Description

  • L'invention se rapporte à une boîte en carton qui comporte une fenêtre qui s'étend au moins en partie sur l'une de ses faces, ladite fenêtre étant obturée par une feuille transparente fixée sur la face interne de son pourtour.
  • Le document US-A-3 409 445 décrit une boîte en carton comportant une fenêtre et un volet pliable. Le volet pliable est attaché à la boîte par deux lignes de rupture et une ligne perforée servant de ligne de pliage. En revanche, le volet pliable n'est pas en liaison avec la fenêtre. Ledit volet peut être replié au niveau de la ligne perforée dans le but de mieux voir le contenu de la boîte.
  • EP 0 406 556 montre une telle boîte dans laquelle il est prévu une découpe autour du pourtour de la fenêtre avant d'enlever facilement le pourtour de la fenêtre et la feuille transparente pour accéder aux produits.
  • La fenêtre permet à l'acheteur de voir le produit ou l'objet contenu dans la boîte, sans ouvrir la boîte. La feuille transparente assure une protection hygiénique, notamment lorsque les produits contenus dans ces boîtes, ou emballages, sont des produits alimentaires vendus en libre service, et assure également dans une certaine mesure l'inviolabilité des produits présentés à la vente.
  • Lorsque ce type d'emballage est utilisé pour la vente en libre service, la boîte sert également de support d'informations, telles que l'origine du produit, son prix et la date de péremption.
  • La présence d'étiquettes sur la boîte peut se révéler gênante lorsque l'acheteur achète le produit en vue de l'offrir dans son emballage à une tierce personne. Il est en effet de mauvais goût de laisser le prix sur un article que l'on offre.
  • Le but de l'invention est de proposer une boîte en carton à fenêtre, servant d'emballage à un produit mis en vente, notamment en libre service, sur laquelle le commerçant peut indiquer les informations réglementaires comme actuellement, mais qui permet à l'acheteur du produit d'enlever, après l'achat, au moins certaines des indications indésirables portées sur la boîte, sans abîmer cette dernière, en vue d'offrir le produit dans sa boîte d'origine à une tierce personne.
  • L'invention atteint son but par le fait que la fenêtre présente sur au moins une partie de son contour un morceau de carton délimité par une découpe et susceptible d'être arraché manuellement afin d'agrandir la fenêtre, ledit morceau de carton étant en appui sur la feuille transparente et sans liaison avec cette dernière.
  • De préférence, après l'arrachage du morceau de carton, la fenêtre a une forme globalement rectangulaire.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le morceau de carton est prévu dans un angle de la fenêtre, et a une forme rectangulaire.
  • Ce morceau de carton, accroché à une paroi de la boîte, peut servir avantageusement à l'étiquetage du produit contenu dans la boîte.
  • Selon une variante de réalisation, le morceau de carton se présente sous la forme d'un cadre entourant une fenêtre de plus petite dimension.
  • Ainsi, on détache le morceau de carton en glissant les doigts d'une main entre un bord libre du morceau de carton et la feuille transparente, puis en soulevant le morceau de carton, la boîte étant immobilisée par l'autre main. La découpe est réalisée de telle manière qu'une faible force suffit pour arracher le morceau de carton, sans laisser des barbes sur le contour de la fenêtre.
  • D'autres avantages et caractéristiques de l'invention ressortiront à la lecture de la description suivante faite à titre d'exemple et en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une première boîte en carton à fenêtre selon la présente invention ;
    • la figure 2 est une vue en perspective d'une deuxième boîte en carton à fenêtre selon la présente invention ; et
    • la figure 3 est une vue en perspective d'une variante de réalisation de l'invention.
  • Les dessins montrent une boîte 1 en carton destinée à contenir des produits, par exemple des gâteaux ou pâtisseries, proposés à la vente et visibles par une fenêtre 2, obturée de manière traditionnelle par une feuille transparente collée sur le pourtour de la face interne de la fenêtre 2.
  • La boîte 1 est réalisée par découpe, pliage et collage, à partir d'un flanc en carton. Elle comporte un fond rectangulaire ou carré sur les côtés duquel s'élèvent quatre parois latérales et un couvercle dont la paroi supérieure 3 comporte la fenêtre 2.
  • Le couvercle peut être séparable du fond ou il peut être articulé sur une paroi latérale 7 solidaire du fond, de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe géométrique X.
  • Dans l'exemple montré sur la figure 1, la fenêtre 2 est prévue dans la zone médiane de la paroi supérieure 3 du couvercle. Cette fenêtre 2 présente dans l'un de ses angles I un morceau de carton 4, délimité sur deux côtés par des prédécoupes 5b, 6b dispersées dans le prolongement de deux côtés correspondants 5a, 6a de la fenêtre 2. La face inférieure du morceau de carton 4 est en appui sur la feuille transparente, mais il n'y a pas de liaison entre le morceau de carton 4 et la feuille transparente.
  • Le morceau de carton 4 peut servir de support à des informations diverses nécessaires pour la vente, par exemple à une étiquette de prix. Après l'achat, l'acheteur peut enlever facilement le morceau de carton 4 grâce aux découpes 5a, 6b.
  • Une fois que le morceau de carton 4 est arraché, la fenêtre 2 a une forme rigoureusement rectangulaire.
  • La figure 2 montre une boîte 1 dans laquelle la paroi supérieure 3 du couvercle est articulé sur la paroi latérale 7 de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour de l'axe X. Dans cette boîte 1, la fenêtre 2 s'étend en partie dans la paroi supérieure 3 et dans la paroi latérale 7, et est délimitée par deux surfaces articulées autour de l'axe X. Un côté latéral 8a de la fenêtre 2, disposé dans la paroi supérieure 3 et le côté 9a de la fenêtre 2, parallèle à l'axe X et situé dans la paroi latérale 7, sont prolongés par des découpes 8b et 9b qui se coupent à l'angle I sur la paroi latérale 7. La fenêtre 2 présente dans l'angle I un morceau de carton 4 qui présente deux portions articulées autour de l'axe X. Dans cet exemple de réalisation, le morceau de carton, de forme rectangulaire, est à cheval sur la paroi supérieure 3 et sur la paroi latérale 7, et il n'est pas lié à la feuille transparente.
  • Dans l'exemple montré sur la figure 3, la boîte 1 présente sur sa face supérieure 3 une fenêtre 2 de petite dimension délimitée par quatre côtés 10a, 11a, 12a 13a. Sur la paroi supérieure 3, autour du pourtour de la fenêtre 2, des prédécoupes 10b, 11b, 12b, 13b parallèles aux côtes 10a, 11a, 12a, 13a sont réalisées. La feuille transparente qui obture la fenêtre 2 est fixée sur la face inférieure de la paroi supérieure 3 dans des zones entourant le quadrilatère 10b, 11b, 12b, 13b. La petite fenêtre 2 est ainsi encadrée par un morceau de carton 4 qui se présente sous la forme d'un cadre facilement arrachable sans créer de barbes le long des lignes de prédécoupes.
  • Lorsqu'on enlève le morceau de carton 4, on obtient une fenêtre rectangulaire de dimensions plus grandes que celles de la fenêtre 2 initiale.
  • Dans les exemples montrés ci-dessus, soit le morceau de carton 4 est disposé dans un angle I de la fenêtre 2 initiale, soit il constitue le pourtour de la fenêtre 2 initiale. Il va de soi que le morceau de carton 4 pourrait être accroché à un seul des côtés de la fenêtre par une ligne de prédécoupe, sans sortir du cadre de l'invention.

