Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Verwendung beim Verbinden einer Tischplatte mit einem Tischbein, die einen bei der Verwendung an einer Tischplatte befestigten Adapter aufweist, an dem ein Stumpf ausgebildet ist, der bei der Verwendung wiederum an das Tischbein auf dessen der Tischplatte zugewandten Seite ragt.
Eine Vorrichtung der genannten Art ist aus GB-A-2 219 060 bekannt. Bei der bekannten Vorrichtung wird der Stumpf des Adapters anhand einer relativen Drehbewegung mit einem am Tischbein anbringbaren, eine entsprechende zylindrische Ausnehmung aufweisenden Verbindungselement verbunden, die mittels Nockenwirkung eine gegenseitige Verklemmung hervorruft. Im Gegensatz hierzu sieht die CH-A-633 433 zwar eine ähnliche Verbindung vor, bei der der Adapter eine konusförmige Ausnehmung aufweist, die ein entsprechend konusförmiges Ende eines Profilstabes aufnimmt; jedoch erfolgt die erforderliche gegenseitige Verklemmung in diesem Fall durch "Hineindrehen" des Profilstabes.
Dies hat zur Folge, dass die Fertigungstoleranzen des konusförmigen Endabschnittes am Profilstab für die erforderliche Verklemmung mitbestimmend bleiben, sowohl für die Stabilität der Verbindung selbst als auch für die davon abhängende Länge des montierten Tischbeins, die die angestrebte Höhe der Tischplatte über den Boden bestimmt.
Somit ergibt sich die objektive Aufgabe, eine Vorrichtung zum Verbinden einer Tischplatte mit einem Tischbein derart bereitzustellen, dass sie modular aufgebaut und deswegen an jedem beliebigen Tisch einsetzbar ist. Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass der Stumpf konusförmig ausgebildet ist und die Vorrichtung ferner eine bei der Verwendung an einem Tischbein angebrachte Hülse aufweist, wobei die Hülse auf dem Stumpf aufschiebbar ist, weshalb die Hülse als Hohlkegel ausgebildet und mit mindestens einem Schlitz versehen ist.
Mit den Merkmalen der Erfindung wird bewirkt, dass unabhängig von der Beschaffenheit, sowohl der Tischplatte als auch des Tischbeins, eine stabile Verbindung mittels eigens aufeinander abgestimmter Verbindungselemente gewährleistet ist, wodurch sowohl die Stabilität der lösbaren Verbindung erhöht als auch die entsprechenden Anforderungen an die zu verbindende Tischplatte bzw. an das zu verbindende Tischbein herabgesetzt werden können.
Die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung ist modular aufgebaut. Sie ist somit an jedem beliebigen Tisch einsetzbar. Dadurch ist unter anderem die Lagerhaltung wesentlich vereinfacht, da nur noch eine Verbindung von Tischbein und Tischplatte bevorratet werden muss. Die Kosten sind hierdurch deutlich reduziert. Desweiteren ist der Aufbau der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung einfach, so daß die Montage im Hinblick auf die bekannten Lösungen vereinfacht und folglich zeitsparender ist, was zu einer weiteren Kostenreduzierung führt. Durch die Ausgestaltung des Stumpfes nach Art eines Konus ist beim Einstecken des Stumpfes in das Tischbein eine geklemmte Befestigung hervorgerufen, die eine sichere Verbindung von Tischplatte und Tischbein ermöglicht. Die Hülse ist auf den Stumpf aufgeschoben. Beim Aufschieben der Hülse auf den Stumpf des Adapters wird die Hülse gespreizt, so daß sie sich fest gegen die Seitenwände des Tischbeins preßt.
In vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist an dem Adapter mindestens ein Halteelement vorgesehen. Hierdurch ist es möglich, an dem Tisch Zusatzelemente anzuordnen. Es können beispielsweise eine Tischleuchte, ein Regal, Sichtblenden, Tischverbinder oder ähnliches befestigt sein.
