Claims (10)
- Hülse für Druckwalzen, vorzugsweise für Rasterwalzen von Rotationsdruckmaschinen, bestehend aus einem inneren, vorzugsweise zweischichtigen Rohr aus dehnbarem Material, dessen Innendurchmesser auf den Durchmesser der dieses zu tragen bestimmten Walze angepaßt ist und das mit einem äußeren formstabilen Mantelrohr verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (4, 16) an seinen Endbereichen mit Tragscheiben (8) oder Buchsen (17) versehen ist, die mindestens Abschnitte aufweisen, deren Bohrungen auf den Durchmesser der Walze (1) mit Paß- oder Preßsitz angepaßt sind. - Hülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (4) durch endseitige Buchsen (3) mit dem inneren Rohr (2) verbunden ist und daß die Buchsen (3) mit Sacklochbohrungen versehen sind, in die die Tragscheiben (8) eingepaßt sind.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchse (3) einen T-förmigen Längsschnitt aufweist und der T-Steg (6) mit der Sacklochbohrung versehen ist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Tragscheibe (8) eine Bohrung mit größerem Durchmesser als die äußere Tragscheibe (8) aufweist.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchsen (3) mit dem Mantelrohr (4) verschweißt sind.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mantelrohr (16) durch endseitige Buchsen (17) mit dem inneren Rohr (15) verbunden ist und daß jeweils außenliegende Abschnitte (18, 19) der Buchsen (17) mit Paß- oder Preßsitz an der Walze anliegen.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Abschnitt der inneren Buchse einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als der äußere Abschnitt der äußeren Buchse (17).
- Hülse nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchsen (17) durch Klebverbindungen mit dem Mantelrohr (16) verbunden sind.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchsen (17) durch Klebverbindungen mit dem inneren Rohr verbunden sind.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Buchsen (17) jeweils mit die Abschnitte (18, 19) mit Preß- oder Paßsitz überbrückenden Entlüftungsbohrungen und/oder Kanälen (20, 21) versehen sind.
