objets des porte-objets d'une machine à traiter les objets, notamment une machine d'impression, ledit dispositif comportant un doigt (11) animé d'un mouvement de va-et-vient et destiné à pousser directement chaque objet (10) vers un porte-objet pour mise en place de l'objet (10) sur ledit porte-objet, caractérisé par le fait que ledit doigt (11) est porté par un chariot (12) monté coulissant sur un châssis (13) et animé dudit mouvement de va-et-vient, lequel doigt (11) est monté à rotation sur ledit chariot (12) en sorte qu'il peut occuper au moins deux positions, une position dite opérationnelle dans laquelle il est susceptible en étant déplacé de pousser un objet (10), et une position dite escamotée dans laquelle il est susceptible en étant déplacé d'éviter un objet (10).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit doigt (11) est également soumis à l'action d'un moyen élastique (14) qui le sollicite vers sa position escamotée, un moyen de verrouillage (15) étant prévu pour maintenir temporairement le doigt (11) dans sa position opérationnelle contre l'action du moyen élastique (14).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le doigt (11) est solidaire d'un arbre (16) monté à rotation sur le chariot (12), le moyen élastique (14) étant un ressort spirale enroulé autour dudit arbre (16).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen de verrouillage (15) est un tiroir monté coulissant selon une direction orthogonale à l'axe de rotation du doigt (11).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que, dans la position du tiroir (15) pour laquelle l'arbre (16) est verrouillé par rapport au chariot (12), la surface externe du tiroir (15) coopère avec un méplat (17) ménagé sur l'arbre (16).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le tiroir (15) présente à sa périphérie une gorge (18) qui, dans sa position de déverrouillage de l'arbre (16), est au droit dudit méplat (17).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que, dans son mouvement de va-et-vient, le chariot (12) se déplace entre deux butées (21,22) portées par le châssis (13).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon les revendications 6 et 7 prises conjointement, caractérisé par le fait que le tiroir (15) est adapté à coopérer avec chacune des deux butées (21,22), l'une (22) dans sa position de verrouillage, l'autre (21) dans sa position de déverrouillage, le chariot (12) étant, dans chacune de ces positions, au droit desdites butées (21,22).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que le doigt (11) présente une rampe (19) de mise en position opérationnelle adaptée à coopérer avec un galet (20) fixe porté par le châssis (13).
- Machine, notamment d'impression, comportant des porte-objets et un dispositif d'alimentation pour alimenter les porte-objets en objets, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif d'alimentation est selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9.
- Machine selon la revendication 10, caractérisée par le fait que les objets sont portés par une table inclinée (23).
- Machine selon la revendication 11, caractérisée par le fait que les objets (10) sont retenus par un rebord (24) de la table (23), lequel rebord (24) s'étend parallèlement à l'axe de rotation du doigt (11).
- Machine selon la revendication 12, caractérisée par le fait que ledit doigt (11) a une forme générale en C et enjambe ledit rebord (24).
