L'invention porte sur une jauge miniaturisée de détection de la distribution des contraintes de surface comportant une plaque métallique à laquelle est fixée une plaquette de circuit intégré, portant plusieurs capteurs et consistant en un substrat céramique sur lequel est imprimée une pâte résistante présentant des contacts pouvant être soudés à ceux du CI de manière à former une connexion électrico/mécanique.
