Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil et un procédé consistant à placer un ou plusieurs traceurs instrinsèquement ou extrinsèquement dans un article ou un produit (11). On détecte ces traceurs grâce à une analyse par fluorescence X (20, 21), d'où l'identification ou la vérification de l'article ou de son lieu de fabrication. On peut intégrer ces traceurs à l'article en cours de fabrication ou les placer dans un revêtement, une étiquette ou tout autre élément ajouté à cet article, de façon à vérifier ultérieurement la présence ou l'absence desdits traceurs par fluorescence X. On détermine ainsi la composition élémentaire unique du traceur à l'intérieur de cet article.