Weiterbildungen und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den übrigen Unteransprüchen angegeben. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird nachfolgend im einzelnen beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Das in der Zeichnung dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel weist eine Tischplatte 1 auf. An der dem Boden zugewandten Seite der Tischplatte 1 - Unterseite - ist ein Adapter 2 vorgesehen. Der Adapter 2 weist auf seiner der Tischplatte 1 abgewandten Seite eine geschlitzte Hülse 3 auf, die in ein Tischbein 4 einsteckbar ist.
Das Tischbein 4 nimmt an seinem dem Boden zugewandten Ende eine Gewindehülse 5 auf, in die ein Stellfuß 6 einschraubbar ist. Um den Stellfuß 6 herum ist in montiertem Zustand des Tisches eine Abdeck-Hülse 7 vorgesehen. An dem Adapter 2 sind Halteelemente 8 vorgesehen. Der Adapter 2 nimmt einen Tischrahmen 9 auf.
Die Tischplatte 1 kann aus beliebigem Material hergestellt sein. In der Regel handelt es sich um Holz- oder Kunststoffplatten. Auch die Form und Dicke der Tischplatte ist unabhängig von der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung zwischen Tischplatte und Tischbein frei wählbar.
Der Adapter 2 ist aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Es sind jedoch auch andere Materialien wie beispielsweise Gußmetall möglich. Er ist nicht massiv sondern auf seiner der Tischplatte 1 zugewandten Seite muldenförmig ausgebildet. In dieser Mulde ist er mit einer - nicht dargestellten - Verrippung versehen. Die nicht massive Ausbildung verringert einerseits die Materialkosten und verhindert andererseits Inhomogenitäten innerhalb des Materials des Adapters 2. Gleichzeitig ist die Stabilität aufgrund der Verrippung hoch.
Im Mittelpunkt des Adapters 2 ist ein Stumpf 21 angeordnet, der in montiertem Zustand rechtwinklig zur Tischplatte 1 positioniert ist. Der Stumpf 21 ist nach Art eines Konus ausgebildet. An seinem der Tischplatte 1 zugewandten Ende ist eine Anlagefläche 22 angeordnet, die auf ihrer der Tischplatte 1 zugewandten Seite vollständig eben ausgeführt ist. Auf ihrer dem Boden zugewandten Seite ist sie leicht schräg ausgeführt. In der Anlagefläche 22 sind Bohrungen 23 vorgesehen. Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind vier Bohrungen vorgesehen.
Die Anlagefläche 22 hat eine im wesentlichen quadratische Grundform, deren Mittelpunkt auf der Längsmittellinie des Stumpfes 21 liegt. Die leicht schräg ausgebildete Seite der Anlagefläche 22 ist im Abstand zu ihrem Umfang mit einem in der Draufsicht viertelkreisförmigen Absatz 24 versehen. Der Absatz 24 umschließt teilweise den Stumpf 21. Um den Stumpf 21 herum ist im Absatz 24 eine Nut 25 ausgebildet. An seinem dem Stumpf 21 abgewandten Ende sind in dem Absatz 24 Bohrungen 26 vorgesehen. Die Bohrungen 26 dienen zur Aufnahme von Schrauben, mit deren Hilfe der Adapter 2 an der Tischplatte 1 anschraubbar ist. Zur besseren Führung der Schrauben sind im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 2 auf der der Tischplatte 1 zugewandten Seite des Adapters zwei Zylinder 27 koaxial zu den Bohrungen 26 angeformt.
Rechtwinklig zur Längsmittellinie des Stumpfes 21 sind in dem Absatz 24 horizontale Aufnahmen 28 vorgesehen. Die Aufnahmen 28 weisen im Ausführungsbeispiel einen im wesentlichen quadratischen Querschnitt auf. Sie durchsetzen den Absatz 24 vollständig. Die Aufnahmen 28 dienen zur Befestigung der Halteelemente 8.
