Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pressanordnung mit zumindest einem von zwei Presswalzen (11,12) gebildeten Preßspalt zur Entwässerung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue-oder anderen Faserstoffbahn (1), durch den neben der Faserstoffbahn (1) beidseitig je ein Entwässerungsband (2,3) zur Aufnahme des ausgepressten Wassers geführt wird, wobei die Faserstoffbahn (1) nach dem Preßspalt in einer gemeinsamen Führungsstrecke (4) von beiden Entwässerungsbändern (2,3) geführt wird, das unterhalb der Faserstoffbahn (1) verlaufende untere, luftdurchlässige Entwässerungsband (3) zusammen mit der Faserstoffbahn (1) am Ende der Führungsstrecke (4) eine besaugte Trennwalze (5) umschlingt, das oberhalb der Faserstoffbahn (1) angeordnete, obere Entwässerungsband (2) im Bereich der Trennwalze (5) in einer Trennstrecke (6) von der Faserstoffbahn (1) weggeführt und die Faserstoffbahn (1) anschließend von einem Abnahmeband (7) übernommen wird.
Dabei soll eine verbesserte Führung der Faserstoffbahn (1) dadurch erreicht werden, daß die sich an die Trennstrecke (6) anschließende Umschlingung der Trennwalze (5) durch das untere Entwässerungsband (3) sowie die Faserstoffbahn (1) mit einem Umschlingungswinkel (8) von mindestens 30 ° erfolgt.