Claims (6)

  1. Boîte en carton comportant une fenêtre (2) qui s'étend au moins en partie sur l'une des faces (3) de ladite boîte (1), ladite fenêtre (2) étant obturée par une feuille transparente fixée sur la face interne de son pourtour et permettant la vision directe des produits ou objets qui sont éventuellement contenus dans ladite boîte (1), caractérisée par le fait que ladite fenêtre (2) présente, sur au moins une partie de son contour, un morceau de carton (4) délimité par une découpe (5b, 6b) et susceptible d'être détaché manuellement afin d'agrandir la fenêtre (2), ledit morceau de carton étant en appui sur la feuille transparente et sans liaison avec cette dernière.
  2. Boîte selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'après arrachage dudit morceau de carton (4), la fenêtre (2) a une forme globalement rectangulaire.
  3. Boîte selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit morceau de carton (4) est prévu dans un angle (I) de la fenêtre (2).
  4. Boîte selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que ledit morceau de carton (4) a une forme rectangulaire.
  5. Boîte selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que ledit morceau de carton (4) est prévu comme support de l'étiquetage du produit qui est contenu dans ladite boîte (1).
  6. Boîte selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que ledit morceau de carton (4) se présente sous la forme d'un cadre entourant une fenêtre (2) de plus petite dimension.
