Abstract
Description
- une première tarière comprenant une première âme de diamètre d1 terminée par une pointe dont le diamètre extérieur n'est pas supérieur à celui de l'âme, et au moins une pale en forme d'hélice s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la longueur de l'âme, le diamètre extérieur de la pale étant égal à d2 ;
- une deuxième tarière comprenant une deuxième âme creuse de diamètre interne d3 > d2 dans laquelle est montée libre en translation ladite première tarière, et au moins une pale en forme d'hélice s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la longueur de ladite deuxième âme, et de diamètre externe d4 ;
- une première tête de forage pour la mise en rotation de ladite première tarière et pour appliquer une force verticale à ladite tarière ;
- des premiers moyens pour commander la vitesse de rotation, le couple et la force verticale appliqués à ladite première tarière ;
- des premiers moyens pour mesurer la vitesse effective d'enfoncement de ladite première tarière ;
- une deuxième tête de forage indépendante de la première tête pour la mise en rotation de ladite deuxième tarière et pour appliquer une force verticale à ladite tarière ;
- des deuxièmes moyens pour commander la vitesse de rotation, le couple et la force verticale appliqués à ladite deuxième tarière ; et
- des deuxièmes moyens pour mesurer la vitesse effective d'enfoncement de la deuxième tarière.

Claims (7)
- Appareil d'excavation pour la réalisation de pieux moulés caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :une première tarière comprenant une première âme de diamètre d1 terminée par une pointe dont le diamètre extérieur n'est pas supérieur à celui de l'âme, et au moins une pale en forme d'hélice s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la longueur de l'âme, le diamètre extérieur de la pale étant égal à d2;une deuxième tarière comprenant une deuxième âme creuse de diamètre interne d3 > d2 dans laquelle est montée libre en translation ladite première tarière, et au moins une pale en forme d'hélice s'étendant sensiblement sur toute la longueur de ladite deuxième âme, et de diamètre externe d4 ;une première tête de forage pour la mise en rotation de ladite première tarière et pour appliquer une force verticale à ladite tarière ; couple et la force verticale appliquée à ladite première tarière ;des premiers moyens pour commander la vitesse de rotation, le couple et la force verticale appliqués à ladite première tarière ;des premiers moyens pour mesurer la vitesse effective d'enfoncement de ladite première tarière ;une deuxième tête de forage indépendante de la première tête pour la mise en rotation de ladite deuxième tarière et pour appliquer une force verticale à ladite tarière ;des deuxièmes moyens pour commander la vitesse de rotation, le couple et la force verticale appliqués à ladite deuxième tarière ; etdes deuxièmes moyens pour mesurer la vitesse effective d'enfoncement de la deuxième tarière.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre d1 de l'âme de la première tarière est tel que 0,5 d2 < d1 < 0,75 d2.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre d3 de l'âme de la deuxième tarière est tel que 0,5 d4 < d3 < 0,75d4.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un ensemble de commande pour commander séparément les moyens de commande des deux têtes de forage pour que chacune des deux tarières fonctionne séparément en refoulement ou en forage ou soit arrêtée.
- Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble de commande comprend des moyens pour commander simultanément la rotation simultanée des deux tarières de telle manière qu'on obtienne un taux de refoulement du sol correspondant au diamètre de l'âme creuse de ladite deuxième tarière.
- Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de commande comprend des moyens pour commander la rotation simultanée des deux tarières pour les faire fonctionner en forage.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite première tarière est équipée d'un tube plongeur pour permettre l'introduction, dans l'excavation, du matériau servant à réaliser ledit pieu.