In montiertem Zustand des Adapters 2 ist auf den Stumpf 21 die geschlitzte Hülse 3 aufgeschoben. Die Hülse 3 ist als Hohlkegel ausgebildet. Der Hohlkegel korrespondiert mit dem Konus des Stumpfes 21. Im Ausführungsbeispiel besteht sie aus Kunststoff. An ihrem der Tischplatte 1 zugewandten Ende weist sie einen Flansch 31 auf. Sie ist weiterhin mit parallel zur Längsmittellinie angeordneten Schlitzen 32 versehen. Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind acht Schlitze in der Hülse 3 vorgesehen, von den vier von der der Tischplatte 1 zugewandten Seite her offen sind und die übrigen vier von der dem Boden zugewandten Seite her offen sind. Anders als im Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt ist es darüber hinaus möglich, anstelle mehrerer Schlitze nur einen einzigen sich über die ganze Höhe der Hülse 3 erstreckenden Schlitz 32 vorzusehen.
Das Tischbein 4 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel hohlzylindrisch nach Art eines Rohres ausgebildet. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist es aus Stahl hergestellt. Es ist jedoch auch jede andere Art von Metall oder Kunststoff verwendbar. In montiertem Zustand nimmt das Tischbein 4 auf seiner der Tischplatte 1 zugewandten Seite die Hülse 3 auf. Der Stumpf 21 des Adapters 2 ragt dann in das Tischbein 4 auf dessen der Tischplatte 1 zugewandten Seite, wodurch die Verbindung zwischen Tischplatte 1 und Tischbein 4 hergestellt ist.
Bei der Montage dient der Flansch 31 der Hülse 3 als Anschlag, so daß die Hülse 3 nicht in das Tischbein 4 hineinfällt. Die Hülse 3 ist mit leichtem Spiel in das Tischbein 4 eingesetzt. Auf der dem Boden zugewandten Seite ist in das Tischbein 4 eine Gewindehülse 5 eingesetzt. Die Gewindehülse 5 weist auf ihrer dem Boden zugewandten Seite einen Flansch 51 auf, der als Anschlag dient. Auf ihrer Außenseite ist die Gewindehülse 5 mit Rippen 52 versehen, die parallel zur Längsmittellinie der Hülse 5 angeordnet sind. Die Hülse 5 ist in dem Tischbein 4 geklemmt gehalten, so daß beim Anheben des Tischbeins mit eingesetzter Hülse 5 diese nicht herausfällt. Auf ihrer Innenseite weist die Hülse 5 in ihrem dem Flansch 51 abgewandten Bereich ein - nicht dargestelltes - Innengewinde auf. Das Innengewinde dient zur Verschraubung mit dem Stellfuß 6.
Auf dem Stellfuß 6 ist in seinem der Tischplatte 1 zugewandten Bereich ein Außengewinde 61 angeordnet. Das Außengewinde 61 korrespondiert in montiertem Zustand mit dem Innengewinde der Hülse 5. Im Anschluß an das Gewinde 61 ist außen an dem Fuß 6 ein zylindrischer Abschnitt 62 ausgebildet. Der Abschnitt 62 kann mit einer Markierung versehen sein, um eine gleichmäßige Einstellung mehrerer Tischbeine zu erzielen. An seinem dem Gewinde 61 abgewandten Ende ist an dem Fuß 6 eine Aufstellplatte 63 angeordnet, mit der der Tisch auf dem Boden aufsteht. Auf seiner dem Boden abgewandten Seite sind auf der Platte 63 Führungen 64 ausgebildet.
