Claims (10)
- Werkzeughalter mit einer Werkzeugjustierung, bei welchem wenigstens zwei Werkzeuge in jeweils einer Werkzeughalterung (1) an einem Schlitten (3) gehalten werden, wobei die Werkzeugjustierung je Werkzeug einen justierbaren Keil (7), ein Keilhinterlager (12), eine Keilführung (13) sowie eine Werkzeuganlage (11) umfasst und derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein Justieren des Keils (7) eine Verlagerung der Werkzeuganlage (11) in eine Justierrichtung bewirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der beiden Werkzeughalterungen (1) gemeinsam mit dem zugehörigen Keil (7) jeweils separat als eine bauliche Einheit von dem Schlitten (3) abnehmbar ist.
- Werkzeughalter mit einer Werkzeugjustierung, bei welchem ein Werkzeug, vorzugsweise ein Stempel, in einer Werkzeughalterung (1) an einem Schlitten (3) gehalten wird, wobei die Werkzeugjustierung einen justierbaren Keil (7), ein Keilhinterlager (12), eine Keilführung (13) sowie eine Werkzeuganlage (11) umfasst und derart ausgebildet ist, dass ein Justieren des Keils (7) eine Verlagerung der Werkzeuganlage (11) in eine Justierrichtung bewirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkzeughalterung (1) und die Keilführung (13) einstückig miteinander ausgebildet sind.
- Werkzeughalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkzeughalterung (1) und das Keilhinterlager (12) einstückig miteinander ausgebildet sind.
- Werkzeughalter nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, gekennzeichnet durch einen Wechselhalter, welcher die Werkzeughalterung (1) umfasst und welcher lösbar mit dem Schlitten (3) verbunden ist.
- Werkzeughalter nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wechselhalter eine Wechselplatte (2) umfasst, an welcher die Werkzeughalterung (1) lösbar angebracht ist.
- Werkzeughalter nach einem der Ansprüche 5, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens zwei Werkzeughalterungen (1), die einzeln lösbar an der Wechselplatte (2) angebracht sind.
- Werkzeughalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkzeuganlage (11) durch eine Oberfläche des justierbaren Keils (7) gebildet wird.
- Werkzeughalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil (7) entlang einer Verstellrichtung (15) justierbar ist und die Verstellrichtung (15) bezüglich der Justierrichtung (14) der Werkzeuganlage (11) mit einem Winkel kleiner 90° geneigt ist.
- Werkzeughalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Keilhinterlager (12) bezüglich der Justierrichtung (14) der Werkzeuganlage (11) mit einem Winkel kleiner 90° geneigt ist.
- Anordnung aus Werkzeughalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 und Werkzeug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkzeug unmittelbar an dem Keil (7) anliegt.
