Claims (16)
- Anschlusseinrichtung für einen Heizkörper, insbesondere mit im Abstand zueinander parallel verlaufenden Sammelrohren und sich dazwischen erstreckenden Heizröhren oder Flachheizkörper, an einen Vor- und Rücklauf von bzw. zu einer Heizanlage, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:den Sammelrohren des Heizkörpers zuordenbaren oder zugeordneten Anschlussabschnitten (12), die an den Sammelrohren vorsehbar bzw. vorgesehen sind;einem Verbindungsabschnitt (10; 10') der sich zwischen den Anschlussabschnitten (12) bzw. den Sammelrohren erstreckt, und der an den Anschlussabschnitten bzw. den Sammelrohren festlegbar ist, wobeisich von dem Verbindungsabschnitt Anschlussleitungen (14a, 14b) erstrecken, die an den Vor- und den Rücklauf der Heizanlage anschließbar sind.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsabschnitt (10; 10') einen Toleranzausgleichsabschnitt (16a, 16b; 16a', 16b') aufweist, der zwischen einem Anschlussabschnitt bzw. einem Sammelrohr und dem Verbindungsabschnitt (10; 10') einsetzbar ist.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsabschnitt (10 ; 10') und/oder ein Anschlussabschnitt (12) eine Aufnahme (22) für ein Ventil oder dgl. aufweist.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ventilaufnahme (22) im Verlauf des Verbindungsabschnitts vorgesehen ist, wobei ein Leitungsabschnitt (20) aus der axialen Haupterstreckungsrichtung des Verbindungsabschnitts (10; 10') herausläuft und die Ventilaufnahme (22) quer zur Haupterstreckungsrichtung des Verbindungsabschnitts (10; 10') verläuft, wobei die Ventilaufnahme (22) den Leitungsabschnitt (20) mit dem Verbindungsabschnitt (10; 10') an dessen dem herauslaufenden Ende des Leitungsabschnitts (20) gegenüberliegenden Ende strömungsmäßig verbindet.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsabschnitt (20) im Bereich der Einmündung der Anschlussleitungen (14a, 14b) an die Heizanlage in Axialrichtung unterteilt ist, etwa durch eine Zwischenwandung (32).
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach Anspruche 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterteilung (33) auf der der Aufnahme zugeordneten Seite vor dieser jenseits der Einmündungen der Anschlussleitungen (14a, 14b) endet.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und/oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterteilung (33) auf der der Aufnahme zugewandten Seite vor dem Toleranzausgleichsabschnitt (16a, 16b; 16a', 16b') aber jenseits der Einmündungen der Anschlussleitungen (14a, 14b) endet, beispielsweise zugeschweißt ist, zugeklebt ist, mit einem Stopfen verschlossen ist oder sonst wie abgedichtet ist.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Einmündungen der Anschlussleitungen (14a, 14b) ein Trennabschnitt einsetzbar ist, um eine Zwangsströmungsführung einzurichten.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Einmündungen der Anschlussleitungen (14a, 14b) von dem Verbindungsabschnitt (10) ausgehend zwei Öffnungen (28a, 28b, 30a, 30b) zugeordnet sind.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und/oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Öffnungen der Einmündungen (14a, 14b) für sich oder mittels des Trennabschnitts verschließbar ausgebildet ist.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 und/oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Öffnungen (28a, 28b, 30a, 30b) mittels einer Schraube bzw. einem Bolzen oder dgl. verschließbar ist, die bevorzugt über die Anbindungsabschnitte der Anschlussleitungen (14a, 14b) zugänglich sind.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beiderseits des Verbindungsabschnitts (10) Adaptionsleitungsabschnitte (16, 18) festlegbar sind, wobei einer hiervon bevorzugt den Toleranzausgleichsabschnitt (16a, 16b; 16a', 16b') zugeordnet ist.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils eine Toleranzausgleichseinrichtung (16a) auf beiden Seiten des Verbindungsabschnittes (10') vorgesehen ist.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die jeweiligen Toleranzausgleichseinrichtungen (16a) jeweils an den Verbindungsabschnitt (10') oder den zugeordneten Anschlussabschnitt angesetzt sind.
- Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beidseits des Verbindungsabschnitts Adaptionsleitungsabschnitte (16', 18') vorgesehen sind.
- Heizkörper mit zwei Sammelrohren, die parallel beabstandet zueinander verlaufen, und mit zwischen den Sammelrohren erstreckten und an diese strömungsmäßig angeschlossenen Heizrohren, wobei die Sammelrohre jeweils entweder einen Vor- oder einen Rücklaufanschluss aufweisen, oder Flachheizkörper mit wenigsten einem Heizleitungsregister mit Sammelleitungen, gekennzeichnet, durch eine Anschlusseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12.