Zur Abdeckung des Stellfußes 6 ist um das Tischbein 4 eine Abdeckhülse 7 vorgesehen. Die Abdeckhülse 7 ist ebenfalls aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist sie in ihrem der Tischplatte 1 zugewandten Bereich mit Längsrippen 71 versehen. Im Anschluß an den mit Rippen 71 versehenen Bereich ist an der Hülse 7 ein Kegelstumpf 72 angeordnet. Der Kegelstumpf 72 ist auf seiner Innenseite mit - nicht dargestellten - Längsrippen versehen. In montiertem Zustand korrespondieren die Längsrippen mit den Führungen 64 des Stellfußes 6, wodurch einerseits die paßgenau Anlage der Hülse 7 auf dem Fuß 6 erzielt ist, andererseits kann durch Verdrehen der Hülse 7 eine Höhenverstellung des Tischfußes vorgenommen werden.
Die Halteelemente 8 sind an ihrem einen Ende mit einem Führungsstumpf 81 versehen. Im Ausführungsbeispiel hat der Führungsstumpf 81 einen quadratischen Querschnitt. Der Stumpf 81 ist in montiertem Zustand in die Aufnahme 28 des Adapters 2 eingeführt. Im Anschluß an den Stumpf 81 ist ein gebogener Korpus 82 an dem Element 8 vorgesehen. Der Korpus 82 endet rechtwinklig zur Längsmittellinie des Stumpfes 81. Er weist an seinem freien Ende senkrechte Bohrungen 83 auf. Die Bohrungen 83 dienen zur Aufnahme von Zusatzelementen an dem jeweiligen Tisch. So kann beispielsweise in die Bohrungen 83 der Fuß eines anzubringenden Regals eingesteckt sein; eine Tischteuchte kann eingesteckt sein, Sichtblenden oberhalb oder unterhalb der Tischplatte 1 montiert sein oder andere zur Anbringung an einem Tisch geeignete Bauteile vorgesehen sein. Um ein Verlieren oder Herausfallen der Halteelemente 8 zu verhindern, ist es möglich, in dem Adapter eine Klemmvorrichtung vorzusehen. Hierzu kann in einfacher Weise ein Gewinde im Bereich der Aufnahmen 28 rechtwinklig zur Längsmittellinie der Aufnahmen 28 vorgesehen sein. In dieses Gewinde ist dann ein Gewindestift 10 mit einem an seinem Ende versehenen Handrad 101 eingeschraubt sein, so daß das Halteelement 8 mit seinem Stumpf in der Aufnahme 28 geklemmt gehalten ist.
Der Tischrahmen 9 besteht im Ausführungsbeispiel aus Vierkant-Rohren 91, die von dem Adapter 2 aufgenommen sind - Figur 2 -. Die Vierkant-Rohre 91 liegen hierzu auf dem viertelkreisförmigen Absatz 24 auf. Die Länge der Rohre 91 ist in Abhängigkeit von den Abmessungen der Tischplatte 1 frei wählbar. Bei relativ geringen Abmessungen der Tischplatte 1 kann auf den Tischrahmen 9 verzichtet werden.

Vorrichtung zur Verwendung beim Verbinden einer Tischplatte (1) mit einem Tischbein (4), die einen bei der Verwendung an einer Tischplatte befestigen Adapter (2) aufweist, an dem ein Stumpf (21) ausgebildet ist, der bei der Verwendung wiederum in das Tischbein (4) auf dessen der Tischplatte (1) zugewandten Seite ragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stumpf (21) konusförmig ausgebildet ist und die Vorrichtung ferner eine bei der Verwendung an einem Tischbein (4) angebrachte Hülse (3) aufweist, wobei die Hülse (3) auf dem Stumpf (21) aufschiebbar ist, weshalb die Hülse (3) als Hohlkegel ausgebildet und mit mindestens einem Schlitz (32) versehen ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (3) einen Flansch (31) aufweist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Adapter (2) rechtwinklig zur Längsmittellinie des Stumpfes (21) mindestens eine Aufnahme (28) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (28) einen im wesentlichen quadratischen Querschnitt aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Adapter (2) mindestens ein Halteelement (8) für die Anbringung von Zusatzelementen des Tisches vorgesehen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (8) mittels eines Führungsstumpfes (81) in die Aufnahme (28) eingeführt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsstumpf (81) einen quadratischen Querschnitt hat.
