Abstract

Das Kontaktstück (1) besitzt einen Anschlussbereich (11) für einen elektrischen Leiter und einen Kontaktbereich (12) für einen zylindrischen Kontaktstift (3) der Steckverbindung. Sein Kontaktbereich (12) ist als ein käfigartiges, in Umfangsrichtung permanent tordiertes Buchsenteil (23) mit einer Mehrzahl von hyperbolisch verformten, untereinander beabstandeten Lamellen (26) ausgebildet. Das Kontaktstück (1) besteht aus zwei Bauteilen, aus einem Kontaktelement (2) und einer über dessen Kontaktbereich (12) geschobenen Schutzhülse (4).Das Kontaktelement (2) ist ein Stanz- und Biegeteil, das einteilig sowohl den Anschlußbereich (11) als auch den Kontaktbereich (12) umfasst, auf den die Schutzhülse (4) mit Festsitz am Innenrand und ausreichendem Spiel in der übrigen Länge aufgeschoben ist. Unterschiedliche Materialauswahl beider Bauteile ist durch ihre individuelle Funktion bestimmt. Der einfache Aufbau des Kontaktstückes (1) ist für eine vollautomatische Herstellung optimiert.
